Description of Work: Brought a girlfriend along. Tried to charge me more. Shouted profanities in the driveway (not at me - appeared to be having trouble with equipment). Did not clean the backs, sides, or skirts of the furniture. Did not remove cushions and clean other side or underneath then. When I complained, he said that's how it's done. Won't use this service again, and probably won't use any other services from Angies list.

Description of Work: It went bad pretty much from A to Z with this coupon and service. |The company apparently sub-contracts to who ever has a truck and a hose. the guy who showed up clained he was a sub-contractor and therefore he really wasnt too interested in the whole 'Angies list coupon' part of the transaction. |The Angies deal was $49 dollars for 3 rooms--- I was away for work this particular week and failed to print off the actual coupon prior to the appointment. |Wife offered to pay extra charge to have two additional small (10'x14) bedrooms done and stairway. |Guy who showed up- would not honor the Angies list discount since I had failed to PRINT the coupon and wife could not hand it to him. I spoke to the guy on the phone at that time and he said I could discuss with company owner! | Mr.customer service ended up handing my wife a bill for 199 dollars. ---three bedrooms, 25' hallway and a staircase- |Unbelievable! ....and she wasn't impressed with the quality of the clean to top it off. |This is the third time Ive purchased a coupon for this CleanPro Twice Ive been grossly overcharged , even with additional rooms added to the original coupon. Lesson learned, the hard way.

Description of Work: Cleaned with pet stain removal 3 rooms + hall + 13 stairs. They arrived early but called first which was nice. They were only there about an hour and said the carpets would be dry in 7-8 hours max. Absolutely not. It took my carpets 3.5 days to dry. Way too long in my opinion. They didn't spend enough time trying to get the water out of the carpet, and didn't leave any instructions on ways to get the carpets dry faster. My carpet looks good, but I would not use this company again and would not recommend them. :(

Description of Work: For me not good. Nothing on their feet / grass clippings brought inside nothing put under the furniture . Did not move furniture . Disappointed .

Description of Work: I told the provider what I wanted done; he totaled up the cost and then didn't seem to understand about the $200 deduction for value of the deal. We haggled a bit. I downgraded the services I was interested in. He then told me all the extras I needed - special cleaners, deodorizers, stain protection, etc. He told me he could get all the pet stains and odors out and that the rug would be dry in 8 to 12 hours. The rug took days to dry and all the stains and odors are still there.

Description of Work: Actual tech that arrived was a bit disconcerting. Phone appt confirmed basement/stairs/2 area rugs could be included - entire home under 1000 sq ft. Tech quoted $3/stair and would only do 1 rug. I ended up agreeing to the additional cost of doing the stairs and he included both rugs. Refrigerator unpluged/empty in basement. Tech would not move so I did (on wheels) and he moved it back into place afterwards. Tech did not want to open air vents in basement windows and I am too short to reach. Another tech with another company at the house at the same time opened them for me.

Description of Work: I purchased a "big deal" for grout cleaning. I had more square footage than my big deal allowed. The cost for the additional square footage was a bit more than I expected. I had a kitchen, eating area, hallway and 4 bathrooms cleaned. The grout looks great.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet, three rooms. It was a lot about the up-sell. I thought I got a good price, but was informed of add-ons I needed one he got there. That tripled the cost.

Description of Work: Clean Pro cleaned two love seats for the $79 coupon. Then I wanted extra cleaning for numerous, large pillows. The entire cleaning process went well. |An excellent job was completed and I was satisfied with everything. I considered the price a good price for all that I wanted cleaned. I do recommend this company.

Description of Work: The carpets stayed wet several days. Added fees made it more than I thought it would be.

Description of Work: The cost almost doubled by the time they cleaned my sofa. They claimed their offer included only one side of the cushions. Could have been in the fine print, but did not see it. I paid the additional amount but not happily. At this time, almost few weeks later many of the stains have reappeared on the sofa cushions.
