When the technician showed up, we were unable to find a good spot for him to attach his hose. We decided that the garage would be unsafe due to carbon monoxide. I went upstairs while he was working. After awhile, I realized that he was taking a lot longer than I thought it should have, and I also started to feel very sick. I went downstairs to have him leave, so I could go home. At that point, I realized he as feeling sick too, and that was why it had been taking so long. He had parked his truck in the garage, and the building was being filled with carbon monoxide. Our neighbors carbon monoxide alarm had gone off too. The guy may have thought that he finished the job, but due to the carbon monoxide situation, I don't think he realized that it wasn't finished. I ended up paying him $200, but at this point, I still need someone to finish the job. I have asked for the refund from the company, but the man I spoke with didn't seem to think that the carbon monoxide situation was a big deal. But the job was not finished, and I still need the work done.

They were an average group. You get what you pay for.

They did a fine job, though the men who picked up the rug were uncertain about how to fold and carry it out.

It was fine. It was a good price. We have found another carpet cleaner that we prefer and so we may not use them again.

That was fine. I did a Big Deal purchase for the service but I added couch cleaning and I think I added an extra room. So, it was more because I added some things beyond what the offer was. Everything was fine. I normally clean the carpets myself but I periodically have professionals come and do it. I saw their advertisement on the Angie’s List website and hired them. They did a fine job and nothing was negative as far as I can remember. I think the cost was very low and it was a good deal. The quality seemed good at the time. They came when I expected them. They did a very good job and I think I would use them again if I didn’t do my own cleaning.

Deal didn't cover my full couch or pet hair removal. Spent much more money to get it done than planned.

It was a displeasing. I was little disappointed because when they got there it didn't cover the type of carpet cleaning that I needed. So instead of getting three rooms, I ended up in getting one room just because there would be a bump in price. That might be in the fine print somewhere, but I did not see it. There were no extra charges on top of the big deal price only because we negotiated to do just one room instead of three rooms as per the big deal. They were on time and did what they said they would do, but it ended up in not being effective.

They had to come back a second because the fringe was left unclean with discoloring. They did send someone out to fix it. They didn’t bring anything to protect the wood floor. There were no problems with scheduling.

I had set up for a carpet cleaning of two rooms with their special 3 rooms and a hall for 70, but the tech that came said he could make my carpets look like new with a shampoo clean and it would cost 195 and if I was unhappy I wouldn't have to pay. Well that was a joke, no stains where lifted and my carpet didn't look any different and felt very course afterwards. I paid, and called after it dried and asked to speak to the manger and he didn't return my call. I called three other times all three times told the owner would call me back that day and he never returned my call. He had no problem cashing my check the next day, even knowing that I was very unhappy with the services I received. I feel like I was taken by this company. I will never use them again. Very disappointed in the lack of standards they hold by NOT EVER returning a UNHAPPY customers calls!! I have never had a such a bad carpet cleaning before

No one showed up at the time we were given. It felt like they added us into the schedule and that the team was rushed. We did not receive an explanation for their lateness which led us to believe that they had forgotten us. I called to ask where they were and they did get someone here within an hour. The men were only in our home for about 35minutes and the carpets were very wet when they left. The carpets look and feel clean, but it took a full 24 hours for them to dry completely.

It was fine. They were efficient ad did a good job. They were very clear on the details of the deal and how much extra services cost. The carpet looked good when they were done. However, after it was dry, some of the stains came back.

We purchased the three rooms for $49 deal. After we purchased the deal, they called to make the appointment, however, we were not ready to schedule yet. A month later, I called to go ahead and schedule and they scheduled us for the following week. When they arrived, we asked them to do the whole house including putting down stain protection as we will be putting the house on the market. The stairs were particularly bad. They gave us a very good price and the carpets looked very good when they left. The only complaint I have is that it took two days for the carpets to dry. This seems to be a common problem with the company.

They did good. Overall, they were excellent.

As I explained above, the provider did not deodorize at all nor did he move any furniture nor offer to help me move furniture. He cleaned around the furniture in the living room but just swiped the middle entrance of the other two rooms.

We negotiated an extra price to treat an odor in one room and they treated it. The odor didn't immediately come out but eventually it did. They did an adequate job.

He charged me way more than the deal offered. He said it was going to cost $300-$700. Not the$49 the deal had offered.

It went great. They called to let me know that they were on their way and wasted no time getting started.My carpet looks great.

It went very well. They arrived exactly as scheduled. Upon arrival he assessed the job, and gave his opinion as to what was needed per the fabric of the furniture. He made suggestions and allowed me to decide how much I wanted done. He made suggestions on the carpeting in several locations. When I decided that I wanted one carpet cleaned, he said that he would have time to do it as well as the originally scheduled furniture. They were fast and efficient. Stains were removed from the carpet that we did not expect them to be able to remove.

They were very nice, carpets were cleaned quick and cleaned very well.

I didn't have a great experience. They were nice and on time, however they did upcharge for the project which was three times the amount of the Big Deal. Once they treated it, they had to come back out to fix some problem spots.

They picked my rug up on time, and returned promptly and clean. The service was good.
