New shower head was replaced. Disposal did not need replacing; reset button on bottom of disposal fixed issue. We've used them twice now in the last month - separate issues. The first visit was for water leaking through the drywall ceiling of the garage which was coming from shower drain pipe. We like this outfit. Very good about explaining the issue. They are a very small company. But they do good work. They have our business from now on.

Mike, Kevin and Josh are simply the best plumbers on the planet, hands down. I had used them in the past for some sizable work on our sump system, and knew back then I would never use another plumbing company in the future. Since then, I have called Mike a few times with questions and he is always ready and available to respond; he will also readily advise if he thinks your issue may be something that wouldn?t require a service call...he is so pleasant, honest, and responsive. So, when we recently had issues with our basement sewage pump system, I knew exactly who to call. From the first phone call with Mike to the work being completed by Kevin and Josh, I cannot say enough about how responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, and considerate all of these gentleman are.

They disconnected a basement sink faucet that was dripping. Do to the fact that the house is old - Mike was very honest and upfront about what he felt comfortable working on and why it would not be a good idea to do a couple of the other 'fixes' that I requested. He and his tech were very clear in explaining and actually showing why these fixes were not a good idea.

The whole process went very well. When I called to arrange the appointment Mike was very friendly and told me it would be about 10 days before he could get someone to my house and gave me an estimated cost. . I agreed and asked to be called before the man showed up. His man Kevin called and arrived on time. Kevin was very efficient and provided some tips and information as he worked. We had already purchased the new items and Kevin agreed that we made good choices. The whole process took less than 1 1/2 hours. Kevin was very neat and cleaned up everything. The best part came when the charges were less than the estimate.

He's awesome. I've called them with other question and he'll tell me what are some that he can do or he can't do like I call them to install my reverse osmosis and he said that that is not really his thing. He's really honest guy, hard worker and I have no problem with him at all. He's very good at what he does. What I like about him is that he respond to you very quickly when you call him, he's fair, he will double check pricing on parts for you, he's knowledgeable and personable.

.Service calls (2) went exceptionally smooth and professional. The toilet areas were completely cleaned after each service call and are still working well now three months later. Good job. Nice people!

Mike came out and took a look at the situation. He gave us some good suggestions and a solution to the problem. He was here for about 45 minutes and he did not even charge us since he did not do any work at that time. I have been happy with him.

He did a good job. His price was cheaper than the big plumbers in town. I would recommend them. Since it is a small business, his availability isn't as flexible as some of the larger plumbing operations. They aren't available as much.

He very clearly gave me options about whether to just cap off the leaking faucet or replace it entirely because it was redundant. There was another outside faucet, 20 feet away from it. He had to get in through kitchen cabinetry to cut the pipe and cap it. He helped me pull kitchen drawers out and off the runners and got into this little space in there and said he could cap that off. If we were going to put a new pipe in, he was going to have to work through that same space and it would be more work and it would cost more. I had already purchased a water pressure gauge at Lowe's and measured my pressures myself. So I knew what they were. I told him what they were and I told him that people in the neighborhood were having problems with flooring and carpeting because of water leaks because the pressure in this neighborhood incoming, is too high. I asked him to verify. We looked at where it might go and what the options were and what the benefits were. For the first time, I ever really understood how a water softener works. He explained it. He was very informative and educational. I agreed to cap off the water faucet and he did install the pressure gauge. It was done in record amount of time. He didn't leave any mess. There wasn't a drop of water anywhere. I was very pleased with that. I had to wait almost a week before someone could come, but it was because I think I called them Tuesday or so before the 4th July weekend and he wasn't going to be able to get there that week and then the Holiday. So I kind of had to wait a little longer, but it wasn't like I was flooded or anything. It wasn't an emergency.

They are great. The get back to us right away. They always give us good information.

They were very good about explaining things thoroughly. They were on time punctual.....there were two service times and they were on time and did what they said they would do. They were a good price for the product too.

Mike Bush Plumbing does this every Fall. They are simply the best plumbing company I've come across. There is no need to look further. They are the only people I call when I have any plumbing needs.

Everything went great. Mike was super on the phone sharing ideas and educating me about plumbing. They came out and did a great job. I am very pleased and will have them back again. Price includes purchasing and bringing all materials with them.

Noticed both upstairs showers were producing weak shower streams- noticed it since the deep freeze in January, but saw no evidence of pipe issues. A pipe had frozen, but was not ruptured and I was able to thaw it out. I ran through all the scenarios of poor shower stream- failing water softenter (but salt was being consumed), poor water heater (but hot water pressure constistent in house), unknown water leak - but meter not moving when house valve shut off, poor supply but neighbors not noticing anything. I took off shower head and soaked in solution to remove possible lime build up... no real improvement... Mike Bush has been our plumber for over 15 years, so I called him about the issue. When I explained I thought it was the shower cartridges, he told me about the complexity of changing them on my own.. and they may NOT be the problem. He told me how to change them, what to watch out for.. and soon I was convinced I did not want to do on my own.. "OK MIke, when can you make it".. When Josh arrived, he quickly confirmed it was not the water heater, but he was not convinced it was the shower cartridges- equal pressure of hot and cold water running. He was leaning toward the shower heads- which I thought was NOT the issue- but I defer to trusted professionals... He gave me the option to purchase and install the shower heads myself, but I gave him the Green Light to proceed. Josh replaced both shower heads, replaced the 5 year old sump pump battery. He was on the projects for 2 hours (including time to get shower heads), but only charged me $90 for labor. I thought that was fair and appropriate.

We were painting our utility room and needed to move the washing machine. So we shut off the water, but when we tried to disconnect the machine water sprayed everywhere because the shut off valves were not working. Seems like all the valves in our house are going bad, it was time to call Mike Bush Plumbing. This happened during the Holidays so we had to wait a couple of days, since it was not an emergency. When they came out they were able to replace the valves without much trouble. They also replace the utility sink valves as they were dripping too. They are friendly, nice and cleaned up afterwards. We have used Mike Bush Plumbing several times and always have been pleased with their work.

The information Mike gave us was excellent! He answered all of our questions and solved the problem without needing to come to our house, since we had had another provider perform the initial service. Mike saved us time and money. Thanks so much!!
