They cleaned my whole house and when I complained the carpet was still dirty the worker told me the carpet was worn. There is no way carpet can be worn out in a prefect 10x10 area. Then they rip me off by charging $265 from pet urine removal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Perfect. I bought their Store Front offer, and they contacted me promptly to schedule service. they use good equipment, and their prices are more than fair. I would definitely reccomend them.

They are adequate. I will try them again. I didn't like that I had to remind them to come. They had a very competitive price considering the market.I would use them again.

This ended up being during the cold snap, so the equipment froze and the services were significantly delayed. The carpet cleaning did happen eventually and was ok. The man cleaning was very nice but very quick since the problems had him very behind.

Two men were polite, worked hard, asked questions about specific stains. Some stains could not be removed as they were old and worked in. Overall, carpet was much improved.

The experience went well. The add in prices were more than I thought they would be, which meant I that the overall price was much more than I had expected, especially since I had already paid a down payment for this deal.

There was a little bit of furniture that they moved.

They were responsive to me and punctual in the appointment. I thought they were going to pick up the rug and bring it back to me. He ended up cleaning the rugs here at my home. He seemed to complain about where he was going to do the cleaning. He also kept wanting to adding services when I didn't want to.

I called this company in response to an Angie's List email for the Bug Deal: tile cleaning for $119. Original date of service was April 28, 2014. When the tech, Brayton, was here, he quoted me the extra price for sealing the tile as well. I agreed and paid the extra $279 at that time. We discussed the large amount of marble tile to be cleaned, and Brayton had no questions. When he left at the end of the day, the floors were still wet. The next morning I noticed that the marble tile floor was blotchy and dull and looked like the finish had been damaged. I called Clean Pro and the same tech returned. He was very apologetic and admitted he was at fault and that he had never done a marble floor before. He'd used the wrong cleaner and/or sealer on it. He tried to fix it, but he couldn't. Next the owner of the company (Adrian) came. He wouldn't believe the tech's diagnosis, so he tried all the same things Brayton had tried; it was a wasted trip. Then they had to order special equipment and I had to wait for that to come in. On the day they were scheduled again, after their arriving 2 hours late, I found the 2 helpers just sitting on my front porch. When I questioned them as to why they weren't working, they said Adrian had forgotten something and had to go back to the store. I had been told the job would take 2-3 hours, but by the end of that time, they had finished only about a tenth of the job. I needed to leave for an appointment, so I had a friend ready to come stay while the worker finished. The workman said it was late & he wanted to get home to his family. So I had to schedule another appointment (another time I had to reschedule my day!). That day, they arrived an hour late. By the end of the day, the tech "finished" the job and moved my grandfather clock back where it belonged, but left all of the other furniture. I told him I was worried because the floor looked smeared and streaked. He said it was OK and would be fine with the next regular scrubbing...then he hurried out the door without a thank you or a goodbye. Today my floor had its regular cleaning...and the smears are not gone. There is also a powdery residue which remains. Furthermore, the last tech did not get up close to the walls or carpeting, so those portions of the floor are a different color. When I called Adrian, he refused to fix the problem. He said it had been too long (May 31 to June 12...less than 2 weeks, and I was gone on vacation part of that time!). He also said he had way more money in the project than I'd paid him and he wasn't willing to come out again. He'd made 4 trips and that was enough. (There would never have been 4 trips if he'd fixed the problem the first time.) I told him my floor is still not right, but he absolutely refused to fix what his company messed up to begin with! This all leads me to conclude that he cares nothing for the customer's satisfaction or for the quality of his work or for his company's reputation. I will never recommend this company...and will make sure everyone I know learns of the shoddy service. (One friend has already changed her mind about using Clean Pro & their latest Big Deal on Angie's List.)

all looked great when initially completed. some stains reappear after drying, although initially none showed. also stains were far less noticeable. carpets were very wet and required almost 24 hours to dry.

Brayton arrived on time and analyzed carpets, gave recommended solution and once agreed to, went to work. About one and a half hours later they were done and carpets looked great.

Pretty much what I was expecting. The offer of additional services could have gone better, I couldn't quite understand the service person. Combination of my lack of hearing and his mastery of the English language contributed, but the young man was good at what he was doing. I think that in the future, they may want to have a more professional approach. The coupon was for 350 sq. ft. of floor treatment and I don't believe that I witnessed the measurement of our bathroom. I was hoping to be able to have them treat the master, then move over and do my daughter's bathroom, also resealing the tub edge there. Without knowledge that I was using up my entire coupon, I didn't even approach the subject.

I just feel when they say Oriental rug cleaning that doesn't sound like steam cleaning to me.

I purchased the $49 deal for cleaning of 3 rooms realizing I would need to pay $2 extra for each of the 3 stairs plus extra for pre-treatment spotting of 3 areas. When the guy arrived he immediately had my husband call me to OK the extra charge for pre-treating the soiled spots then the Clean Pro guy got on the phone and sold me his stain resistant spray to be applied after the carpets were cleaned. He charged me $129 extra which I thought was high. I did not get to see the carpets until about 2 weeks later (this was at my Dad's house) and one of the most soiled areas where my Dad sits in his chair was not very clean at all. I called Clean Pro again and asked them to come back out and re-clean that area and he made an appointment for Friday, 5/30 @ 3PM. He then called later in the week and told me he had another job and would have to come out at noon that day which was fine. He did not show up and did not call so we left 2 voice messages and he finally called back and said he would be there when he finished another job. We waited until 4:00 and called him again and had to leave another voice message. He finally called back and said he would not be there and he would refund $50 instead. I still have not received my $50. This was no deal and I would not hire them again.ebanon

They called and asked if they could arrive a bit earlier. The were very nice and friendly. Work was done in a few hours. Very pleased with them.

Bought the big deal for 3 room carpets cleaned @49.00. When the owner arrived and looked at the areas (2 rooms only actually) he said i would need more than the $49 was good for and he would charge me $150. more. He said this was his usual charge for such service but did not offer to deduct the $49 I had already paid.

It went fine. I added some carpet protection and deep cleaning on top of the cleaning cost.

They wanted to charge me a extra 60.00, I had Paid 49.00 already on Angie List for 3 rooms, But they want to charge extra 60.00, for the room I paid for (3 rooms) which I only had one whole room, the other rooms were part of a room. they got up some stains but it is still wet from 5-15-14 from 10:00 am it is 5-16-14 4:00 pm the next day fans are still running on the floor both fans and the floors are still wet, my husband said he hope we don't get mildew. I am trying my best to dry the floor but it was so wet..so wet so wet, the last time I got my carpet clean actual 3 room and they was CLEANED even the high traffic hallway and was DRY in 3 1/2 hrs. I will not use this company again nor will I tell any one to us them, I don't care if you want to do my whole house for FREE.....

They were terrific! They were very professional people and did a great job at a fair price. They were right on time and they even called ahead of time. They will be back for more work because they did such good job.

It was a freezing cold day so I was surprised they didn't cancel. They were very professiional and prompt. They were in and out pretty quick and overall they did a good job. There were some spots however that didn't come out, I was disappointed with that but it could have been that they are just stubborn stains.

I bought a "deal" for carpet cleaning for $49 from this provider off Amazon Local. They showed up 1/2 hour early and when I said I needed until our appointment time to clear out furniture and vacuum, they were not happy about it. Then they tried to convince me to spend an additional $129 for stain removal and deep cleaning, etc. When I said no, they said they wouldn't do the job and left. Amazon Local immediately refunded by purchase. I did not have a good feeling about this company when I called to schedule this appointment -- wish I had listened to my gut.

I thought it went very well. They did a very efficient job. They worked extremely well. My carpets hadn't been cleaned in a few years and they didn't charge me any extra to really work to get the stains out. I had them do some additional work so it did cost me additional money which I had anticipated. They communicated very well. They told us exactly what was going on and how they were going to proceed.

When they saw how dirty 2 carpets were, we discussed what to do. We decided to clean once and then check and then I decided to clean twice and I knew what it was going cost! Excellent job. I am very pleased with how clean they got them; definitely worth what I paid beyond the Angie promo I bought. I appreciated being part of the decision process.

The staff was on time and professional but when they arrived they informed us that the coupon we had purchased for 3 rooms for 50 dollars was not going to cover our carpet cleaning due to our carpets having too many "stains" on it. They quoted us a large amount of money to clean each "spot" out of the carpet in each room. All except for one of the "stains" in each room were not anything that we had ever noticed so we were caught quite off guard. Luckily I thought quickly on my feet and talked them into doing our largest room for the 50 dollars and forgetting the other two rooms. They ended up treating two of the "spots" and doing a light cleaning around the about half of the room. When my wife arrived home she could not tell any difference in the area they had cleaned compared to the area that was not cleaned. We feel this service was a rip off and will not be using them again.
