Price was not what was agreed upon- Had many add ons and although they stated they were optional they wanted signature on contract where they listed additional (not wanted )services. We asked Angie's list for money back- Will not use Angie list promotions again.

The stairs were unsatisfactory. They were still stained on the edge and weren't extremely dirty to begin with.

It went well and I was satisfied with the service.

They were quick and very efficient. There were two cleaners here doing the work and it took about an hour and half to complete. They were able to come out on a Saturday and accommodate to my schedule. The results were great and I felt they did a good job. This was the first time we had cleaned the carpets.

I was not too pleased with the service. They waited until they arrived at my home to offer me stain resistant and to do a thorough cleaning in my high traffic area. I did not realize I would have to pay more to get a deeper cleaning. If he would have told me before hand, I would have been able to add that on. Then, his machine broke down and he did not bring it up to me. I felt there was poor customer service. The results were just average and I did not feel the price was right for the service.

we purchased an angies list big deal- there was an added charge for the stairs- overall very good job and quickly done.

It was terrible. It was just poor quality cleaning. There was a language barrier. The price should have been excellent if the work was done correctly.

Bought a Big Deal for carpet cleaning and Clean Pro came out within two weeks and got the job done. While on-site, we asked for the additional services of the area rug cleanings and they were more than willing to take the time to do the additional work. They were professional and friendly, explaining the process and products used.

They service was fine. They were very efficient, and I had pet stain, and I could tell the difference. I liked the service. I spent 15 Dollars more for pet deodorization. I called them, and we arranged a date for when they could come out.

The young men who came to clean the capet did a good and professional job. We believe it was a "good deal" for us. However, we realized afterwards that we prefer to have our carpets cleaned by the Chem Dry method rahter than by steam. The carpet took over 12 hours to dry even thought the Clean Pro guy said 4-8. The dry carpet feels stiff.

It went well. I've used them before and the only recommendation that I have is that they charge for spot treatment and they don't indicate that to you prior to purchasing. They came out a week after I purchased the deal and I wasn't charged anything extra.

It was additional to clean a specific area of a carpet (about 1ft x 1ft) in our daughters bedroom that was a hard to clean spill; understandable, but later I cleaned it with a Bissell carpet cleaner and did a better job. In the end, you get what you pay for. They provide a very basic service and nothing exceptional. I could have cleaned the areas myself (and have before) and did a much better job. I suggest renting a Rug Doctor and do it yourself if you do not have Bissell.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was okay. he said he would not do any furniture at all and I don't know if he had the best equipment for cleaning carpets. It was just an okay cleaning. I spent about $64 over the Big Deal price. He was right on time.

It went well. He was punctual and finished the work within the estimated time frame. Extra work was slightly expensive compared to the BIG DEAL. Ended up paying another 150 $ for 2 rooms, 14 steps, and enzyme and deep cleaning treatment for 2 rooms ( although I should mention that I chose it after was given options as we have a new baby). But overall satisfied.

The service worked out so so. The basement was left really wet, I was surprised by that, and I wondered if they had sucked it dry or not. The two guys were foreign and spoke their own language, which made me uncomfortable around my home, not knowing what they are saying. I would say the work turned out pretty good in the end. The interaction with the provider was fair to good. I did pay more than what I had paid on the big deal.

It was good. They cleaned the carpets satisfactorily. I didn't have any issues. It was easy to get the appointment scheduled. They were very pleasant when they came out to do the work.

The 2 techs arrived right on time. They were very friendly and professional. They started by doing a black light inspection which I have not seen other carpet companies do. From the black light test they let us know that we had a lot of pet urine stains in the carpet. We had suspected this as we bought the home recently and the previous owners had 2 cats and 2 dogs that ran free. In order to get these out and make the carpets safe for our 6 month old to crawl on they recommended an enzyme treatment that would eat away the stains. This turned out to be pretty pricey but in the end worth it. The carpets looked great afterwards and they got out all of the visible stains. I would recommend their services.

It was fine. I purchased a Big deal for $79.99 for them to come and clean five rooms which was really a good deal. My carpets were fabulous, they are clean and wonderful and that's perfect. But it did not cost me $79.99, it cost me like $300 because what we didn't realize when we purchased the Big deal is that they came in and found, "well we can do this and we can do that, we can do that for you and that for you and look at this, your carpets are peeling all over the house" which we don't think is true but we just got kind of caught up in it, we authorized it, they did it. It looks fabulous but at the end of the day I kind of had a bad taste in my mouth. The up sale was not expected and I should probably anticipated it but I didn't and then I thought they could have cut me some kind of slack because I had already paid $79.99 and I don't even remember it what the up sale was but I know it was over $200. And I thought it was one of those things where I didn't want to be rude but at the end of it like a week later you kind of scratch your head and say I got conned. That was my feeling, now the carpets looked fine. The dry time was several hours, I would say they probably came at 1 o'clock or so in the afternoon and say by the next morning things were complete dry. The two workers that were here were very personable, very friendly. I can't complain about that, they were good workers. I just felt a little bit uncomfortable with it like did I just get conned.

I had a coupon. He honored it. He was late, but did call to say that his previous job took longer than expected.

A spot on my carpet, said he would treat it and no stain, but later after drying stain still there. It was not the best cleaning job I've ever had. Would not use them again.

I received a refund from Angies List. We live in a second floor apartment and he said that their hoses are attached to the truck and they couldn't reach our apartment. We suggested they bring the hoses in through the balcony railing but he still said they couldn't do the service.

They service went alright. If I had to use them again, I wouldn't. They were average; there was nothing wrong but nothing great about them.

It was fine. They are very good. They moved the furniture downstairs for me. When they came, I had so much carpet cleaning to be done. We have added 2$ each stair and a couple of extra rooms so the price was okay. That's the first time we had done it for our house. They did an excellent job. They cleaned the areas that they know that needs a special treatment so they are very good in taking care of it. They were very professional.

Boris was the gentlemen who arrived on time and provided the cleaning. He was very knowledgable and professional. All carpeting was cleaned. The overall job result was outstanding. My carpeting looks great. Thanks.

the young men who performed the service were very nice and efficient but I payed for 4 rooms and they said the could only do my living room, dining room, hall and master bedroom. my house is 1570 sq ft. My kitchen is 9-17= 153 sq ft 2nd bedroom 11-15=165sq ft, 3rd bedroom 10-15=150 sq ft, and laundry room of 5-7 sq ft = 35. 1570-503=1067sq ft minus 2 bathrooms if they count. was very pleased with CLEAN PRO LLC
