Description of Work: I found Mike Bush Plumbing by going to Angies list and randomly looking for a plumber in Fishers with a gold star rating. Little did I know, he is considered one of the best in Fishers and used regularly by Fishers DO-It Center for plumbing installations. Mike was able to recognize a "plumbing emergency" over the phone. Turns out my water softener had "blown up" and was sending rust colored minerals through all plumbing in my house fed by water softener. The water company had told me to just keep running the water and flushing the toilets and it should clear in a half our. Mike Bush said turn everything off and I'll be there in 30minutes. Keep in mind this was at 5:00 in the afternoon when he thought his day was about over. He got one toilet up and running and came back the next day to clear other pipes of mineral sludge and assess all plumbing in the house. Plan to use him for installation of a new water softener.

Description of Work: Mike Bush has performed services for us on three occasions. He replaced our sump pump and installed a back-up sump pump. He also installed a water heater for us when our water heater ruptured and flooded our basement. He also provided over the phone assistance for me in the midst of a serious snow storm in which the road conditions made it impossible for him to make a service call. I carried out his instructions and was able to prevent what could have been catastrophic damage to our home. He is an extremely knowledgeable, skilled and reliable professional. I recommend him highly and trust him implicity.

Description of Work: Diagnosis and repair of bathtub/shower faucet. There was no hot water from one faucet in the house. Mike did a nice job of asking questions on the phone to pinpoint the most likely cause of the problem. Was very knowledgeable and professional. On-site examination confirmed his remote assessment. Repair was made efficiently.

Description of Work: Our water heater started leaking and we got three estimates from plumbers that were on Angie's List. Mike came out right away and gave us his estimate as well as a lot of information about water heaters to help us decide. His estimate was the lowest of the three, however he could not install it until the following week. Because of that, we went with another estimate so that we wouldn't be without hot water that long.

Description of Work: Mike fixed leaking in my guest bathroom and the first floor powder room. He did good job for fixing the leakage. He is very honest. He estimated the cost of $200, but after finished the job he charged me $160. Because he used fewer parts than estimated, he told me. But I wasn't at scene; I don't know what exactly replaced. I recommend him to everyone.
