We called Bush Plumbing as soon as the problem was discovered. He had the part needed in stock and was in our office before the day was out to make the necessary repairs.

It was a great service and price. He was very pleasant. He gave me options as far as cost and went and got the new toilet and replaced it that day.

I called 3-4 of the names that we got from Angie?s List. They were all really polite, knowledgeable, and pretty much gave the same information on the phone. Most of them called back or I talked to an office person right on the spot. They all gave me pretty much the same ballpark for price. It is just that Mike Bush was very personable when I talked to him. He seemed to listen and work with me. I have polished brass fixtures. He tried to find some of those replacement parts locally so that he could get me the same product that I have and make it all look nice when he was finished. He scheduled an appointment very promptly and seemed to have a fair price. He sent out 2 very competent crew members, and he personally came to oversee the project. Everything was fine. I really appreciated his knowledge and his service. I would use him again.

The entire installation and repairs went well. Josh and Kevin were very professional and new what they were doing.

I have never been so pleased with a service provider as I was with Mike Bush Plumbing. Mike is very professional, as well as informative and friendly. Josh and Ken installed both the water softener and the water heater. They arrived on time, were respectful of our property and belongings, were courteous and answered all questions. They both knew how to do their jobs and completed the installations without delays or extra trips for supplies, etc., as we have encountered with other companies in the past. Mike called 30 minutes after the installation was complete to check in, and answer any questions. Top notch customer service. We will use Mike again, and have referred him to our friends.

He was professional, responsive and punctual. The quality of his work was good and he also cleaned up after himself.

House is for sale. Mike reponded the next day, went out without me having to be there since he used the lock box combo. He found the problem, called me and explained the first step of replacing the thermo couple. Also that there was an chance that it would not fix the problem. But it DID fix it! No muss, no fuss. He sent a bill. Never met him but he sure made my life easy.

Mike Bush should teach a class in customer service to any business looking to be successful. His commitment to customer service is 2nd to none. I had a wet wall 1 week after I had a new washer/dryer installed. After appliance store said everything looked fine to them, Mike had Josh come out and within minutes found the problem. Mike called the appliance company, on my behalf, to discuss what Josh had found. Issue was resolved quickly. Was not expecting Mike to call, but was glad he did. In my opinion, Mike went above and beyond "the call of duty". There is no one better than Mike and his team.

Called Mike and told him my issue and he gave me a quote of $85 to come out and unclog the bathtub. They showed up on time and unclogged my sink and charged me $85.00 as quoted.

I have had a good experience working with Mike Bush Plumbing. I give them all A's.

Mike is great. We originally met in June of 2008 and we delayed our decision to start finishing our basement until late in 2008 and I reached out to him in May of 2009. Mike is a straight shooter, if you ask him his opinion he will give it to you. This is very imporant for me as I had a decision to make on whether or not to cut-up my basement floor (which I ultimately decided not to do). We found a date within two weeks that worked for both of us and he arrived to the job on-time. He originally felt the job would be a two-day job, but with some additional help, he was able to finish in a day. My wife was home at the time and he did a great job of explaning everything to her. We have since used Mike for a few other projects, including hooking up the utility sink he roughed-in and have recommended him to friends (who also had a great experience with him).

The cost was reasonable and did an excellent job with the work.

He was very responsive. The price was fair. He got everything finished in one day and the job was well-done. He also cleaned up well once the job was done.

Mr, Bush got the water heater mfg to gives us warranty parts. When that didn't work he got the mfg to replace the water heater.

Overall, the experience was positive as my water pressure was reinstated within a few days.

I called Mike for a quote and he reassured me that the leaky spigot wasn't an emergency but that it was important to replace it to avoid an increase in our water bill. He gave me an estimate over the phone which was very reasonable. He also explained that we would have to replace any drywall or ceiling material ourselves but that he could recommend someone who could do it well and inexpensively. We made an appointment and Mike showed up on time and did the work, plus checked out some other minor issues while he was here without an extra charge.

Emailed Mike about our problem, we put on a new faucet in the kitchen with a nut too big for a normal basin wrench. He called the next morning and after confirming that he had the appropriate tool, he quoted me a price range, $65-100, depending on how difficult and long it took (although said it would be on the cheaper side of that). He had another appointment that afternoon, but offered his cell phone to us to call on our way home. Mike called back and came that evening. Faucet attached and he checked the other plumbing under the sink. He noticed the garbage disposal was loose and he tightened that. I would recommend working wiht him!

He had good follow through with the work. They were prompt and on time for appointments.

He was excellent. He came when he was supposed to and his prices was fair. He cleaned up well.

When initially contacted Mike was very prompt in getting back with me. He was able to schedule the work within a week and according to my availability. His assistant arrived promptly to begin the work and Mike joined him later. They were personable and professional spending the necessary time explaining what they were doing and making suggestions as needed. The various jobs were completed to my satisfaction with everything cleaned up ready to roll. One project, the replacement of my shower faucet valves, has to be scheduled for a later date once I pick out the new faucet handles.

It went very well. I called Mike on a Monday morning to explain the situation. He came out on Tuesday morning to drain and then came back on Tuesday late afternoon to replace. Mike discovered the heater was still under warranty and handled all the effort to get it replaced under warranty. It was a very large and heavy water heater (75 gallons) and he was very conscientious and concerned about leaking water in house, hitting a wall, etc. In the end, there proved to be no issues, but his concern was appreciated. This is the 4th time I have used Mike for plumbing projects.

They fixed it for us. He is a very good skilled plumber and communicates well. He is an owner operator and is outstanding.

He always comes when we have a problem. He is a very personable guy. He is good at what he does. He is very knowledgeable. I am very comfortable with him in my house. I would highly recommend him.
