Description of Work: Our water heater broke, so we called Mike. He replaced it with a new one that works better than the old one ever did. |He also replaced a shower stem, put on a new shower head, and drilled out the rusted screw for the overflow cover on a tub. |As always, he was generous with his time, consulting with us several times over the phone about options for replacing the water heater. We are very please with the results!

Description of Work: We were having sump pump/ backup sump pump issues. Thought we were going to have it replaced. Josh was the plumber who came and after about an hour and a half of his time decided that we should try replacing the backup battery since he didn't really think we should replace the sump pump and incur that cost since he couldn't detect a problem with the actual pump. He only charged me the trip charge. Gotta love that and the honesty of the company.
