They removed the old water heater and installed the new one. They were punctual, clean, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Mike Bush called me the next day to follow-up and make sure that I was satisfied with their work. I will definitiely engage them again in the future for plumbing work when necessary.

We have used Mike Bush Plumbing 3 times over the last 3-4 years and every experience has been an A+!! Most recently his team replaced the fixtures in our bathrooms. Mike was able to get us a better deal on the fixtures then we could get for ourselves and everything was professionally installed. Five months after the installation, one of the bathtub faucets started leaking. Mike came out right away and replaced the defective part at no charge. Mike's customer service is top notch ~ professional, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. Best of all, he (and Josh) do a great job of explaining the details of the job so that even someone (like me) who knows absolutely nothing about plumbing can understand.

Even though we had to use another company to replace the sump pump (see above for circumstances), we spoke with Mike Bush a couple of other times that morning to make sure we were getting proper equipment and pricing. We also had to replace the emergency back-up battery and he recommended a specific store and sales assosciate to work with for the best service. Mike then called us a couple of days later to make sure everything was satisfactory and to see if we had any other questions. Based upon his professionalism and communication, we will definitely call Mike Bush for any future plumbing needs.

The job was done quickly, neatly and on time. The service tech was very courteous and helpful. The only painful thing about the experience was writing the check. (He was competitive)

He sent one of his men out to fix it and it was no problem and done promptly. He is professional and only has three people working for him.

I called 8:30p the evening of Jan. 4 and was surprised that the owner, Mike Bush, answered the phone. He was out for dinner with his family yet took time to talk with me about my issues. Mike asked me to call him at 8:00a the follow morning and he would confirm if and when someone was available. At 7:45a the follow morning Mike called me to let me know Josh would be at my house at 10:30a if that worked for me. At 10:30a Josh was on my driveway. He was polite, pleasant and beyond helpful. We first walked through the house showing him each of the issues and what was needed to fix the problem. He then proceeded to fix each problem allowing me to follow him to each room and watch what he was doing. Josh took the time to talk through what he was doing to help educate me for future issues. I am a single mom and have had poor experiences with service people in the past. This includes lack of follow through, lack of communication, jobs not being done at the quality level expected and the price always ending up higher than quoted. My experience with Bush Plumbing is the best I've had to date. I will absolutely use them again and refer them to everyone I know.

We earlier replaced/upgraded our pump and found the outside piping was undersized, which resulted in considerable spillover close to our basement wall. I spoke with Mike Bush and he offered suggestions on how I could replace it myself, but I decided to hire him. On the day of repair, he called me to offer a slightly earlier showtime. I accepted and they showed right on time, completed the repair and tested the system. Job done right!

The work cost me $300, including labor. However, he failed to inform me that I needed to seal around the faucet; there was some water leaking when I was cleaning the shower. I would use his services in the future.

The service is great and he has great employees. He's personable and easy to get hold of. He's very nice and we definitely will use him again.

I used them in the year 2010 as well. They were very good. We were troubleshooting and they found it right away. We had some leaking and we called some other people. It was different and it was the air conditioner. We had three areas and they were all down. So, we finally called them and they figured it out easily. It came from the water softener. They pointed the other things out as there were some other issues down there. They were very helpful. They came out as soon as they got a chance. They were good with their pricing too. I have used them at least twice now.

I have used Bush Plumbing for many jobs and every experience has been exceptional. They are always very professional and punctual and will give an overview of the job and make you aware of any potential concerns before starting. In this case we needed to replace leaking valves that go to the washing machine. They told me up front that there are different types and the drywall may need cut away. When they performed the service they were very neat as to minimize any additional drywall repairs or clean up. This is just a small job compared to others they have performed for me including a kitchen remodel, sump pump problems, outdoor valve replacement and other fixture replacement. I highly recommend Bush Plumbinig for any plumbing job.

I had a new Zeoller M53 sump pump and check valve installed and sump pit cleanout. The plumbers were professional and helpful regarding another exterior problem I was having that was outside their area of expertise. Everything went well and I would use again.

After I left a message for Mike Bush, he promptly returned my call. I explained that the Bradford-White water heater that he had installed 7 years ago had started leaking. I also noted that we had purchased the 10-year warranty on that heater. He said "no problem," and explained that at this point in the warranty, only the water heater itself was covered, but I would be responsible to pay for the service call and labor to replace it. He confirmed that the same model was in stock at his warehouse, and started the warranty paperwork. I was able to schedule an appointment within two days. He could have arrived sooner, but it fit our own schedule better to wait (which was fine, since the unit was still heating water and the leak was contained). Mr. Bush and his crew arrived on time in the middle of a 2-5pm window. The removal and installation went smoothly and they were done in an hour. They were careful, courteous, and professional. An overall very good job!

raised thermostat and it seemed to fire up, so we thought we might get by until the following Monday. Friday morning Mike called and asked about operation of heater, told him it seemed to be working but I had company coming in town Friday PM thru the weekend and was concerned about it failing during the weekend. Mike agreed and said he would get it replaced Friday afternoon. The guys showed up by 4 PM and replaced it quickly, they were very experianced .

We loved him. He had great customer service and was quick to respond. He was very knowledgeable, very fair priced and did a wonderful job. We would recommend him to anybody. His professionalism and cleanup was excellent. We’ve already recommended him to friends.

This job was not difficult and everything involved went well. We have used Bush Plumbing previously,and we have been very satisfied with their work, price, etc. We will definitely use them, as needed, in any future plumbing repairs.

I decided to use them because I have always heard good things about him. I am very happy with their work. They were attentive and the price was very deserving. I just think that their quality was excellent. They were nice guys, trustable and knew what they were doing with plumbing. They are good. Everything was great.

Ask for a quote and got it in a timely manner. Quote was fair. We setup a time and date to do work. People showed up on time and performed all that we had agreed to. No problems. Workers cleaned up their mess and everything installed worked as planned. I will have them do my plumbing work in the future.

The plumber from Mike Bush Plumbing Company was here exactly when he said he was going to be here. He was very pleasant. He did the work in a very professional manner. He cleaned up afterwards; one would never have known that he had been here. Everything that he installed works very well. He was prompt. I would use Mike Bush Plumbing Company in the future.

He had the part in his truck and he gave me a deal. The job went well and really like him. He is very punctual and his pricing is very fair. I think he knows what he is doing.
