They had to do an extra 10 feet of soffit repair that had been damaged by water penetration and didn't charge extra as there was no additional materials needed over the original estimate. I was very pleased with the final job.

We consulted Brinkman Builders regarding repairs that needed to be performed. They came to our home, stated they would drop off an estimate soon, and would be in touch with us within a few weeks. Four months and multiple unanswered phone messages later, we have never seen nor heard from them again. We were quite disappointed with their services, or lack thereof.

They returned my call three days later and stated they did not do work on the Westside of town. Funny how the information on Angie's list did not state anything of that nature. Nor did the add in the phonebook. I think they should probably change the information to avoid this in the future.

This is the third time we've used Brinkman in the past 20 years. They've done excellent work on all occasions. This time it was the two Dan brothers doing all the work. They're excellent. They are especially good at metal roof flashing/counterflashing. Nice guys to work with, and very highly recommended.

SHOWED UP ON TIME AND LOOKED AT THE ISSUES - INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. WASN'T SURE EXACTLY THE CAUSE - POSSIBLE THE FLASHING, POSSIBLY SOME LOOSE CAULK. ASKED IF HE COULD REPAIR BOTH FOR $45 AND WOULDN'T CHARGE ME UNTIL THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED AND IF NOT HE WILL RETURN TO INVESTIGATE OTHER ''DEEPER'' ISSUES. SO FAR THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED. THE EXPERIENCE WAS SO GOOD THAT I AM HAVING THEM LOOK AT OTHER PROJECTS AT MY HOME TOO!

HAVE USED FOR MANY YEARS and I HAVE GREAT CONFIDENCE IN THEIR HONESTY and CAPABILITY. CONSISTENTLY GOOD WORK ON A VARIETY OF NEEDS.

THE PROBLEM WASN'T DUE TO THEIR WORK, RATHER A CHIMNEY CAP. THEY REALLY SEEMED CONCERNED ABOUT THE LEAK AND TOOK PRIDE IN THEIR WORK.

REPAIRED GUTTERS IN A VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL FASHION.

I HAVE TURNED TO THIS COMPANY MANY TIMES FOR MAINTENANCE ON MY HOME. ITS NICE TO HAVE SUCH A DEPENDABLE RELATIONSHIP WITH A COMPANY. I DONT THINK THEY DO GUTTER CLEANING ON A REGULAR BASIS. AN EMPLOYEE DID IT ON HIS OWN TIME IN MY CASE.

BRINKMAN HAS DONE A VARIETY OF JOBS FOR US FOR OVER 25 YEARS: WINDOWS, NEW ROOF, GUTTERS, ETC. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT, EFFICIENT, AND VERY COMPETENT.

DID NOT CHARGE FOR THE REPAIR HE HAD FIXED PREVIOUSLY. HE CAME OUT PROMPTLY.
