No complaints, everything went fine. They came the same day I called which I really appreciated.

I talked to Mike Bush two weeks ago and I explained that I wanted to replace an old corroded water valve coming into my house. I had some concerns about the valve being in a finished basement with carpeting and that I didn't want to damage the carpet by getting it wet. Mike explained the procedure to me and we made an appointment to do the work. Kevin came out on time, was very pleasant and efficient and the job went better than expected. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.

We winter in Florida. During a routine walkthrough our house sitter discovered an alarm going off in our sump pump. I called Mike Bush Plumbing, and he had a plumber there the next day. We made arrangement for the plumber to meet a neighbor at the house at a specific time the next day. The plumber arrived on time, actually a bit early, and addressed the problem. He made some corrections to the original installation of the pump (done by the original contractor) and reset the alarm system. Now all is well. Considering the complexity of the system and the potential expense, this fix was economical and addressed the problem directly. We are very pleased, and we will use Mike Bush Plumbing again.

The service was great. Mike has two men working for him. They were both very good. I have confidence in his company's work and appreciate his honest no frills approach.

Mike installed a backup sump pump with a battery backup 4 years ago. It runs a self diagostic weekly and the alarm started sounding indicating that the backup pump was not working. However when I manually lifted the float, the pump would engage. I called Mike. He then called the manufacturer who suggested that the electronic control box needed replacing. He arranged for the company to overnight the replacement box to my home and sent someone out to replace the box. Shortly after the repairman left, the alarm started sounding again. Mike got in touch with the manufacturer again who overnighted (free of charge) a replacement pump to my house, and Mike sent someone out that day to replace the pump (free of charge). I was very impressed with the way both Mike and his suppliers stood behind their products.

Mr. Bush has done many projects at our house. You can count on him to give an honest estimate of repair or replace. He came out to my house to diagnose a leak under our bathroom sink. The plumbing under there was very rusted and over 40 years old. He was honest about the fact that it backed up on my other bathroom and so he would have to cut a hole in the wall to fix. We decided that if this was the case, as the two bathrooms shared the same plumbing, we would buy new cabinets and sinks while we were at it. Mike was kind enough to delay a few days so we could shop and buy a cabinet. He's the only plumber we use.

He always calls us right back and comes out as quickly as possible. He is friendly and professional. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in doing a job correctly because he will explain your options in detail. Mike also takes time to explain what he is doing and why. We have trusted Mike for 10+ years. His prices are reasonable and he has occassionally made visits without charging, if no work was performed.

What started as a few "simple" projects quickly became so much more complex, due to a number of factors. First, I delayed calling for service WAY longer than I ever should have, resulting in frozen fittings, etc., due to the minerals in our water. Secondly, when our newkitchen countertops were installed, the company that did them made a number of mistakes that they "fixed" with some shoddy workarounds. As a result, our kitchen faucet had never been properly installed. It leaked and was always loose. Mike Bush thought, after our initial conversation, that it would be a fairly simple fix, but quickly determined that we may be dealing with some more complex issues. Despite the challenges my repairs presented, I was kept well informed of all options and was given several different directions from which to choose. Mike's guys ended up spending a substantial amount of time and energy fixing problems created by others. And when they were done, I thought the costs were not only reasonable, but well below what I would have expected, given the extent of their efforrs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike to friends and neighbors dealing with similar problems.

I feel it overall went well and I was happy with the job they did. I would definitely called them again for any plumbing problems we may have.

We ended not completing the project. I found them on Angie's List. He wasn't bonded and that bothered me. He price was very good though.

He was slow to respond to our needs. Our bathroom did get fixed.

First when I talked to Mike and told him about the problem he sent Josh over right away to by-pass the softener and get our sinks running again. The next week Josh and Kevin came and installed the new water softener. They did a great job and they know what they are doing. They also believe in cleaning up and not leaving your house a mess. Will always call Mike Bush Plumbing.

I am thrilled with this company. They clearly are high quality plumbers based on many reviews and my experience with them validates what I read. I added their name and number to my cell phone so in the future I can call them without delay!

Mike has been out at least five times for various issues, and has handled each promptly and the quality of the work was outstanding. Very neat, never leaves a mess. He's the man!

They were very professional. You know you can trust them to give you good information. He helped our neighbors by giving some tips over the phone and not charging them.

The whole project went very well. They were able to overcome a difficult install with little difficulty. I had to restrict the amount of space that would be allocated for the water heater and they were still able to make it work. They were able to do the job very quickly.

The scope of work was limited. Kevin offered some suggestions when I told him about the do it yourself project that I was doing.

I was very pleased with the result. The work was performed as expected and works perfectly.

extremely courestous, friendly, and professional. They did a wonderful job. They did a great job of explaining what needed to be fixed and giving tips on how everything worked. They try and find the cheapest and best way to fix your problem. I would definitely recommend him to others.

He is on time which is pretty good. He did a good job. He is informative. He gives good advice on what I need to renovate. I do not compromise on price. I could find somebody cheaper, but one can guess what it could be. We would use his services in the future and we always do. His card is the only card we have in the plumbing file

Everything was done exactly as we had hoped. Mike suggested a more expensive toilet than we had planned, but we are very happy with the Toto Drake toilet. I wouldn't use any other brand. Mike was nice to work with. I consider him "my plumber."

Very professional, very prompt, very approachable,very curteous and friendly. Cleaned up after each visit. Started as a kitchen remodel when walls and ceiling were removed we decided to take advantage and update the plumbing for the above (2nd story) bathrooms that ran above the kitchen ceiling and down the wall. Needed to rearrange some drainage/plumbing that dropped into a previous bulkhead- which wasn't easy, but their perseverance was awe inspiring. Moved location of dishwasher so needed to change the water supply etc. I never felt any of my questions were regarded as dumb. They took the time to make sure I understood their assessment and answered my questions in terms I could relate to. I feel they charged a very fair price for the work they did and I would use this company without hesitation in the future.
