When they came out and left the first time the carpet was so wet I couldn?t really tell what they did or didn?t do. I told them when they left I hope it looked better when it dried. When it dried it looked worse they when they came. I called and they gave me a lot of grief but said they would come back. When they came back it looked even worse! They said that it was because it was a high traffic area. They then said it must have been because of my pad. They were able to get up a stain that has been there for 5 years and weren?t able to get up a stain that had been there for less than a year. Also, I am pretty sure they hooked up their machine to my hose so I believe they cleaned the carpet with cold water. They say they will not come back without an additional charge and the traffic areas are worse than they were before they even came.

The customer purchased a standard steam extraction from our company. When we arrived we found some heavy soiled areas and we advised the customer that if she does not approve a deep cleaning in those areas we will not be able to clean the carpet 100%. The customer refused the deep cleaning and the carpet was not cleaned properly. We also told the customer that if she does not follow our recommendations we will not be able to provide a warranty for the cleaning. Next day she called the office stating that our cleaning was not to her satisfaction and we agreed to come back free of charge and clean some of the problem areas. We do have a signed invoice with our recommendations and customer refusal. When customer called us again after the second visit we told her that all the dirt that is resurfacing is from her padding and in order for us to clean her problem areas we will have to change the padding underneath. Unfortunately we can replace the customer padding free of charge but if the customer approve the pad replacement we will be more then happy to clean her carpet for free. Thank You

They were courteous and timely. However they failed to inform me of the dampness that remained in the carpet so when I walked over it and then entered the next room with linoleum flooring it was as if I hit a patch of ice and I went down hard hitting my right shoulder on the counter which has caused a huge bruise and some pain. Enough pain to go to the chiropractor this morning- am considering a trip to my physician If The pain continues. I just called them to inform them and he first said they always remind people that the carpets are still damp. He then apologized for not reminding me. He suggested I contact my home owners insurance company to cover the bill. For this reason, I won't be having them return. There was no offer to compensate me for the pain. This evaluation is different than the Angies List forms I filled out yesterday. I liked the workers who came but after I fell and was laying on the floor, I thought, I wish they had told me the floor was wet, but they were gone, and I had already signed the evaluation. They seem like hard working guys trying to make a living, but they need to be more careful to either put a sign on the floor or remind people to be cautious.

They were an hour late. I called at half an hour and they called then, and then took the extra 30 minutes to get her. I would have understood if they called and let me know they were going to be late. I had one room that was pretty dirty, so I understood that that room needed a little more concentration. He said because it was dirtier, it needed extra services that was going to cost an extra $40 for that room. I told him I wasn't going to pay that, and we did something else to clean it for and extra $15 instead. I think there was still dirt on the floor when they were done, including lint, and some parts of the floor were still wet. I also had the steps done, and they were still dirty and wet, which also cost extra than I originally thoght. There were a few spots that I think they coudl have gotten up better than they did. I wasn't completely please. They were very nice though.

We advised the customer before we started the job that if she does not authorize a deep cleaning in the room that was heavy soiled (power scrubbing) the carpet is not going to be 100% clean. Purchased a groupon and it clearly states there is no extra charge if I am within 20 miles of Broad Ripple (that was one of many cities listed) which I am. When I spoke to the man when I made the appointment I told him this and he said ok. When the gentlemen arrived, there was the fee for extra mileage and I told him my groupon is different. He said it is from Noblesville not Broad Ripple. He did not understand English very well. He called his boss and he did not agree either. He even showed me a different Groupon that only said Noblesville, of which doesn't matter because mine was different. I paid them the extra money but will not use them again. Beware of these people

I don?t think they listened to anything I said; I don?t know how much English they got. That wasn?t the main issue, but I think there was some miscommunication. My Big Deal for $249 said 2 individuals for 3 hours each or 1 individual for six hours. The two guys came, but they did not want to do the upholstery. They insisted that they could only do carpet. I showed them my Big Deal coupon. They did end up doing a couch. When you have two guys there, one guy is cleaning, and the other guys is holding pillows and staring at the first guy. You think you?re getting two whole people working, but you?re really getting one guy and a helper. If you?re advertising two people, you should get two people actually doing the work! Most of the spots that were on the carpets before they got there, are still there. The one guy did work pretty hard, but the other guy didn?t really do anything. I also think that whatever product they?re using is not very good?or maybe they have inferior machines. I was expecting that professional carpet cleaners would work better than my little steam vac. I feel like I was mislead and ripped off.

The customer appointment was between 11:00 and 12:00 pm. We called the customer ahead of time to let her know we are going to be there at 12:00. The customer tried to use that excuse to get free service saying that we are late. After a few minutes of negotiations we agreed to do her upholstery even after her coupon was for carpet cleaning only. So for her coupon that she paid $249 we did her entire house (around 2000 sq ft of carpet, upholstery and 3 sets of stairs) with a normal price estimated around $497. Even after we did all this work she feels like we did not work enough saying one of the technician instead of helping his partner he should had doing extra work around her house. Also the customer the entire time was behind our technicians telling them to hurry up because she was afraid that they are not moving fast enough and she is not getting her money worth. Also she stated that our technician "he does not have enough English " again she tried to use this to get free services from our company. After a few hours of work on the customer house the technician called our office to let us know what is happening to him and we advised to not to do any extra work except what was on the coupon. One of the technician that he was working on her house is American born and raised here but like we stated above this customer was trying anything just to get something free and when our technician had enough of her attitude and told her we are not doing nothing except what is in the coupon she decided to get even writing this review. We really try to provide excellent service to all our customers but sometimes is really impossible. Thank You

They were supposed to be hear at 11Am they called at 10AM said they would be here at 12.00 Thay arrived at 12. and when I told them what I wanted Unless I paid extra they would not clean 2nd sofa. They were hear working about 35-40 min. When I came inside to check after they were done my hardwood floors was wet from the spray,my sofa was very damp. The men were outside putting their equitment away I told them they needed to come mop up the water on the floor the 1 man said he did but came in any way and moped again. I had to remop the floor again to remove all the water. I told him the sofa was very wet and could they get some of the water out of it. He said no but it should be dry by end of day. Since this is same day I don't know but it will surprise me if it is. I'm glad they didn't do 2nd sofa. They did not put tables or sofa on plasic pieces to protect the legs something other companies had done. Would I have them do work for me again no would I recomend them no.

It went very well. There was a small complaint. There were two men working and I asked one of the guys to make sure the carpets were not wet when they left, but the carpeting in the living was wet once they left. Other than that, I recommend them.

This went horrible and I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE EVER
Description of Work: We contacted this company based on a groupon deal. We contacted the company and they advised they will not honor the groupon deal because we are an 1/8th of a mile out side of the 25 mile deal, therefore they offered to do the service for $10 more than the deal. We scheduled the appointment and waited, they called and said they would be an hour early so we call for help moving the furniture out of the home because they "wont move it" as we were told on the most recent call. We waited for 2 hours and called the technician , and, he laughed and advised my wife that he went to the wrong house and that they told him they had rescheduled. She asked him why he didn't call us to verify the information he said "oh well i guess i made a mistake". We called the office and the treatment was no better, the manager laughed uncontrollably and said "well we all have things going on so mistakes can happen". He then said we will try to come out at some point today. My wife began calling other companies to come and do the work because we were not going to rely on this company any longer. We found another company and I called the Manager approx 2 hours later and advised his service was no longer needed and he said "oh well we were closing for the day and I didnt have anyone to come out today so i was going to call you Monday to reschedule".

Nobody from our company "laughed uncontrollably" . We apologized for the error on the invoice and we told the customer we will send someone right away within an hour. 20 minutes later the customer called that he no longer require the service even after we told him the technician is on his way. We accept the fault for arriving late at the customer because the error in our system and we want to say that the comment the customer left for our company is mean and malicious. Thank You

Paul & his assistant, were on time, thorough and did a good job completing my carpet cleaning. Estimated time to complete job at 1.5 - 2 hours and was finished in less than 1.5 hours.

I scheduled the carpet cleaning for 12:00 noon on January 17. I received a call at 10:40 AM from the employee from Clean Pro telling me he was at my house. I was not home at the time and informed him he was about an hour and a half early. I was on my way home and had just pulled into my neighborhood and told him I would be there shortly. The employee, Mike, was very polite and nice. I noticed a woman in the truck that stayed there the entire time Mike was here. I found out later from the owner, Adrian, that the woman was Mike's wife. Very weird that she just stayed in the truck the entire time and peeked out the window every now and then. I showed him the rooms to be cleaned and he immediately tried to upsell me, telling me I might want to pay an extra $160 for a deep cleaning ($40 per room). I told him I never have had to pay more for a deep cleaning (a carpet cleaning usually IS a deep cleaning) and that and I would stick with the cleaning offered. The service was done quickly, taking much less than an hour. I told him I would like to see the rooms before he left (he did not offer for me to come an inspect the work). I first noticed that I didn't smell any kind of cleaner or "fresh" smell and the carpets looked as if they had not even been cleaned at all. He informed me that it was because they were not "deep cleaned." I suspect that all he used was water. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Mike and he stated again that because I didn't pay the extra money to have them deep cleaned, the carpets didn't come clean. When he handed me the invoice, I noticed that 5 words are spelled incorrectly, which is completely unprofessional. When I read the reviews on Angie's List (which I should have done beforehand), I noticed that this company tends to blame the customer when there is a complaint rather than take responsibility. I called another carpet cleaning company to come and redo these rooms. That company, Sani-Bright, came and cleaned the carpets without telling me that they needed a "deep cleaning", and the difference was night and day. I saw the carpet in the middle of the cleaning and where the Sani-Bright employee had cleaned, it was bright and clean and where the CleanPro employee had "cleaned," the carpet was still dirty. Obviously, my carpets were not so heavily soiled that they would not come clean with a regular carpet cleaning. CleanPro equates deep cleaning with any other carpet cleaning companies regular cleaning and charges more for it. When I called Adrian to ask for a refund he informed me that he would not give it to me since I refused the deep cleaning. He also told me that once I refused the deep cleaning I could have asked Mike for a refund right then and they would not have done any work. I questioned why Mike didn't offer that information. Adrian also told me that if I was not satisfied they would have come back and cleaned it again, as per their satisfaction guarantee but since I called another company that was nullified. Again, I questioned why Mike didn't inform me of this knowing I was dissatisfied with the work before he left my house. It is interesting how this company informs its customers of things after the fact. I told Adrian I was going to file a complaint with Angie's List and he told me to go ahead, because they need bad reviews as well as good reviews so people won't think the reviews are fabricated. Why on earth would a business owner say that unless he actually is fabricating reviews? By the way, the copy of the invoice that I have does not have my signature on it as indicated in the company's response below. This company and its owner are totally unprofessional and very shady.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning in four bedrooms. The cleaning tools were hooked up to my water faucet outside of my house and brought in through the front door, up the stairs to the bedrooms.
