It worked out good. They did a very good job. What wasn't really clear was that that was for a very basic service. I needed deep cleaning. In total, I ended up spending another $300 beyondthe big deal amount. The work they did was good. My interaction with the provider was very good.

I had purchased a prepaid service on Angie's List for the four rooms and a hallway, so I called to make an appointment. It was very difficult to get a hold of someone, and, when I did, it was difficult to understand the heavy accent. But we were able to arrange for service. The coupon stated a hallway was included and that I could pay $2 per stair at the time of the appointment, if I chose. I did want the stairs added, so I planned to pay an extra $26 (13 stairs). \ When the serviceman arrived, he was courteous and got right to business. He counted the stairs and cleaned the carpet quickly and thoroughly. The few stains we had were gone with the cleaning. He said it would take about 45 minutes to clean and 10 to 12 hours to dry. Instead, it took about 30 minutes to clean. (We arranged to stay elsewhere overnight while it dried, so I don't know if the dry time was accurate or not.) After it was finished, he tallied up the bill. I was surprised that he was charging $3 per stair and an extra $10 for the hallway ($49, compared to the $26 it should have been). Make sure you are clear up front with the serviceman about the costs! Overall, I was happy with the service, but the communication and response time could be vastly improved.

Terrible!!! Over 2 hrs late! Over charged me! When I questioned charge tech said he will call cops on us if I didn't pay additional 40 dollars. Soaked my carpets. Caled Adrian the owner and he would not do anything. Do not ever use the carpet cleaner. Made me give them cash or they would not leave! Called Angie list to give me a refund of my 49.00 dollars that I paid them. Have not gotten a refund yet. |

I was quoted $49 for cleaning the couch. They guy charged me $80 for couch cleaning.

While the overall service was decent, the pricing was ridiculous. I tried to take advantage of the 3 rooms for $49 deal but after all of the add-ons, like preparation, steps, small hallway, etc, I ended up paying $170. The $49 dollar teaser is totally bogus (ie. I doubt that there is ever a situation where that is the actual price) and unprofessional.

Boris called to say he would be about 20 minutes late - I appreciated the call. Though expensive, it was worth it to see the results. I've never had a cleaner work harder to get my carpet looking good. It took quite a long time for the deep-cleaned areas to dry. But, again, the results were worth it.

The "deal" was for $49.99 and was supposed to include cleaning 3 rooms and a hallway. That price quickly tripled when the extras were added in like steam cleaning, stain removal and scotch guard application. The end results were great, but the "deal" price does not adequately reflect what the member ends up actually paying.

They came in and tried to sell me more expensive services. When I didn't buy them they hurried through and left!

The house was empty and being readied to sell so very clean odor- free carpeting was a must.

The carpets look like they have not been touched! I had them last year to clean my carpets and could not have been happier. This year is a different story and I probably will not use them again.

Today the technician showed up early and seemed to be ready to work. After discussing the details of the job he turned as asked where he could hook up his truck to water. I told him our outside water spigot had been winterized, it's 19 degrees outside right now, and was unavailable to be used. He then notified me that he couldn't perform the service if we don't provide them with water and he kinda bullied me and tried to say it was in the "contract". After reviewing my purchase agreement nowhere did it state that they required water for their service, I did check before I purchased the service, and it was my fault for them having to drive down from Noblesville for nothing. I notified the tech that this would result in a negative review on Angies List and his remark was "It's ok it don't matter to me anyways". I followed up with Adrian the owner of the company and a few hours later another tech came out with a sink adapter to do the job. After he arrived he found some pet stains and notified me that it would be an additional $80 - $120 bucks to clean the carpets or they wouldn't be able to perform the service. I told them no thanks and I was told to speak to Adrian again. He told me they must do the up charge work due to the fact that that are insured and bonded and it was a liability for them to perform the work like they wanted because they didn't want the "bacteria" to stay in the carpet. That may seem true but no amount of vacuum pressure is going to remove it from the carpet and pad. So basically it was a strong arm tactic to secure more money from us. After I told him all I wanted was the standard cleaning and I would be willing to sign a waiver or whatever to remove them from being liable for the "bacteria" he still declined. Needless to say we are very disappointed in both Clean Pro and Angie's list. Companies like this don't belong here and this isn't the first time I've had a run in with bad service by using your service. UPDATE The owners response to my review on the BBB. "Hi We did went to the customer twice that day because we had problems connecting to the water source. Also the customer ask our company to clean the carpet which was full of pet stains free of charge. The customer did received a refund from Angie's list. Unfortunately we cannot perform free services just because the customer made a threat is going to write a bad review on Angie's List website. Thank You" Never once did we ask for free service or threaten with negative feedback. Only after we were told it was going to be a $120 upcharge to clean the two rooms, after we already paid the $50 through Angie's list, or they weren't going to do the work did I notify them of the negative feedback review. Such a shady scammer of a business owner.

We originally had some scheduling problems, but other than that, they were ok. The whole job took 40 minutes and they got the stains and dirt spots out. In one room, the carpet only took a few hours to dry where as another room didn't dry until the next day.

They were very nice, did a good job, and I was very happy. There were two guys that came out. They tried to up-sell me but I stuck with the Big Deal I had purchased. I had some pet stains I wasn't sure would come out but they did get them out.

We bought a house with white carpet. The carpet was very soiled and considering this, they did a fine job. However, the carpet took a long time to dry. The price ended up going up as I requested other jobs, but I knew the price would creep.

They did a really good job. They were very nice and polite. I would recommend them to others.

Scam....I can have three carpeted rooms cleaned for $139.00 total....with my regular carpet cleaning company...this was no deal!

I have used this company several times and have never been disappointed. I have two small children (boys) and two dogs- I need them often and they never disappoint. They are on time, professional, do great work, and best yet- reasonably priced. Thanks again on another great job!

It was fine. I think that they were the ones that had to come back because there were some areas that did not get clean.

Arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning. Removed several deep stains for a small upcharge. The fourteen year old carpets came out near new!

I bought a coupon for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning for $49. It stated that the maximum square feet was 750. I had moved all furniture from my family room. Evidently, because my family room was 450 square feet, I had to pay an extra $79. In the other two rooms, they did not move any furniture and I only did the high traffic areas. Also, all spots were not removed.

This was the worst service experience I have ever had! I purchased a coupon to have 5 areas cleaned. I called the company to inquire about space, stains, additional areas, etc. I was expecting to pay $50 over the coupon (stairs and stain).when the technician arrived he reviewed the house and quoted $258!!! I clearly explained my expectations and research. I told him what I was willing to pay. He brought the cost down to $147. I again explained what I was willing to do. He told me that if they only do the basic cleaning it probably won't get any of the stains out. What is a professional cleaning, if it does nothing!?! I asked them to leave, and Amazon local was very pleasant in refunding my coupon. Get a full quote before ever arranging service!!
