They were very responsive on the website to schedule my cleaning for the next day. When they had cancellations they offered to bump up my appt. Service was quick, well-done, cleaner was polite & thorough.

My wife and I were happy with the results. The carpets were clean to our satisfaction and left the house smelling clean. (I've had other carpet cleaning where they left our house smelling musty) My only gripe is that I wish they would include the cleaner in the price because I cannot imagine to many people having there carpets cleaned without some sort of cleaner being used. I felt this to be a way for them to re-coop some of there money from the coupon I had used. I marked them down for a B in punctuality because they were an hour late from the original time I was given. I understand other jobs run over, but there gets to be a point where you know you are not going to make the next appointment and a simple phone call before you miss the schedule time would have been good to know.

Initially was awful. The company rescheduled once, then the technician could not get his equipment to work after fiddling with it for several hours--after also tracking in a lot of dirt and leaving my carpet much worse than it was. The company said they would then come back out for free. I said I'd call when I returned from a trip out of the country. When I called to reschedule the person who answered was brand new on the job and said she'd have the other person call me back. When that didn't happen for several days, I called back. This time the person scheduled me within a few days and the tech just left. He wore shoe covers this time, and seemed to do a good job. Nonetheless, I don't think I'll be using them again.

I was not happy with CleanPro Carpet Cleaners. I wish I had known I could have asked for a refund for the deal I purchased (I only learned that later). I saw the Angie's List Deal from CleanPro for "whole house carpet cleaning" for $249. I have 9 rooms that are carpeted (and at least 2 rooms count as double rooms - so really 11 or 12 carpeted rooms when carpet cleaners quote them for me). $249 is a GREAT deal to have all of those rooms cleaned. I looked at the fine print of the deal to see if there was a limit on square footage. There was no limit stated in the coupon so I purchased it. I called to redeem the coupon and schedule the cleaning. I told CleanPro all of the areas I wanted to have cleaned and I was told that there was a limit on the square footage that the coupon covered. To CleanPro's credit, they told me that I would be charged an additional fee to clean the area over and above the area covered by the coupon. I explained that the coupon did not state a limit in square footage. CleanPro did not budge - they indicated the coupon was only for 1600 square feet. Anything more would cost more. I kept my appointment and had them clean my carpets. The technicans were nice enough but knew I was not happy about spending $249 to have my carpets cleaned that I can usually get for less than $100. I WISH I had contacted Angie's List prior to using the coupon once I found out that CleanPro's deal was not as advertised. I didn't realize I could get a refund on a deal before using it. So, lesson learned for me! And, lesson for CleanPro - you should abide by the deal you publish.

I purchased the Big Deal for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning plus a hallway. The Big Deal was for up to 700+ square feet and my three rooms and hallway only added up to 500 sq ft per my invoice. Since the Big Deal didn't inlcude any other upgrades, I feel like I ended up with their basic package as the side of the truck says $69 for 3 rooms.

Beware in using this company. We hired Clean Pro to clean our carpets. There were some carpets that were in need of a deep clean, others were not. They cleaned our entire house and did a good job with the carpets, but after they left the fumes from the chemicals were so strong, it forced my family to leave our home for 4 days. In addition, we were told the carpets would be dry in 6-8 hours, but after 48 hours it was only about 80% dry. The carpets were still too wet to walk on. When we contacted the owner to do something to help, he sent Mike, one of his crew leaders to see the issue. After Mike saw it, he was willing to try to clean it again, but needed the owner's, Adrian, permission. Adrian refused to do anything to help except he offered that he would clean all the carpets again for 50% off. Since we had to evacuate our home for 4 days and the scent was still unbearable, we wanted him to go over the carpets again and try to wash the fragrance out so that my family could move back in. After multiple requests to help us, Adrian claimed that he knew exactly what was put on the carpets and everything was done correctly and that was why he wouldn't do anything for us. However, Adrian never once came to our home. In fact, Mike said he didn't know what the other man did to the carpets because Mike was not around when the other man sprayed the carpet. Mike also told us that the other man was just a helper and was not the regular technician. Mike, and his assistant, agreed that the carpet had a very strong odor, and that he was willing to clean the carpets again and it would only take a 1/2 hr. But, again, Adrian refused all assistance. We were forced to call another company to come in and reclean all the carpets. When they did that, it nearly completely eliminated the strong, pungent odor. I pleaded with Adrian to help us out and just go over the carpets. That's all I wanted. However he would only do it again for 50% off, but after $329, I couldn't pay another 50% to have him get the carpets back to the way they should have been in the first place. The other carpet cleaner said that as he cleaned the carpets that he was able to suck up a ton of the chemicals and that the carpet kept foaming over and over and it was even bothering him. In 20 years in the business he had never seen it this bad and he was convinced they way over used the chemicals and that no matter how safe the chemicals were, it would have been bad to stay in the house and smell them. I've never had such an experience where the owner of a business refused to help make things right. All we wanted was for him to clean the carpets again without any fragrance. The other carpet cleaner felt that it was so bad we could have demanded brand new carpeting. Please approach this company with extreme caution.

Very good service, friendly & easy to schedule on appointment; carpets look great!

The service was very flexible in scheduling. ( I had to reschedule twice due to my remodel project finishing late.) He called to tell me an estimated time of arrival and was right on time. He was thorough, professional, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely use the service again.

The price was very reasonable. They were very prompt. They were not, in my opinion, professional. One of them could not speak English if I remember correctly. The carpet was wet for four days. My opinion was that they've put too much in the carpet and did not draw enough out. It has not seemed to me to be clean because of that. I think if they had drawn out all the water they put in, it would have lasted longer and I would have been more satisfied. I would not have them back. It was just an area I thought they could have work a little harder on. Their reply was, well that was a walk through area - a worn area and it could be, but if he had worked a little harder on it, then I would say OK you're right. But at this point I'm not sure. Where quality was concerned, their effort was A, their results was F.

It went well. I bought their deal on Angie's List and they worked with me to schedule a time to do the work. Showed up on time and finished quickly while doing a great job!

The service was okay. They did the work quickly and I was skeptical of the service as I questioned if the carpet had really been cleaned. They were anxious to provide extra services at an additional cost.

The cleaning was great. We did have stains on the carpet which they were able to get up. They only problem was that they were running late & they didn't call me - I had to call them. There was an accident on the highway, so it wasn't there fault they were late, but I really think they should've called me to let me know. Aside from that, it was pretty good.

After arriving later than scheduled, the 2 men began cleaning the tile. Their machinery stopped working nd they had to leave to switch trucks. The men left and ace back after an hour. Cleaned the tile and grout, but only with the floor machine. This machine would not get into the corners of the floor, which left very defined markings. Since the men needed to leave to get a new truck, they ended up being in our home until well into the evening. With an hour left (per the time on the printout) they said they would write "one hour remaining" on my receipt and that I should call to set up another appointment for the time remaining. I probably will never use the remaining hour as the service and work was awful.

Company was punctual and professional. I was disappointed that they were unable to remove a large stain, but I believe that they made a reasonable attempt to remove it without success.

Went well. Arrived on time and worked professionally.

I have a dog that sheds alot. They got all the fur and hair up. It did nottake long to dry either. They came ontime. They did an excellent job. They also cleaned my smaller rugs.

Was put in contact with them through a Big Deal. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. They were able to get out spots that I had been working on for a while with consumer-based cleaners. They were very friendly and had finished very quickly.

I bought this as a Groupon promotion for $69.00. for a rental property after a tenant moved out. This was new carpet and the tenant had a cat who left a cat odor. I added cleaning of the basement stairs and they recommended a deodorizer to get rid of the cat odor. The additional portion was $50.00, which I felt was reasonable. They were very professional and the carpet looks and smells very clean. Nice job!

I needed a sofa and two chairs cleaned. Had previously used the company for carpet cleaning, and they did a good job. My only disappointment this time was that they did not bother to move the sofa away from the wall and clean the back of it. (The fact that it isn't seen is irrelevant because the primary reason for the cleaning was to remove the odor of cigarette smoke.) I did not realize the oversight until the technicians had left. I will likely use this company again but will be more vigilant next time.
