I had to be out of State for the weekend. I instructed the phone person as to where the key would be located. The house was EMPTY, so nothing to damage or worry about being responsible for anything except cleaning with no furtniture to move. The key was under a step under the back porch but the guy they sent out was never told where it was so he coudn't get into the house. I already had moved across town ,but HAD to be out of State that weekend. Landlord penalized me over $250 for carpet cleaning from another service after I had already paid for this one, which I never received. I'm still p***** about it.

But after checking the reviews it was clear that this vendor had a poor reputation.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They were great. There were no additional charges. They did a great job and they got some spots out. They were very nice to work with. We have used them again.

It was fine. We added an additional treatment.

Provider gave an estimate of .40/sqft for tile cleaning over the phone, when the rep came in he gave an estimate of 1.50/sqft, when asked why so high he bargained to 1.00/sqft without giving a good reason. I was expecting a cost of 200$ for 500sqft area which in turn came to be 700$. Rep told if i dont get the sealant done it would chip off the grout in 2-3 weeks. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Will not use them again. I told the owner that he should not run his business like this as he will lose all his customers very soon if they donot stick to what they quote,.

I had Clean Pro out less than a couple of weeks ago and I don' know that I'm really satisfied and I kind of felt like it led to a lot bigger expense than what I had already bought. My son had just gotten sick so I called them and told them that he had gotten sick and I tried to clean it up. They said it was going to be an extra $70 to do deep cleaning in that room. Then the carpet area downstairs didn't even come clean, I mean it doesn't even look like it's even been cleaned because I don't use it. I did go ahead and decided to pay extra to have my steps done and I didn't get them swept, do I need to sweep them first and they said no. To be honest, they didn't get cleaned because there was dirt. I wouldn't be spending $130, I don't know if I would have them come out again. I only got three rooms and a hallway. I just think the extra charges were too much. I thought the price of the deal was a good deal but to get less than what you paid for the deal and then had to pay extra was not a good deal. The guys themselves were courteous and everything. They way that my order was written up, it's not like he even used my Angie's List item but he took the certificate. It just didn't seem somewhat right. I could have kept my Angie's List paper and paid less, it was just odd. I really wanted to call them and say "the carpet's dry but it still looks like you didn't do anything" but I didn't because we were going on Spring break so I'm done with that. There are areas in my carpet now that are buckled up. They called and said when they were going to be here and they were pretty close within that so that I did appreciate that they called and let me know that they were going to be just a few minutes behind. I felt like I was coerced to pay the additional amount a little bit.

My wife was home and she said it was a good experience. I would recommend them.

However, when they came they were only going to steam clean it (which the dealer that I bought the rug from said was not a good way to clean it) and the rug was going to be wet and laying on my hardwood floors.

The gentleman arrived on time, worked very professionally, and did an excellent job. There was nothing negative to say about our experience with Clean-Pro.

I bought the $49 Angie's List Deal for 3 rooms and hallway carpet cleaning. I realized that I would be paying an extra $2 per step for my stairs. I have counted numerous times and have 13 steps. I was charged for 17. We had one room completely empty. The hallway was shortened because of mattresses in the hallway. The other bedroom was emptied except for bed and wood case goods, so no worry about access to anything and nothing had to be moved. Our small partial bath area was 5'4" by 5'6" and the walk in closet was 6'2" square. The technician or representative said that the bath and closet were 2 rooms and that he would have to charge me $10 extra for the extra room. I understand that, however combined they are smaller than any carpeted room in my house. I was also told that my stairs were dirty (yes, they were) and that I should get them deep cleaned for an additional $1 per step. This time I was charged for 14 steps, because "the landing counted as 2". I feel like I still got a fairly good deal, but I felt like I was nickeled and dimed. They did a fair job of cleaning with the exception of around a floor heating vent. The soil marks from air movement were obvious even with the register vent on, and obviously they didn't move the vent. They were in and out in about 50 minutes. The carpeting was very wet and even with fans took about 24 to 30 hours to dry. Upon seeing the dirty vent area, I got out my spot cleaner and cleaned it myself.

Removed stains from formally and professionally cleaned carpets; they successfully removed a very large stain of nail polish that was in the carpet for over 5 years.

They obviously knew how to clean carpets. Problem was, they walked in, toured the house, and told us it would cost almost 3 times what we paid for the "Deal". They wanted to add a lot of extras that we didn't ask for. When we told them we just wanted a carpet cleaning, they became disrespectful and suggested it would be a waste of time. In the end they did the job and we did pay a bit extra for spot cleaning, but it was not a pleasant experience.

The inexpensive price was to get in the home. They just wanted to press their other options. They were fairly polite but I would not call them again.

It was extra because, they did the stairway. They got rid of the stains and they had to do some serious cleaning. They did a good job on the stairs. I am not sure that the $49 special would have been as good. I needed the industrial service. It had been a long time since I had them done. They were nice guys but, I am not sure that I would use them.

They cleaned the carpets in the living room, hallway and bedrooms. They did a fine job. They arrived on time and we did not have any problems.

I would use Clean Pro again and recommend them to others.

Had them out to clean select areas of my 900 sq ft apartment. They came and went very quickly, have great clear instruction on what to do while the carpets dried and how long they would need to dry. They were spot on with their estimate! Next day the apartment smelled and looked great.

The carpet looked nice when the provider left. However, after the carpet dried that evening, I noticed that the stain I was must concerned about in the Master Bedroom was still there. I emailed the provider during the early morning hours of March 8, the day after the cleaning, and apprised him of the stain. As of the writing of this review, I have not heard back from the provider.

It was a good experience. They cleaned around the furniture and we paid extra for the stairs. They did great. They were professional, knowledgeable and did a good job. They were on time. They were able to take all the stains off the carpets.

The service worked out really well, they did a good job. There were a couple of stains I thought they could have done a better job on but overall they did a great job. They were super timely.

I would not recommend them. There is still an area in my carpet that is not cleaned and they made comments about how dirty my carpet was. It was dirty because it comes in from the garage. They were unprofessional in the comments they made and the two guys got into an argument against me. It was strange and odd to see such a behavior. The carpet should have come clean. I collected the recharge for stairs but I ended up paying a bit more than I had expected.

They did an excellent job and my only complaint was I had purposely asked them not to leave my carpet too wet. I told it to the man and I went into the house and he didn’t convey the message to the man at the other end and it was kind of wet. Otherwise they were very nice to deal with. I would recommend them and I thought they did a nice job and they were quick and thorough.
