The floor was a little wetter than I was used to so I don’t know how good of a job they did drying it. I thought that some of the spots that had been pre- treated did not come out as clean as they had in the past. These areas had been stained for a while and they did get the new spots pretty well. I was reluctant then to have them treat these spots separately.

The carpet cleaning was good. And since they did not come prepared to clean my upholstery, they cleaned more carpet than planned and pre-treated it. I was pleased with that service. I was disappointed they did not do all I had purchased.

A husband-wife cleaning team arrived on time. I showed the gentleman around the house. He tried to sell me an additional service for over $100 which I declined. Afterwards I left for work and my mother was present during the service. I was surprised to learn that they left after 45 minutes which seemed rather quick. There are still some areas that do no look clean. I will not be using this company again.

They arrived a bit late, but apologized profusely and compensated a bit by adding some extras. They did a good job upstairs and tried to get a couple old, tough stains out. At the bottom of the stairs there was a lot of water that was left for me to clean up after they left (on our wood laminate flooring). In the family room there was a large spot that took a long time to dry and then there was a large stain afterwards, not quite sure what happened. And again, there was a watery mess on our wood laminate flooring left for me to clean up. The gentlemen were very nice, but I was disappointed with the mess I had to clean up afterwards.

The carpet cleaners were fast but left the carpets soaking wet. It took almost 1-1/2 days for the carpet to be dry enough to not wet socks when walking on the carpet. The amount of carpet sprayed with "stain protection" was minimal. The additional cost above the original Angie's List agreement was for stairs.

They showed up promptly and completed the job within a short amount of time. The high traffic areas that we were most concerned about looked much better after the cleaning.

I signed up online in response to a $69 special for three rooms and a hallway. I called a couple of months later and left a message to set up the appointment. I received a call back very promptly and an appointment was made for a couple of days later. They arrived early, looked at what needed to be cleaned, explained the process and it would take approximately an hour. I asked to have a walkin closet and a regular closet added to the order. They explained it would be an additional $20. I expressed concern about the walkways. They said they would do an extra steam cleaning on these areas for an additional $80. While the carpet certainly looked better after the cleaning, I was disappointed about the walkways. They didn't really look that much better. As they explained it is very difficult to get walkways clean on such light carpeting. I guess too I simply waited way too long before having this light carpeting cleaned.

The stains were removed, and the carpet looks new.

They arrived on time, reviewed the two rooms we wanted to have cleaned, and immediately asked if we wanted to have carpet deep cleaned for additional money. I noticed on the truck, it said, any 3 rooms for $89.00. I now wonder, if I really got a deal. We had two rooms cleaned and deodorized and they left. Both operators were friendly. It took about two days for the carpet to dry. They had no plastic to put under the furniture, instead, we gave them lunch bags. They asked me to fill out a review and I did. My goal was to let them go. I had wasted $89.00 dollars. This was not the Big Deal I expected.

The men arrived exactly on time and the first thing they started in on when looking at the carpet was to add $35 to the already paid $99.I have 2 small hallways connecting the main room to the bedroom, like an L.So, since this was not 1 hallway, even tho they are contiguous, they charged me an extra $20.Then I got hit up for $15 for stain removal. The stain was a few spots that you would think would be covered in the job! They only took 45 minutes to do the work which after seeing they did not move any big furniture and put them on little stryofoam blocks or bare minimum, small plastic squares, I could see how they did this so fast. Nice guys, really bad work and they hit me up for an additional 1/3 of the quoted price! No wonder they offered the $99 original amount. Wonder how many other folks got tagged for more $$. Very dissatisfying experience and makes me wary of future "Big Deals".

I tried them because I bought a coupon. Very friendly, polite, and earnest on the phone and in person. Carpets looked better after the cleaning. They did not over-water my Berber, which pleased me. I do wish that they had vacuumed the carpet before cleaning it, but very few vendors do that. In the future, when II just need a quick service for an ok price, I might reuse them. When I want a super-thorough job and am willing to pay more, I will be using a vendor that does vacuum the carpet first. (I'm impressed, though, that they changed a page on their website based on my feedback, as it was confusing to clients as to its real purpose.)

They were friendly and fast, even took time to play with my 75lb dog who assumes everyone comes here to see him. They also were genuinely pleasant and made conversation as we passed in halls or rooms. It sounds silly, but those are the types of things that make a homeowner smile. I cannot think of a single improvement area to suggest. The side of their van said 3 rooms for $69 as well...solid company with happy employees.

They were early and very cordial, and cleaned quickly. Carpets look great!

Everything was fine. They were on time. They were very polite as well. They provided efficient service.

The service was okay. They were unsure of the coupon when I called them. It turned out it was not a coupon at all as it seemed the rate was their normal rate. When we had asked them to do the pet odor treatment they charged us more for that as well.

They did a great job. They were excellent.

We have had better results in the past with our carpet. They were very kind and polite. They did clean up after themselves. They did leave some dirt on our driveway however. By the way the add read I thought they were going to clean the carpets and the upholstery for the same price. They wanted to charge more but in the end they did not.

The carpet looks very good when it dried. I noticed 2 problem areas. I called them and they came back to re-clean the the 2 areas. They re cleaned the areas, and those area looked terrible within one week. That they sold me on deep scrubbing for walk way areas, and those area looked awful after a week. I had another company come out and reclean the carpets.They said that there was a great deal of soap residue left in the in the problem areas.
