Never got back with me to have the service done.

I was expecting the crew at 9:00 am, and they did call at 9 to let me know they were on the way. Upon their arrival,they inspected the areas to be cleaned and got right to work. They were very thorough and even got into some corners that I had thought would be impossible to reach! The carpet was still damp when they left, but they reassured me that it would be dry in a couple of hours. They also reassured me that my dog would not be in danger of getting into anything toxic while it was drying. I had to leave about an hour after they did, and didn't get back until almost 7 pm. The carpet was still damp in spots at that late hour, so I delayed moving furniture back into place - made it a little awkward to move around, especially trying to avoid walking on the carpet. My carpet is very old, and the original color is very light. I did NOT pay extra for any special stain removers, and the cleaner got almost everything out so i can hopefully, once again, delay the inevitable new carpet purchase!

Arrived on time and did a thorough job - clean, polite, and courteous.

Sharita and Justin called 25 minutes before they arrived. We discussed our needs and they advised us of several suggestions. We decided on the best treatment for our needs, dog were issues, bile stains. The carpet has not looked this great in years!

It went great. I have 2 dogs who like to hang out on the couch, so it was great to find a company who could do both the couch and the carpet at the same time. Easy from start to finish.

Technician was on time and reasonably priced; courteous and very informative

The gentlemen from Clean Pro Llc came to the house at the appointed time and did a great job of cleaning. There were area's on the rug that would not clean very well, but he explained to me in detail why that was ( worn rug). Because the deal from Angie's List included most of the first and second floor, except for a small area in the loft area, I agreed to pay an extra $45 to have this area also cleaned and protected. Although I tried to move most of the furniture before they arrived, some pieces were just to heavy. The men from Clean Pro Llc moved what I could not and put all the furniture back. I would use them again if needed.

Best cleaning job we have had; however, when the team arrived, we had to upgrade another $130 from the $99 deal for them to guarantee a good job. Because our pet had been ill awhile before she died, there were several pet stains that we had been unable to thoroughly eliminate.

What I thought was a deal to clean all the carpets in our house ended up only covering a certain square footage that was not in the initial deal alert. However, I understand the need to limit and so we ended up paying more money to get the entire house done. We took care of moving all of the furniture prior to the team's arrival to expedite the process. They arrived and quickly addressed key stains and problem areas and then did a thorough cleaning of the carpets. It has been a while since we had this done and while it was a process, I was glad we did it right this time.

I purchased this "Big Deal" cleaning promotion off Angie's List and it turned out to be much ado about nothing. This was not a "deal" at all. This "promotion" offered what is described as a "deal" of three rooms for $69 which is the same everyday price offered to the public by Clean Pro LLC by way of painted advertisement on their service trucks. One would think when Angie's list offers a "big deal", it would at lease save the buyer five or ten bucks off the regular price. I purchased the "deal" on or about 9/20 or 9/21..I asked the provider to wait until at least 10-01 to provide service. On 10/22, I e- mailed the provider to follow up on why no contact had been made, or an appointment had been scheduled. He did contact me the next day and the service was provided on 10/24. While the workers very very cordial and performed their work promptly, I just came away from this experience with a less than enthusiastic feeling for this provider. I noticed, for example, the workers performed this service in their street shoes and did not attempt to use disposable slippers to prevent outside debris from being brought into the house. The cleaning itself was just average and stains which were present before did not seem to get removed. After departure the carpet seemed very wet and it took three more days for the carpet to dry. While I am not "upset" with the vendor, I do not think I would use them again.

Arrived when they called they would explained all cost up front did an excellent job & were very quick. And not more furniture.

They were prompt and polite. They pre-treated the spots on carpet and were quick and efficient. They did a good job.

Purchased their services twice with a Big Deal and they never contacted me. I sent them an email to set an appointment the first time and they did not contact me. The second time they contacted me a week after they were supposed to.

So we purchased a special offer on Angie's List online and this company never called us.

Nice. Company was nice to work with despite missing. 1st appointment they offered a credit and did a good job with cleaning.

I planned my day for the 1:00 cleaning appointment, making sure I was here when they arrived. Just before 1:00 I became a bit concerned because I had not heard from them....I had my Angie's List coupon printed and ready. It included their phone number, so at about 1:00 I phoned and spoke to the same gentleman who had made my appointment initially. I recognized his voice. I told him I was concerned about not hearing from them and wondered if I was on their appointment list for the day and time I had noted. He asked for my name, address, and coupon number, and said he did not have me on ANY LIST at all. I was dismayed since I had already bought the DEAL and carved out the time to be home for the cleaning. I told him this, and in true professional style, he said he had workers out doing 10 appointments that day, but he thought he could have them at my house to clean at 3:00. ..earlier if he possible. As promised, I received a call at about 2:40, and the workers arrived and began cleaning at about 3:00. The one worker who spoke with me was very pleasant and professional, but he did tell me they were the only truck of two out that day because the other one was broken. He confirmed that he did not have me on his list for the day, and he said he had a couple more cleanings to do after he left. So, while I appreciate the professionalism, and I realize that this company went to some effort to fit me in, I had to wonder whether they really did the kind of cleaning I had hoped for. The floor smells great, and the hallway looks clean, but the fact that it took them only 30 minutes concerns me a bit. I am also concerned about a company that can't keep track of its appointment schedule. I wrote the date and time on my printed coupon as soon as I purchased the Big Deal, so I know exactly when it was supposed to happen, no matter what the company records suggest. I have to think the gentleman believed me since he went to pains to fit me into an apparently full day. Again, I appreciate the effort this company made, but I think they were in over their heads offering a Big Deal.

They were a little pricey because my house is not that big, but their deal didn't specify size. I was disappointed that they didn't move some of the smaller furniture around to clean, for instance, they didn't move my coffee table which means they missed a small stain where some red wine was spilled.

I called to make the appointment to use the Groupon for a date when our family would be out of town. The customer service representative assured me that having my mom meeting the technician wouldn't be a problem. We discussed which Groupon I purchased because there were several options available. He was clear on what I purchased and what work would be done at my home. The day before the appointment I got online to print the Groupon but I couldn't because the company had already redeemed it. I called the number and had to leave a message to let them know I couldn't print the Groupon. I recieved a message back on my voice mail later that evening stating that they had all the information they needed to complete the work and not to worry that I couldn't print the Groupon and that they had already redeemed it. My mom met the technician at my home and he asked for the Groupon. She had to call me on vacation because the technician said he couldn't start the work without the Groupon. I explained the voicemail I had gotten the night before and that he needed to call the office. The confusion cleared up and he began cleaning the carpets and my mom left. She came back after he was finished to find that he hadn't cleaned the sofa. She called the company back and they told her they would come back and clean the sofa for $30 blaming her for not telling them to clean the sofa. IT WAS CLEARLY STATED ON THE GROUPON THEY REDEEMED THEY WERE TO CLEAN A SOFA, the customer service person I spoke with when I made the appointment knew they were to clean a sofa, and there is only ONE sofa in my home so the confusion couldn't have been over which sofa to clean. I called the company today to clear up what the problem was and to get them to come back out to finish the work. The scheduler would not send someone out without charging me. He blamed me for not telling the technician to clean the sofa and that it's in the fine print on the Groupon I couldn't print that the Groupon has to be used in one trip. I'm VERY disappointed in the customer service I recieved from this company and I will not use them again. On a side note, I didn't realize that they would be using our spigot. They used one that we never use. We discovered upon our return home that the pipe for that spigot had split and leaked into our basement causing a much bigger mess than a dirty sofa. Obviously, they didn't know the spigot pipe was leaking but it would have been nice to have been told they would be using our spigot to begin with.

Went well. I asked for deodorizer because of pets and scotch guard and he told me the extra charge. The cleaning went great and he got all the spots I really needed. The team was courteous and did their work well.

Very professional, quick and the carpets looked great. We had a problem from a pet stain and you would never know it existed.

Contacted him several times but never able to set a date. He did not follow up with contacting me.

Generally they did a good job, but our carpets didn't get as clean as we'd hoped they would. They did try to offer additional services, but in the end the process just didn't work well as we'd hoped.

Very well right on time. Very professional. Will use again.
