I have used Mike Bush for many plumbing projects over the last several years - water heater, water softener, faucets, outdoor spigots etc. Mike is always very prompt, the work is done correctly and as agreed. Price is very fair. I will continue to use Mike Bush plumbing in the future.

mike's team took up flooring, jack hammered through the slab, located the leak (inbound water line from street to house), blazed/welded it back together. they had a sub come out to repour concrete. while they were there they also repaired a toilet that didn't flush well. through it all, these guys were courteous, true to their word, fairly priced, and willing to go above and beyond.

Punctual, friendly, on time and completely cleaned up before leaving. Will certainly use them for any future plumbing jibs.

Two men came at exactly the time I'd scheduled. They were professional, friendly, told me everything they were doing and completed the jobs cleanly and quickly.

they arrived both times when they promised, they were very efficient and courtus.

In the week following Indy's nastiest snow storm in decades, I thought my chances of getting a plumber were slim to none. I left a voicemail on Mike Bush's phone on a Sunday afternoon and he called me back promptly at 8am the following morning. Mike indicated he would somehow figure out how to fit me in that day even though he was booked. During the call, he was gathering information about what happened and he asked me to go down and unplug the pump, then plug it back in to see if that would help. When I got downstairs, I saw that the pit had overflowed (not the case a few hours earlier when my husband checked before he left for work!) and I became a little panicked. Mike said "Your situation has become urgent. I will make some calls to change my schedule. I will have someone at your house within the hour." Less than an hour later Josh arrived, showed me what he was going to do, answered 100 of my questions (God Bless you for your patience Josh!), then took care of my problem. There was a challenge for him in that it was so flooded in the pit, he had to re-plumb to get the new pump in. No extra charge. To him it was a non-event, just part of the job. Job complete before 10 am. Now THAT'S service! Mike: Thank you for counseling me through the panic and for sending such a qualified plumber in record time. I can't thank you and Josh enough. You are the best!!

I wish that I could take Mike with me to SC, the state that we are moving to!! He is a true professional and did excellent work! Kevin works with Mike and came to our home at the time I was given for the service call. He was very considerate--wore shoe protectors, told me what he was going to do and what he did, and cleaned up after himself beautifully.

Work went well. Mr Bush answered all my questions which was helpful for me in narrowing down which model hot water to choose for my replacement. They showed up in a timely manner and had the old water heater out and new one installed in approx. 2 hours. Their work was neat and professional.

Mike moved a gas valve from an existing position in the fire box to a floor mounted key unit. Re-routed lines, clean neat and punctual.

We have actually had service by this company several times since moving here and they are wonderful. Everything top notch. Mike is responsive, reasonable and gives details allowing an informed decision about the service. SO GLAD this company is here, we were not so lucky where we used to live. Thanks so much

Mike Bush's team arrived did some troubleshooting of the problem and deternined that the water softener resin media was fouled and causing pressure/flow decreases. We replaced the water softener that was eleven years old and have had no problem since. Mike Bush's was very good at taking an analytical approach when we first contacted them on the phone with their questions and also when they arrived at our home.

Very well. Work was scheduled and done quickly and professionally. Staff was pleasant and took the time to explain the answers to our questions. Price was very fair.

They are terrific! They were timely, they cleaned up everything so well, especially where the old faucet was and even cleaned up well before they left. Their price was right. They were professional. They were also extremely helpful; A couple weeks ago the owner was on the phone with me for a 45 minutes helping assist me with my questions. I wished Angie's List would let me give them an A+.

I called Mike and explained about how my pressure assist toilet was spewing water out of the tank each time the toilet was flushed. He spent about 15 minutes explaining the concept of pressure assist toilets. Two gentlemen arrived on time, they called to tell me when they would arrive, they removed the old toilets and installed the new ones. The were pleasant and cleaned-up after themselves. I think the floor was cleaner after then left than when they started.

Mike is about as down to earth and as honest as they come. I feel confident when Mike comes out to do work in my home because of the level of trust I have for him and his employees! I know my neighbors have used him and feel similarly. I highly recommend his services.

I wanted to get something that was maintenance free and would protect the basement. They put that in yesterday and we've had it for 24 hours and it hadn't fallen apart yet! They were outstanding. They came when they said they were going to come. They put the unit in in a time shorter than I expected and they were helpful and explained the unit. My wife and I are both very pleased with their work.

He came in was very polite and explained to us that the copper pipes corrode if the water is not treated correctly (especially up in the Westfield area). I knew that this was the case because the neighbor next door had the plumbing for her entire house redone due to a burst pipe under her slab. We ourselves had to shell out $1500 last month to get a pin hole sized leaked fixed outside of our home with a different provider. In short the service was great. The leak was fixed, some pipe cut out and new one put in. The price was reasonable. Just this week we had another pipe leak in the same bathroom. I called Mike, but he was busy all the way out to Monday (a week). He was very polite on the phone as he explained that to me. I wish he had more availability (more plumbers?) because he does great work. Would recommend if you can get an opening on his schedule.

We noticed on Monday evening that our hot water heater was leaking. We left a message for Mike that evening and he called us first thing the next morning. He ordered a new hot water heater, had it delivered to our house and installed all before noon that day.

They came a few minutes early, waiting in their vans until the time of our appointment. Both of them were polite, careful listeners. They listened to my complaint about my faucet not being high enough and got me another inch by putting on an aerator rather than the sprayer that I didn't use. They were able to fix the shower handle rather than having to cut through the wall to replace it. They also repaired the outdoor spigots rather than replace them. They split the work up and, despite a trip to get a part, were done in 30 minutes.

They put on the regulator because the pressure in my pipes was quite high. I liked them and they were good. They disclosed what they were going to do and why they were doing it. They were informative and their cost was reasonable. They were on time.

I'd been wanting to use Mike for a plumbing project and have tried to in the past. It just seems that whenever I'd call him we'd talk about the issue and before I decided to proceed the issue went away! As usual when I called to set this up Mike was a great source of information and even suggested a couple of things to check before selecting a new sink. All went well with no issues. The plumber doing the work was quick, efficient and friendly. Having a good, trustworthy plumber you can call in an emergency provides real peace of mind. I am glad to have Mike Bush Plumbing to call.

We've used them several times the past few years and just noticed we haven't given them a review since 2008. We can't say enough good things about these guys and their service this month was like all the rest. Good communication, prompt and timely, great value. We had 2 outdoor spigots whose design apparently leads to most people over-torquing them until they are damaged. We had one replaced and they advised us we could get by with just a new washer in the other one (to save us money.) Also, they were willing to jump behind our washer/dryer to get to the indoor access where the spigot stem goes rather than require us to unhook and move them. I wanted to, but I couldn't get the hose off and he advised me how fused it had become and that he couldn't get it off either, which was partially related to the metal mounting box. They know we aren't in the best of financial times and they *always* give us all possible options to save cost, letting us know the risk of each. They do all this professionally and sincerely. I hope they are in business until I die, because I don't want to call anyone else.

Although we had to wait to get worked into his schedule...when people are good there is usually a wait...he knew exactly what it was, was fair in his estimate and pricing and did a great job. A guy we felt we could trust
