When the job was complete there were dark streaks in the carpet. I had to reschedule to have the carpets cleaned again. Scheduled the appointment for 3:00pm they showed up at my door at 1:00 as I was trying to leave for an appointment. They said they tried to reach me but since they couldn't they showed up anyway. I canceled the appointment I was going to so they could clean the carpet. I decided to stay up stairs with my dogs while they re-cleaned the carpets . When I came back down stairs instead of moving the furniture they had cleaned around it. so I had to move it so they would re-clean the entire carpet. I also don't know if they re-applied the Scotch Guard the second time. They did a poor job the first time and just showed up at my house when they came to re-clean the carpets and tried to do as little as possible. I guess it's too much to expect a good job the first time. I will not use them again.

Purchased an Angie's list coupon, 9/28/12. Didn't hear from company until 10/10/12. Scheduled for 12:00 pm on 10/14/12. Arrived about 12:30 pm and finished about 1:15 pm.

While they had truck problems and were late, they called ahead , let us know so we could expect them.

The price was more than fair. The quality was excellent because I had some pretty tough stains. I thought they did an excellent job. They were pleasant and very polite too. They cleaned up after themselves. They were here right exactly when they said they would be. They were super efficient and economical in time.

On time, reasonably-priced, looks good, stains gone.

Showed up on time, did an extra rug and did it in a short amount of time.

Justin and Noah arrived on time. Justin was helpful in determining what processes were needed. Service was provided in a quick and professional manner.

I am happy with the work, carpets definitely look cleaner. I purchased this as a Big Deal and the company reached out to me to schedule within 2 days of purchase. They were on time and called 30 minutes before hand like I had asked. I am happy with the work but have 2 minor complaints. #1. When the job was done and they left I noticed that they left my front door and the screen door completely open. Luckily I had not let the dogs in before noticing the open door. #2. They unconnected my watering hose when connecting their tools to my water spout in order to clean with. When they finished and unconnected their tools they did not re-connect my hose. Overall I am happy and hope to find another of their Big Deals in the summer and have them clean again.

Poorly. I scheduled 30 days ahead of the date they came in order to get the day and time I needed. They called early the day of the appointment and wanted to change the day and time. I was not pleased. The day and time had to be changed for their convenience. When they arrived they did not want to clean the loveseat even though they had agreed to do it upon making the appointment and according to the Deal. They proceeded to do a poor job of carpet cleaning. Not only was the whole experience a struggle but the job was done poorly.

Took advantage of a sale on Angie's List. They did a fine job and the carpet looks good.

We called for an appointment after we saw them advertised in the Angie's List magazine and left a message last weekend. The owner confirmed an appointment for Friday around noon. We asked for 3 rooms, hallway, stairs and a sofa to be cleaned. They called and said he would be here in about 45 minutes. He arrived in an hour and 45 minutes. We showed him the areas to be cleaned. He then said they do not move furniture. We were shocked. First of all the coach is not heavy (my wife actually pushed it out of the way to show him how easy it would be). He said he had a bad back and they usually don't move furniture. What kind of carpet company does not move some furniture??? He said he could get withing 2" of the couches but that would have left a dirty carpet mark next to the couch. My wife suggested he should have brought someone with him to move furniture. We then showed him the door. My wife called the owner and he did say they typically do not move furniture. She told him he should put it in there ad or at least tell customers this before they come out. He was not very helpful. We recommend to not use this company.

Not a positive experience since I had already purchased the big deal the restrictions on days and the additional charges were unexpected.

After he asked about "deep cleaning" for an extra $40.00 and I gave him a check for the $15.00 for the "extra" hall I didn't really engage with him until he asked to sign a bill indicating I was satisfied. I did not sign the bill. We noticed the carpets were quite wet after he left. I might add I have a home scrubbing carpet cleaner that would clean as well as he did but would leave the carpet a lot dryer.

Bought a 3 room plus hall cleaning through a "Big Deal" promotion. Left multiple voicemail messages and emails before speaking to a person to schedule. Once I was able to get someone on the phone it was easy to schedule, they arrived on time, and did a good job on the carpets. If you need to schedule a cleaning fast, these aren't your guys. Otherwise I would recommend them, they did a pretty good job.
