Description of Work: They cleaned the tile on our main level mostly kitchen area. The work was very good, but we were very surprised at the price for the additional sq footage esp considering we had already cleared the entire area. I would definitely check other places before using for price comparison. However the work they did do was very good!

Description of Work: Scheduling to fit my needs was simple. The 2 guys called when on their way. Recomendations were made but I never felt obligated to accept the add on services. The did a great job!

Description of Work: It looked fine when he left but lasted less than 3 months and all the same spots were back. Only did traffic areas.... No furniture was moved.

Description of Work: Overall I was very pleased with the cleaning. I needed to have an empty home completely gone over with a fine tooth comb and all of my requests were addressed. The crew called when they arrived, as I was unable to be there for the actual cleaning, updated me on extra time needed and explained why they couldn't complete a certain task. When I gave the additional info to complete the work, the team immediately said they would clean the area. | |My only complaint is that the crew was about 1 1/2 hrs late arriving. As I was unable to be there for the cleaning I had a friend wait for the crew and the untimeliness was quite an inconvenience. I did receive a call when the crew was on their was, but this was already over an hour late. The crew leader apologized and said there had apparently been a miscommunication. If the time issue had not occurred, I would have no complaints. | |I would use this service in, but only for this type of deep cleaning.

Description of Work: They came out and quickly cleaned my rug. It took a few minutes. I don't think the price was worth it.

Description of Work: There was a hidden cost when it came to pretreating for stains which I didn't realize. The second issue was that I was told it would be dry in 6-8 hrs and it took over 24 hrs to fully dry.

Description of Work: The $200 worth of work for $99 was a misnomer. When they arrived, they said that the normal price for one room was $200; therefore, they charged us $99 for a second room - a so called "special" price. Two of our friends called the company and both were quoted $99 for one room. The regular price was not $200. We will not again purchase a service based upon a "special" price rather than an amount of work to be done. The work done was substandard and we had to have them come back because of poor work.

Description of Work: He arrived on time, but due to a miscommunication on my part, I had also scheduled a second carpet cleaner at the same time. I chose to use the second one.
