Clean Pro LLC

I originally purchased the BIG DEAL for 3 rooms and a hallway of carpet cleaning for $49. When I called to set up the appointment I explained that I wanted to change my coupon to the $79 for 5 rooms and a hallway. I was told all I needed to do was pay the extra $30 when they showed up. When they showed up, first they denied that the carpet cleaning even included a hallway. I had to show them online that the coupon included a hallway. They refused to honor what I had be been told and charged me $20 per extra room. The coupon clearly stated that Carpet Protector was available for $10 per area. They attempted to charge me $25 per area so I refused their bait and switch sales. The coupon stated they did not move heavy furniture, but in reality they did not move anything but a couple of chairs. Light decorative pieces and light furniture were not moved; light weight end tables, vases, etc, were not moved to clean the carpet.. In less that 30 minutes they had supposedly cleaned 5 rooms plus a hallway. If they moved any pieces of furniture no pieces of plastic were put under the legs to protect the carpet from rust. I expected far better service from a service provider recommended by Angie's list.

It was fine. I called and scheduled a time with them. I thought they did a good job for the price. They did try to hurry and could've taken a little more time, but it wasn't that bad.

He did an excellent job! He was polite, nice, and very helpful. When he left, he advised if we saw anything left, he would come back and fix it. We didn’t see any issues with the work at all. He did so well that we have already hired him for additional work.

I purchased a home and wanted the carpets to be cleaned before we moved in. I bought a Groupon for Clean Pro LLC for $189 that said "2000 sqft of Carpet Cleaning for Entire House Carpet Cleaning ($600 value)". I thought this was a pretty good deal for the "entire house". I have 2400 sqft in my house not including my unfinished basement, a good amount of this 2400 sqft is hardwood flooring and tile, so I new that this would cover all of my carpets. Two men showed up in the time that they said they would. I walked one man around to show him the space. I asked for our tile shower to be steam cleaned and for the carpets to be scotch guarded as well. I expected an extra expense for those two things, but when I got my over all bill, it was for $425 PLUS the $189 I had already paid!! I was floored that it cost that much!! The scotch guard for the carpets was $135, which seemed fine, but our relatively small shower was $130+ which seemed crazy. Also they charged me for my staircase. When I told him that the Groupon included the ENTIRE house, he told me the stairs were extra work. Which I understand, even though this would be a simple job since I have ZERO furniture in the home to move, but the Groupon said the ENTIRE house. Last time I checked, my stairs were inside my house. When I called the owner, he said that the stairs should be included in the cleaning, but his guy said I had over 2000 sqft of carpet, so the stairs would be extra. I'm 110% sure that I do not have over 2000 sqft of carpet. At the end of the day, they charged me for my stairs, stain removal (the carpets were brand new, there were no stains), and way too much for my shower that wasn't even clean when I came home. I will never be using this company again. I have now learned my lesson when it comes to Groupons.

Work was professional and the tech was courteous. I think he could have done a little better job getting alongside the walls, but a machine will only do so much. They did a good job and the floors were a lot cleaner than before. I would recommend them.

The grout looks very good. Tile was laid down in 1995. This is the best it has looked in years.

I was not at home when they performed the service. My sons said they were prompt and professional. We are very happy with the results.

My carpets were really a mess, but the guys who cleaned them did a great job. I did not purchase the most expensive option - scrubbing - but I did go with the steam injection. They guys were really conscientious and went over the stained and heavy traffic areas several times to make sure they were clean. They were on time, courteous, and very professional. I will definitely use them again.

The vendor was extremely punctual. Apparently they had a cancellation. They called, and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled...arrived quickly, performed the work quickly, and left quickly. No issues there. The quality of the work is great as well. We have pets, and the carpet can get funky. It now smells like a brand new car, which is excellent. No issues there. The issue we have is that we bought a deal on LivingSocial that SHOULD HAVE covered the entire expense. It was for standard cleaning of three rooms. When the vendor arrived, he determined that because of the animals, he would need to do a deep cleaning and an enzyme treatment. He never consulted me on this, or explained that it was an option...just that it was the way it was. At the time, I assumed this was all covered by the LivingSocial deal. At the end, when it was time to go, he asked for $300 for the deep cleaning, and the enzyme treatment. This was in addition to the $$ we spent on the living social deal. I was not happy...I felt almost like I was being extorted. Again...work was great, but the cost and the general business manner of the vendor were awful.

He did a good job and we were pleased with the carpets.

. I had a Groupon Coupon for 4 rooms cleaned for $65 but they claimed I would need their extra stain remover/deep cleaning service and had adders for the closets and hallway. I knew the stairs cost in advance & that part was not a surprise or a problem. My carpets were very dirty - that's why I needed it done. I have used other carpet cleaning services before and have not been charged all these extras. But, I really needed the job done that day - I had a schedule with the realtor to have photos taken of the house to put it on the market. It was supposed to be listed the following Monday. They completed the job and left. I just figured I had learned my lesson about coupons for businesses I don't know and thought I was done. NOT! By Thurs/Friday the family room and even more strongly the stairway, smelled awful! It was rancid and unpleasant and still damp! No way I could have my house be shown smelling like this. I contacted the company on Friday morning and informed them of the issue and requested they send someone out to redo those areas by the end of the day Saturday. When they got back to me, it was with a dismissive attitude - Oh it couldn't be our fault, we have had many customers that love our service, just give it more time to dry, and then the final insult - Well, we could possibly work you back in for a REDUCED FEE! I am afraid I got really angry then and told him that I expected them to make it right on Saturday and that there was NO WAY I was paying them more to fix this problem. They did send a different crew out on Saturday. They were professional and courteous and recognized the issue. - it was obvious! They asked if we had pets - we do not and have never had any. I have also had this same carpet in this house cleaned by 3 other carpet cleaning companies with nothing like this ever happening! It was better after the 2nd time they cleaned - the family room was fine. The bottom half of the stairs still were stinky and the odor was growing stronger again. I had to deoderize them myself -Twice! before it was all resolved.

They arrived on time and did a great job.

They charged us extra for additional chemicals.

They were good and honest and accurate. They did exactly what I asked them for and went above and beyond. It was a great deal. The fact that they didn't, have to move furniture was a plus to them and they just did traffic patterns for that price which I thought was nice. I did not pay anything extra over the $99 big deal price.

It did not go very well. I would not use them again although I thought the men were very nice. I hope they've improved because I got the feeling that mayber they were fairly new at the business. I liked the men; they were very courteous and things looked pretty good. They didn't come with pads to put under the legs; when the carpet is damp, it will stain the carpet if you put furniture back on top of it. So I had to scurry around and I finally found paper plates that they tore up and used as guards. Before when I had carpet cleaners, they always ca,e equipped with that kind of knowledge. We also had a young pet and we had a number of stains on the carpets and they said they didn't think they could get them out and they didn't. But other carpet cleaners have in the past being able to do that. So, all in all, my recollection was I would not be using them again.

It was just fine, no complaints at all. The reason that I purchased it was to have the hallway carpet in my church cleaned, it wasn't for my house, I had Clean Pro LLC do it at my church. It was a long hallway but they clean it regularly. They were prompt and did what they said they were going to do. Overall, I would say and A minus, the only reason I give the minus is because, although I purchased the package in the fall, it was my understanding that they were going to get in touch with me to setup the service and it took them months to actually get back to me and when they did, they said we had such a response to the big deal, we are really behind, I can appreciate that but it would have been nice if I had been notified of that sooner, because I was kind of wondering, why aren't these people calling me. The service was great, and then once we arranged for the service they were on time and all that, I think maybe their communication skills are a little lacking.

They were punctual, actually early, did a professional job, explained scope of work, cost and what they would do. They were clean, careful and very professional throughout entire transaction. Would use again.

I purchased an Angie's List coupon the contractor had advertised. He contacted me via email with 4 hours -- that was surprising and nice! We arranged an appointment date a week out. He accommodated my request for an early start. Two workers showed up on time. Mike took a look at what I wanted done and promptly wrote up a proposal with a fair price They started working right away and were professional, quick yet thorough. they both wore shoe covers, which I like to see when workers are in my home. Job was done well and they were gone within 90 minutes of arrival. Services were excellent. I will definitely utilize this company next time its time to "clean the rugs".

After a few years of living with a small dog my carpet has gone through h*** and back. I have to say I was extremely impressed with how clean these guys got my carpet! They did a great job and were very pleasant. After calling around the city, comparing prices and asking multiple questions about the type of service the various companies offered ? Clean Pro was the only company that stepped up to the plate and offered an appropriate price with a 24-hour turnaround. The service was quick, professional, priced well and - probably most importantly - great customer service. I would absolutely utilize this company again and (obviously) would recommend it as company/service to use.
