Installation met by expectations of quality work.

Bush Plumbing did a nice job cleaning out the sump pump pit and installing a new pump. The price seemed fair for a basic pump. They came when scheduled, did very good work, and answered all my questions. I had a very quick call from Mike Bush after my initial call for his help.

The plumber was on-time, professional and meticulous on his install. Pleasant attitude and answered all questions knowledgeably. Quoted price was close to what I paid.

Fit me into their schedule within 2 days. Plumbers were professional and friendly. They arrived on time, completed job quickly, and even provided me advice on another job.

Everything went great! Talked to Mike on the phone a couple times before the actual appointment. Was readily available to answer any and all questions I had. Crew showed up on time, and everything went exactly how we discussed it would. Would not hesitate to call Mike again or recommend him to any of my friends or family.

Mike came out right away. Located a new water heater and had it installed in a few hours. It was under warranty but needed the exact same kind to replace. Mike was a lifesaver.

In an earlier bath remodel, the contractor had done quite a bit of re-plumbing in the shower, which was subsequently tiled over. Unfortunately, a significant leak occurred and every time the shower was turned on, water ran down the pipes into the basement (fortunately, the bath is above the basement utility room with a drain!) We had just started the other bath remodel, whose wall backs up to the shower with the leak. My husband cut out a section of the wall to see what the problem was and found a bit of a mess where the plumbing was concerned. We did an Angie's search and called Mike Bush to set up an appointment. Mike was prompt, checked the entire shower's plumbing, then worked quickly and resolved the problem. He did this while my two boxers stood in the bath door curiously watching him! (Sorry, Mike. lol) When he was done, the plumbing not only worked, but it also looked like a professional had done it! We've had not a single hint of a problem since.

Service was on time, quick and clean. Price was much more reasonable than first estimate received by competitor.

The crew had a hard-to-access area to get to outside faucet plumbing but managed to do so. My basement ceiling needed repair afterward however (which I imagine is fairly typical in finished basements).

Mike answered the first time I called. He was able to have someone to my house within 30 minutes. Kevin and Josh were there on time, were courteous, professional and well-spoken. The sink had developed quite a nasty leak and they could see immediately what the issue was. They allowed me to confer with Mike by phone regarding my options since I didn't really want to spend a lot to replace a faucet that would probably be replaced again soon with my kitchen remodel. Mike was really thorough in his explanation, and so was Kevin. I feel like I made an informed decision based on their knowledge. Kevin and Josh were quick and thorough in their installation, and pleasant and personable as well. I will definitely call Mike again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Mike was great!! I have called him a few times on inspection issues. Mike came out within 15 minutes of me calling him with the issue. He was able to relieve the buyer on a plumbing issue and had a good, economical solution, to the problem, if they ever decide to change the set up. I would definitely call Mike again and will recommend him to my clients.

It went well as they informed what the problem was and what was needed to resolve my water issue. I was very impressed with them and will hire them again to do some additional work in the near future.

He provided a reasonable quote and was planning to come out within 36 hours to replace the heater. I ended up having a friend volunteer to do the work for me, so I did not have Mr. Bush come out. But, I was extremely pleased with his professionalism on the phone and the reasonable quote he provided. I would definitely recommend him!

He went out of his way to save me WAY more money than his service fee. For example, the fix for the bath tub: another contractor came out to take a look at it and wanted to charge between $800 - $1,200 to install new hardware and dig into the drywall (which I would have had to pay to fix). Mike's team took 30 seconds and found the issue and it was free!! His team found a quick solution to the $1,000 shower problem with a $200 solution that works really well for our family. Mike personally talked me through how to get replacement parts from the manufacturer, which they sent me for free! Instead of charging me for them. Top quality knowledge and craftsmanship. He and his team are nearly on my Christmas card list!!! A+++++++++++++++++++

It took about an hour and a half. They sent one plumber and everything turned out just fine. They know what they're doing. When we call them, we trust that they'll come; they're very responsive. The plumbers are very knowledgeable and professional. They also try to get us the best deal on parts.

Mike and his team were very helpful. They initially worked with me over the phone to provide consulting on how to fix the issue. Once I determined it was more than I could successfully fix, Mike's team came out and took care of the problem. They were actually able to fit me in ahead of the scheduled date and completed the work in a short amount of time. they noticed a couple of other items while fixing the initial problem and asked if I would like those fixed as well while they were there. Mike and his team were extremely professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service.

The previous plumber put in an off market part, which caused our facet to drip constantly. Mike's team was able to get us a replacement part directly from Kohler for free. We just had to pay for the team member to put the facet in. I would highly suggest Mike and his team for any of your plumbing needs.

Mike and his team are nothing but wonderful. They are fast, reasonably priced and extremely helpful. I will never call anyone else except Mike Bush!

Timely, clean install, removal of old unit - Mike had recommended this unit due to framing considerations - good recommendation, Mike. Love the new unit and would install for in other baths as other units need repair! Also, had MBP service the HWH. Again uneventful |plumbing work. | |I have come to appreciate the peace of mind you get from a good auto mechanic, decent doctor, an honest HVAC company and great plumber. Mike Bush Plumbing is our go-to plumbing company. Glad to have found them near us.

We have used Bush Plumbing before and are so glad that we found them. Mike Bush is so gracious and helpful doing his best to accommodate requests in a timely manner. Kevin did this job for us. He arrived exactly at the time promised, was very professional, attending to detail, and focused. He had us check the work and showed us how to removed the one seat for cleaning. He was extremely pleasant to deal with. This business has always been fair in their pricing, punctual and respectful and they do a really good job. We wouldn't hesitate using them for all of our plumbing issues.

Woke up to find our hot water heater on the blink. Called up Mike and they were able to bring their people out the same day to replace it. The hot water heater was still under warranty so we were only out for labor. Very responsible and professional service.
