My carpets were filthy, thanks to the former owner who had 4 (yes, four) pets living inside this 1800 sq. ft. house. I really thought that having them cleaned was a waste of time, but my mother and the price of new carpet convinced me to give it a try. All I can say is WOW! I really wish I had taken before and after photos. They were on time and done in about 90 minutes. The whole house smells clean and fresh and I really wish I had done this immediately. I highly recommend them.

I bought the $249 big deal, which clearly states :"$249 for Whole House Carpet Cleaning or Up to 6 Man Hours of Carpet, Upholstery & More!" and the fine print said: "Big Deal could be 2 individuals for 3 hours each. Or 1 individual for 6 hoursOne Per Household, multiples may be purchase as giftsWhole House Carpet Cleaning is for Carpets Only, Upholstery can be added at time of service".When they arrived, they told me that the Big Deal only covers houses up to 2000 sq ft and stairs would be extra. I called there office, and the manager explained that there had been an error in the big deal and that they had contacted Angies to get it corrected.I callled Angies list, and they checked with the Big Deal dept, and I was told that they had received no such call and that the provider would need to perform the whole house carpet cleaning as per the big deal (they were going to charge me an additional $40 for carpet and $59 for stairs) or Angies list would not pay them and I would get a refund on the big deal.I called back the owner, and explained the situation, and he told me to ask for a refund and tell the guys to leave. He told me no one could make money with the terms specified in the big deal. They had already been working for 1.5 hours, so we negotiated, I agreed to pay for the stairs fee (at $2/stair) but not the $40 additional sqaure fottage fee.I kind of felt like I was the victim of a bait and switch, if there were square footage limits, they should have been specified in the fine print. Let me be clear, the workers that performed the work did great work, however, I did not have a good feeling in the end, as I was put in a bad spot by the provider and angies list, as I was stuck in the middle. In the end, I gave the provider an additional $59 t cover the stairs, even though that was not excluded in the fine print of the deal.

Arrived on time. Team was very professional and did an excellent job.

We first had Clean Pro LLC clean our carpets about a month ago on a Groupon deal. They did a decent job and so we wanted them to come and clean our tiled floors. it took three phone calls to have them get back to us - but since we were happy with them the first time this didn't seem a big deal, Things started falling apart on the day of the job.They were supposed to come in at 9.30 but I got a call about that time, form Adrian, saying the pipes in the truck had frozen and they were taking it in for repair and would come later in the day. Adrian told me they' guestimated they'd come in about three. At approximately 4.30 p.m. I got a call they'd come in about 45 minutes. They finally arrived around 6 p.m.Even now my attitude was - stuff happens. So they got to see the job they needed to do. I had been quoted a price by the square foot on the phone, but no measurements were taken. An approximate look arrived at a figure of $195 to clean the tiles and seal. It seemed reasonable. I also requested that they seal the floor in the basement. That was to be done for an additional $30. When the The cleaning began and when the upstairs was done, Adrian comes down apologising because whatever was needed to do the sealing was over and so he could not do the downstairs. At this time I showed my exasperation at the lack of professionalism. My wife's suggestion that there was a Lowes nearby if they needed to pick something up was dismissed. To be honest, I was looking for some gesture of decency - a 'We'll come back and do the downstairs for free tomorrow", or a "Can we give you a discount for the future?" gesture. Something to say in a tangible way, "We are sorry and thanks for being so accommodating." Instead what I got was a buddy like hand to my shoulder and an offer to knock of $5 after being reminded that I will not be charged for the work that was not done! I semi lost it, turned down the $5 offer and let Adrian know in no uncertain terms that my only recourse was to tell the Angie List Universe about my experience. What got me was not only the pittance he thought was compensation for the days events, but his attitude of take it or leave it.. When he did see how strongly I felt, and after my suggesting it would have been a good idea for him to offer to come and do the downstairs for free, he did offer to do so. I declined the offer. I had decided that I didn't want to deal with Clean Pro LLC any more.

Showed up on time and cleaned carpet.

I made an appointment in advance for a certain time. They called and said that they were running late. They came and did not have a screen for the front door that would prevent my cats from getting out. They left without completing the service. They were unresponsive when you try to reach them.

They did a very good job; they did what I wanted. I am very pleased and I will use them again.

It was my first experience with Groupon...and I would definitely do it again. They were punctual, easy to work with and when I had some stains reappear, I called and they came out and reshampooed the areas at no charge. They did advise me that it is likely my pad is the culprit and if they reappear then I will know. That's great customer service!

I called to schedule and was greeted warmly and scheduled quickly. I was given a time of 9 am. At 930 I had to call as no one had arrived. I was told thatntherenwas a one hour window, which was not described when I scheduled. Workers arrived within the 30 minutes quoted. They went to work quickly and completed the work and had left before my husband came back from an errand less than an hour later. The carpets were wet and it appeared that each area had been cleaned however all of the areas were stilln stained. We allowed the carpets to dry thinking the stains would resolve after drying. That did not happen. I called and spoke with the scheduler who offered excuses and reminded me that he was top rated. He agreed to call his workers and return my call with a resolution. He returned my call and stated that it was my husbands fault because his workers offered to scrub but stated my husband declined this service. This did not happen. I passed the phone to my husband who offered his version of what happened. The man offered to return to fix the carpets but stated he would charge us an additional $69.00. We agreed as we needed the carpets clean for th holiday. Workers came to reclean the carpets the following week. The workers recleaned the carpets. The carpets were improved but nowhere near my expectations. Stains remain. I have to say we have 2 boys and the carpets were in need of a clean however they were not filthy or beyond cleaning. We have worked with another company before and have always been satisfied and had stain free carpets. This cleaning was extremelyndisappointing and expensive. The owner offered to refund $20.00 if we would right a positive review. I felt it more important to tell my experience vs. save $20.00.

Servicer aririved one hour past appt (however, did call--they had misjudged travel time). Servicer checked whole house for spots and walk-paths and commented that we don't get carpet very dirty--not many spots--probably worse part was stairway. Read some reports saying carpets left a little wet--a little wet is a big understatement in our case-ours was more like drenched and very wrinkled and stretched out of shape. Left doors and windows open rest of day to help drying, next morning still wet, but laying down a little more but still big wrinkles, turned heat up in entire house and left for the day (have not moved all furniture back on carpet yet.) Also, carpet has some white ruts left by their machine. Tonight it is better but still some wrinkles. Feels almos completelyt dry. I do not know what to do with it now but I suspect it will need to be restretched --hopefully that would make it look better--at the moment it looks worse than before service (except for stairways--they are clean but also stretched out a bit)l I normally would be doing my own carpet cleaning, but because I was scheduled for some minor surgery in a couple of weeks, I decided to try a "professional" carpet cleaner. I realize I only paid $249,but I rated B for cost because of poor job performed. Definitely would not use this servicer again and would like to have my carpet restretched by a professional carpet installer in hopes of making my carpet look more like it did before CleanPro worked on it.

Their price was very good, they showed up on time, they were very thorough in their work. The only major problem was how wet the carpeting was after they left. I used 2 large sized dehumidifiers for 48 hours and emptied full buckets about 6 times each. Even with this, it took a full 48 hours to dry and who knows how long it would have taken if we weren't able to borrow the dehumidifiers. I have never experienced carpeting this wet after cleaning. All our windows were fully dripping with condensation.

I spent about $180 on their service. They were professional and they did a great job. They were also very reasonably priced. They delivered what they promised; the carpets and the upholstery were clean. I would use them again in the future.

The two men did an excellent job; they paid attention to detail and were very careful about not getting any water on my hardwood floors. I have used highly rated Angie's list service providers before to clean my carpets, but this is the best carpet cleaning experience I have had.

We used the big deal for this service. They did a pretty good job. The carpets were a little damp for a while because it was kind of humid outside. It wasn’t drying that quickly because we didn’t have the heat on and it was kind of warm. They were great and excellent on everything. We already have a carpet cleaner that we use but we just wanted to try the big deal. We might probably use their services again in the future depending on what we need to have done.

I used the big deal for this service. The experience with them was very good. They were courteous and I would recommend them. I don’t know how they are priced because I bought the big deal for this service. I will use their services again in the future.

Found this company on Groupon and checked their rating on Angie's List before purchasing the coupon. With an "A" rating it was a no-brainer. They were able to get me on the schedule just a few days after I called, arrived on time, and got right to work after a short walk-through to determine which areas we wanted cleaned. We had several areas with spot stains and high traffic areas with considerable wear/tear and when they left everything looked great. We also opted to add the optional stain guard for $10 per room which seemed like a good deal to hopefully avoid stains in the future. I would recommend Clean Pro LLC to others looking for a good quality company at a reasonable price.

It went well and they did a good job. They were nice and polite. I used the special deal which was for $89 or $99 and then I had them do a couple of extra spots, which totally came up to $150. The job they did went well. They were running late and they called to let me know. That was really helpful especially when you have to save time. That was really nice. They were nice and polite. They did the work and they left. They were good. I would tell the others to go ahead and use them. I think I will use their services again in the future.

Angie’s List had a special going on with them the last time I used them. I had a positive experience with them. They cleaned the carpet very well. The carpet was a little bit wet than what we were used to. They didn’t even have any dryers or anything, so it took a while for the carpet to dry. They cleaned up after themselves. They didn’t leave a mess or anything. We were not here while they did the work. They gave me a timeframe and they came out in that timeframe.

I bought the Angie’s List Big Deal offer, and they came out the next day. It was $99 I believe, and then I did pay them $11 to do one extra room. The staff was wonderful. They were hard working, very conscientious and polite, and they were exhausted because they had been doing these specials all day long. I don’t think the carpet was as clean as when I had used another company, and the carpet was wetter when they left; it took longer to dry. However, for the price, I think they did a very good job. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I used the Angie's List coupon for them. They came on time. They were very pleasant and polite. They did a great job and left. I'm still waiting for my carpets to dry so I don't know how good the job was but so far it seems good. They were very good. They called to say that they will be a little bit late from around the job and that was fine with us. They were professional.

They showed up right in the middle of the time frame we were given. The individual I spoke with (I think his name was Paul?) was very thorough in his assessment of our carpets. We had actually spent the morning moving our furniture and he was grateful and informed us that this would allow him to get spots that a lot of people miss or don't see. The enzyme treatment he used in our spare room did a great job of not only getting the stains up, but also doing so without having a bad chemical smell. They were very efficient and got to work immediately upon arriving. They quoted 1.25 hours for work time and actually finished everything in just over an hour. Easy in, easy out! I would definitely hire this company again for any of my carpet cleaning needs.

Overall I was pleased to see when they arrived that their truck and equipment was clean and in good condition. Mr. Popescu came to the door and introduced himself and I showed him the carpets to be cleaned and the items I did not want moved while doing the carpets. I also had a sofa cleaned and was pleased with the quality of work.

They were on time, let me know when they were close to arriving. Very quick, efficient, professional. Pricing was excellent.
