He asked me to fax him info which I did on 8/28. As of 9/4/08, I have not heard from him.

I called Mike because I had originally thought I had a leak coming from the actual water heater. I currently have a Whirlpool water heater and Mike stated they are hard to repair efficiently. He replaces water heaters with only one brand and told me how much it would cost over the phone. Since I had the model number with me, he told me to call Whirlpool to see if it was covered by warranty because the water hear was originally bought at a hardware store. He also suggested looking to see if I could tell where it was leaking from. When I got home the water had dried up, but upon further examination the next morning, there was a light mist coming from the copper pipe going into the water heater. There had been a bend or kink in the pipe causing it to leak. I called Mike again and explained what was happening. He sent out Josh the next day, when I was home, to fix it. Josh had to go to the supply store because the copper pipes were undersized and the person who had installed it had put other kinks in the pipe. Josh showed me how he fixed the leak and it was very logical.

Mike came out promptly, and discovered the cause of the leak. Due to the age of the plumbing hardware, replacement was necessary. He ordered the new shower and bathtub faucet hardware, and installed it. The new hardware looks MUCH better, and the leak is gone. The work was completed much faster than I expected, and at exactly the cost estimate.

Called them in the morning and they were at my house to fix it in the afternoon. The tub was beyond easy repair so I didn't have them do anything with it, but they explained my options and what it would take to accomplish. Toilet is great. I think they did some maintenance on it while they were at it. They cleaned everything up, gave good advice, and were very nice; one of those things. Why did I wait so long to just get it fixed.

Have had Mike do a number of plumbing jobs for me. He is always punctual, professional and I've always been 100% satisfied with his work. He is honest and will not sell you more than what you need. Always cleans up any mess made during work as well.

Mike Bush is awesome!! I called him based on his reputation from Angie's List. I had heard a water drip for several months and it sounded like it was in the wall and I was afraid to call anyone because of cost issues. I finally called Mike because I was afraid the leak was doing damage that would only get worse. He was able to guide me through some steps to isolate the cause and location of the drip (including sponging out my toilets!) and we were able to finally determine the cause was the washing machine hose dripping into the appropriate drain. This wastes a small amount of water, but causes no damage so there was no need for actual plumbing help. Mike walked me through all this on the phone and did not charge me one penny. I cannot tell you how grateful and relieved I was (and still am!) If I ever have any other plumbing issue Mike will be my first call. THANK YOU, MIKE BUSH!!!

Mike Bush Plumbing is top drawer. He has excellent service and an excellent price that I feel is quite fair. When he came over he treated me excellently.

The damage was under the floor and so he had to pull the toilets and repair them and the drain on one of the toilets. With all the work he did his prices were very reasonable and he was very honest and got the work done correctly.

It was fine. It was done quickly, they cleaned up well, and the price was good.

I rated this guy last year for having told me how to possibly (and easily) get our kitchen disposal working again rather than wait and pay him to do it. That encounter gave me confidence he isn't looking to take advantage of anyone -- and THIS encounter proved it. Mike patiently explained everything I wanted to know to any level of detail I wanted. He worked hard to help schedule service as needed (we had a mixture of priorities) and was fairly timely. The price was for labor, I provided parts. I went with his strong recommendation of Delta and so far love it. Once again he saved us money by talking through alternatives to replacing 2 other faucets. The 2 which were replaced presented some extra challenges in removing the old equipment, and Mike and his 2 helpers worked through it all in amazing time. They were so fast I didn't get to meet them, as I had calendared to arrive about when I thought they'd be done (hours later). Bottom line, all the work looks great, they cleaned up well, they minimized damage to the through-wall part of the work. Looking at the list of services performed, it seems clear their price was a bargain. My only concern with Mike is that he doesn't get too busy for me in the future when I need him again.

It went very well. Mike is great - very attentive to detail, honest, and helped me save money where I could. Many of his actions were outstanding. For example, I have had a toilet repaired twice for a slow leak - most plumbers just came in to fix the leak, only to have it reappear a few months later. Mike took a look and diagnosed the real problem (installed poorly in the first place) and fixed it. When buying a sink and faucet - he helped by recommending places to call to get the best prices and recommended brands that hold up better and are easier to maintain. He was so helpful and very friendly and communicates well.

Mike really went above and beyond the call for me. I spoke to him on several occasions even before hiring him, with questions and concerns about my sump situation. Mike was ALWAYS very thorough, informative and professional. When Mike came to my house to install the pump he actually cleaned out the pit (which my builder should have done) and checked my primary pump. He also diagnosed a potentially high problem with my primary pump on a subsequent call after my back-up alarm had gone off. And for all this extra work, he didn't charge me a penny more than his original $1200 estimate! I can't say enough good things about Mike, I would highly recommend him to anyone!

His associates did the work, but he was available to supervise and answer questions. This tubing was an effort to save our existing water softener, but he advised us about water softeners in case we did need to replace it. We did end up following his advice.

He did a great job. He was clean about his work, courteous, and professional. The faucets looked great and we were quite pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

Mike called me back the day I left a voice mail message. He scheduled time here shortly thereafter. I needed a part on a faucet that was quite old and manufactured outside of the country. However, he found the part, ordered it and had received in a matter of days. By the end of the week, he had completed all of his work in a professional manner. He is friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely call him again.

Mike was very professional and responsive. He had us explain the problem with the water heater and told us exactly what the problem was and why the water heater had to be replaced. He also suggested we check with our builder to make sure it wasn't still under warranty. (It was out by 11 months). Likewise, for the faucet, he had us describe the problem and said that based on the brand of the faucet it would make more sense to replace it. He told us to pick up a faucet before he arrived so that he wouldn't have to charge us for a separate trip. He did end up putting in the faucet. Mike and his assistant did all of the work.

Mike has done plumbing for us many times. He is prompt, courteous, professional, and is very reasonably priced. He has given us great advice on many occasions regarding different plumbing situations in our home.

The work was done promptly, efficiently and with good advice given on choices for repairs and replacements.

Finished the work in one day. Provided all the pipe and fittings necessary. Solved a few problems that we did not anticipate. Every thing went well.

He was neat and cleaned up and carted away all boxes and fixtures.
