Description of Work: My carpet was very old and dirty so I did not expect miracles. They did a reasonable job and the carpet looks much better. My only complaint is that they left the carpet very wet and it took several days to dry.

Description of Work: Your big deal said that he would pick the rug up, clean it and bring it back. He said that if he did that he would have to charge me extra so now he is cleaning it with a hose in my house. It's $49 extra to remove stains. I could have taken it to Bane for less and not be charged extra. I think it's a rip-off.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in 3 rooms. The service was fine---even though the final bill was more than anticipated. There is SO much competition out there for carpet cleaners. Only reason I chose ProLLC was the special offer. Have had better cleaners. Will go back to my regular company.

Description of Work: Boris was very professional and personable. He called to let me know when he would arrive and was right on time. He cleaned, scotch-guarded and deodorized 5 rooms and a hallway. There were some really tough pet stains on the carpet and he assured me he could get them out. He delivered on his promise and I was very pleased with the results. Will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Did a great job cleaning high traffic areas and raking carpet to give it a like new look. Just disappointed that he left carpeting very wet and we spent an entire day placing fans to dry out all the areas that were cleaned.
