Description of Work: Carpet Cleaning Responded to a mailer ad for whole house carpet cleaning for $249.00. After inspection guy said carpet was extremely dirty. We disagreed on that point. House is new, carpet is two years old, there are no pets, and we don't wear shoes in the house. Guy suggested additional $100.00 upgrade. Carpet was not cleaned well enough to meet stated results. Very disappointed in product.

Description of Work: I hired them to clean my carpets and vents. The carpets are fine, but my vents are still filthy. After arguing with the manager about his techs lack of professionalism and ability to use a towel we finally agreed upon a refund for the vent services. Getting that refund has been like pulling teeth. He was supposed to write me a check and mail it, but when it didn't arrive I called him back and he had the audacity to say he's been meaning to call me. Obviously you can see where his techs learned their professionalism. I'm still waiting for the refund.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets. They were great. The deal was to clean 3 areas. We only had 2 areas, so they cleaned the hallway and two bedroom high traffic areas and did not charge us anything extra. They also added in a protector as well.

Description of Work: The cleaned the carpet in 4 rooms of the house. They did a very rushed job, left several stains in the carpet which they said they could not get out but they did not spend much time trying. Normal when we have had our carpets cleaned it takes several hours for the carpet to dry. This time it took several days.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal over two months ago. I have written them several times to try to schedule the service. I received one voicemail about six weeks ago but it was like "call us back to learn about our company". No mention of picking up my rug. Now I read terrible reviews on the website.... I think companies often bite off more than they can handle with the coupons. I will be getting my money back on this one. Disappointed.

 + 0 moreI sent an email on Sunday to clarify what we wanted cleaned - and they responded in minutes - on Sunday! Impressive. And I liked their flexibility since we had very little carpeting. The price was FABULOUS. The crew wasn't able to make the appointments on time (either the original, or the recleaning), which could have been exceedingly painful. They were an hour? late on the original cleaning and 5 hours on the recleaning on a Saturday. The crew did a great job on the carpet, and on the tops of the couches, which were FULL of cat hair. GREAT job. However, they didn't pull up the couch cushions and clean the bottoms and sides. Once they understood the issue (non-native speaker), they immediately agreed to come back to reclean, and did a fine job. I get the sense that this is a VERY new company still shaking out their processes, but at a fabulous price. If you have a bit of patience and have a lot to clean, they seem like a great bet. Not sure I want to go through it again, but may will.
Description of Work: We bought "the Angies List Big Deal", and then clarified it (the gentleman who created the deal for Angie's List is not a native speaker and meant to indicate you could add a couch cleaning OR carpeted steps cleaning, not add BOTH. We further added some additional couches, and he was very good about creatively repricing, and swapping and .... so we had one bedroom carpet cleaned, plus 12 steps, two sofas, and a loveseat.
