Their services were mediocre. When they got here they claimed that it was more expensive job then the deal and had try to up-sell me on some additional cleaning. Their work didn't get all of the cleaning off. It cleaned some of it but my grout still wasn't as clean as it should be.

Overall the cleaning was fast, professional, and J.M. answered all my questions and concerns beforehand. I did purchase an extra pretreatment. There was no "hard sell" for additional treatments. I would use their services again.

In the end, the carpet is worse than it was BEFORE it was cleaned, because all he managed to do was smear the spots and make them larger. It looks AWFUL. I would not recommend them.

Overall, it was pretty good. They came out the day I scheduled with them. I paid extra aside from the "Big Deal". They said there was so much to do a deep clean and so much for spot removal. They were prompt but I asked them to go over this one spot a second time because I can tell it wasn't going to be that clean and he said "you got 5 days, if you don't like it, call back" but of course I didn't but it kind of upset me that he couldn't just hit the one spot again to make me happy. It was just one little area. I think their pricing was a little high.

Absolutely wonderful. And they also pointed out a very bad job done by the company we had do the carpet shampooing and furniture cleaning. We will need to have the carpets redone, at least downstairs, and will have Clean PRO LLC do the job rather than the other company. These guys were professional, did a fabulous job and the tile floors have never looked better in the 9 years we have been in this house.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was not so good. They did not move any furniture and kind of did the center of the room. The person who came out tried to say some services were not included that were specifically listed in the Big Deal. When I showed him the coupon he told me he was not familiar with what was on the coupon.

The tech was professional and courteous. He answered questions and was knowledgable of services.

It was excellent. On time. Very patient as I was running late due t work. I would recommend to all my friends.

Showed up in timely fashion. Completed job. Shower stall/tile was new, but I wanted it clean so I could seal it. Said they couldn't get spots off, but I got them off after they left. I had to touch up floor behind the door and along the edges and some spots. All total, it was probably 75 square feet, if that. It appeared not really interested in the project and quality.

I was satisfied with the pricing and scheduling went smoothly with them and we were pleased with them overall. They were very professional.

They did a good job in cleaning my living room, dining room and hallway. I ended up spending an additional $60 more for a pre-conditioner and a carpet protector. The carpet looks a whole lot better. The last couple time I had it cleaned the person used a chemical cleaner and it didn't do to well but this one looks pretty good in spite of the fact that it took longer to dry than they said. But once it was dry it looked pretty good.

They were well over an hour late for appointment, though they did call me about 10 minutes after they were supposed to be there to tell me they would be late. They immediately gave me an invoice adding another $79 to my price for "pre-cleaning". Claimed carpets would come out much better with this added service. I declined. I did pay an extra $67 to have them clean an oriental rug. They used a steamer. I think they just steam cleaned the carpets with water. I didn't smell any detergents or deodorizers and I have a very sensitive nose. I think I could have done a better job cleaning the carpets myself with my Bissell carpet cleaner.

We signed for the special deal $50 for three rooms via Angie's List. Result? They wanted $250. That's what we don't like about dealing with the carpet cleaning companies. End up paying $175. We paid extra to have odor removed. Result? Odor is stronger and worse now ever since we had carpet cleaned nearly a month ago. Now we have to contact the company to have them return and do better job. I am not sure if it is worth the trouble...

we purchased a coupon for five rooms and a hall with odor and stain removal for $99.00. The coupon expired by the time we had an opportunity to contact them, and was told it would cost an additional $50 to honor the expired coupon. When they finished, they tried to charge me extra for the pet treatments and odor removal that was originally included in the coupon. I disagreed with their findings stating that those services were offered on the coupon and that I was only paying $50 for the expired coupon to be redeemed. I confirmed with the owner that all features of the coupon would be honored. The men who arrived had to call the owner to confirm. I found out later that the odor and stain removal was not used and so I had to clean the carpets again after they left.

I bought the coupon for $65.00 for 4 rooms of cleaning. We only had 3 rooms plus a small hallway to clean, I figured this should cover everything. They immediately started the "up charge" scheming after he did a walk thru of the house. He said they will only steam clean the carpets for the $65 charge and that if I wanted to get rid of the dirt and take care of the soiled heavy traffic areas I was going to need the Pre-Treatment which was an additional $18/room. He wanted to charge me almost $80 more. I was flabbergasted! I said Well, what the heck did I buy the coupon for if you aren't going to get rid of the soiled areas. (There were not a lot of SPOTS on the carpet, just some heavily traffic areas---we scrubbed the stains out the night before in soiled areas). He then told me that he couldn't guarantee the work if we didn't do the pre-treatment and it wouldn't get as clean if we didn't do it. I almost kicked them out of the house and just went to another place. I asked him to pre-treat the 2 stained areas (2 strips of carpet--not entire rooms) and he did it for an additional $38.00 I think this is ridiculous and still feel like I've been duped. I will not be using them again. On a positive note: I called to make the appointment yesterday and they were able to come out to my place 24 hours later. They were 30 minutes late to the appointment, but they did call to tell me they were running late.

I think they did a decent job. It did take awhile for the carpets to dry. I did not think it dried as fast as other cleaners.

They did well, performing as expected.

Purchased a Big Deal and they honored the deal as well as gave us great pricing on some additional cleaning services that we need done do to pets. They had a tough task and did a really nice job. My wife was home for them to get started and said they were very professional and a nice crew to be around. Thanks for the service!

I purchased a $99 Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and he was really good. He is a really good guy and was very personable and professional. He did carpets and grout work for me and was easy to deal with. We had a conversation, but he did not talk my ear off.

The cleaners were pleasant and quick; in and out in a flash. They probably did three rooms in under a half hour. Carpets were noticeably cleaner afterward, although I'm not sure how thorough they were getting under the furniture and other hard-to-reach areas. For the cost, I'm pretty pleased.

carpet was old but I have had better results

My husband met the men from Pro Clean at my mother's home to complete the cleaning on 8/21. My sister steam-cleaned the family room rug that Sunday before. Granted my mother's carpet has some pet stains but Pro Clean would not clean and deodorize the carpet for $49 but the men would clean it for $400. My husband refused to pay $400 more, and the men left. I called the owner that evening, and he said my mother's rug needed a deep cleaning and they would not do the $49 job for liability reasons. He said he would contact you (Angie's List) for a refund of the $49. That has not yet happened. I would not recommend this company to anyone. As of 9/1/2013, I have not received a refund for services never rendered. (I marked the service was provided as the men showed up. That was the extent of what was provided.) The reimburse my pre-payment of $49 -- either Angie's List itself or Pro Clean.

When they came in today and walked through the house, which has been in the middle of a remodel, I had already cleaned up all the dirt and dust I could see. I can understand if they had to vaccum a little extra though, as the contractors did not put down any type of covering. CleanPro LLC showed me an invoice with the agreed upon services before they started, this showed the original deal that I had purchased on Angie's List. They also had included all of these additional services that I had to pay for: preconditioning @ $30, 16 steps @ $2 per step, 3 closets and one hallway @ $15, and $25 for vacuuming. I understood that I might have to pay additional fees, but didn't realize there would be so many. I am ok with the charges for the stairs, closets, hallways and vaccuming charges. However, I don't know why I had to pay a preconditioning charge, this seems like it would be part of the shampooing and deodorizing. I am also really upset that the deodorizing, which was part of the original $79 deal, was never done. They were in and out very quickly, and I am not happy with the experience I had.

They called and asked to come come early, we agreed. They came in and rushed their way through and and did 1300+ square feet of carpet *our upstairs, and main floor master, plus our staircase and landing in about a half hour. They left the carpets wet, and as they have dried I see very little improvement. They did offer to do "deep cleaning" for an additional 49.00 a room. I'm not happy with the results, am disappointed in the "Big Deal", and we could have done a better job with our own carpet cleaner.
