I originally began to have problems with getting my printer to work with my laptop(both of which I have had for 4 years). Mark called me the first day I contacted them and came over the next day. After working 3 hours he explained that although the printer would now work, it might be temporary because there were other issues that seemed to be causing my computer to not continuously stay connected. After trying to use it at home for several days it became clear that something else was wrong. Mark offered to come over that evening but due to our plans of being out of town he returned to our house several days later. Again Mark worked several hours an again the computer was working fine when he left. That evening the computer would work, then not work and repeat. Mark came over and he felt if he could take it to his shop and work on it we might find the solution. Mark determined what was wrong and what was necessary; and as he had done throughout he always explained the issues and possible solutions allowing me to understand and then for us to reach agreement on the choice. Mark defined what the problems were, corrected the problem, and my computer is working efficiently than it has for several years. I could not be happier. I feel like I have a new computer and with all the many hours, effort, and tasks he completed there is no way I paid him adequately for all he did. Mark was always friendly, energetic, professional, an really made me feel that he was going to do everything he could to get it correct an resolve the problems. Like I have said, its like a new computer. Fantastic service!
