Description of Work: The three-person crew did a fine job and I would recommend using them. However, I would strongly recommend avoiding the deodorizing chemical element of their offer altogether. The chemical odor hung around for several days. Just get the cleaning!

Description of Work: Purchased the Big Deal through Angies List for 6 man hours of residential carpet cleaning. At time of appointment, I told them I had more carpet than what I thought they could do in 6 hours, so I would prioritize areas and also asked for additional stain protector that I would pay additional for. They arrived and were shown areas I asked to be cleaned - 3 bedrooms, large hallway, 26 (which were half wood) steps, and living, great, and dining rooms. I moved all furniture prior to arrival except pieces they would clean around. They told me the coupon was wrong, and that they would do a maximum of 2000 square feet and what I wanted was more than that, so I had to pay for an extra area, which I finally agreed to becuase I just needed it done. I was outside and saw them just dump the used water and soap in the middle of my driveway. They finished in under 2 hours, yet I paid for 6 man hours, which should have been 3 hours for the 2 people but still charged me for the additional "area." When I checked the job before they left, I only checked the great room and saw areas that were wet, but obviously still dirty. He said he couldn't see it. We had him come to where we were standing and he just told me I would have to pay $60 more for them to deep clean it. Certainly NO offer to use the additional time I paid for and go over the area agin. After $400 for under 4 man hours and shoddy work, I wasn't going to pay more. I certainly did not get what I paid for - just wet carpet and a headache, nor did they honor the terms of the deal I paid for.

Description of Work: I was interested in buying The Big Deal for my entire house carpet cleaning from Clean Pro LLC. However, after reading several of the latest reviews on Angie's List, I was concerned about the wetness and some buckling of carpets reported by those who have used this company lately. I called Angie's List and asked what their policy was for any damages caused by a business listed with them. They suggested I call the company directly and discuss my concerns. I called Clean Pro and expressed my concerns; he responded that most people on Angie's List only turn in a report on a bad experience and not the good ones. I know for a fact that is not true. He also gave excuses about the lack of the furnace being turned on in someone's home being the problem. I have had my carpets cleaned in September and October many times and have the Angies List report. I was feeling even more cautious after speaking to Clean Pro, but still felt the price on the Big Deal was a great one. I called Angies List again, and asked how I could verify that a busines is in fact insured and bonded (which Angie herself had suggested in a report done on WTHR - she had said that anyone could show a certificate of insurance that is not current and valid). They said I needed to call the company directly and ask for the name of the insurance company and the phone number or policy number to veryify. So I called Clean Pro LLC and asked them if they could provide me the name and number of the insurance company. He refused, saying that I had to purchase the BIg Deal first, and they would show me their certificate when they arrived at my house for the appointment. That sealed my decision.....I will not, and would not, hire Clean Pro LLC no matter how great the BIg Deal price is. If there is the possiblity that more damage is done to my carpets that the Big Deal cost, then what kind of "Deal" is that?!!! I think I will go with a more reputable company and pay a little more!
