gutter repair, roofing, screen repair
+ 1 moreI was not satisfied this time around! He took a long time to do the work, cleaned up the roofing material, but did not adequately pick up nails from the work site, and I even had to finish the gutters myself.
Description of Work: He put on roofing for me on two jobs on rental properties that went very well. On the third job, this time on my personal home, he took a long time to do the work. He did some roof work. He was supposed to fix my gutters and re-screen my porch but never did. He is slow in finishing the jobs, he blames that on not having enough help, but he takes your deposit and does not follow up.

+ -1 moreI would not recommend him to anybody. He still has not finished the work. My gutters still leak at the seams. After having been charged for new downspouts, he used existing ones. Despite trying to contact him to fix the issue, he has not come out to do so.
Description of Work: He put up awnings, put my railing back up, he installed a new asphalt shingle roof on the garage and house. He fixed a place in one of the bedrooms that had leaked through. He replaced my gutters as well with what was supposed to be new downspouts.

+ -1 moreI called him, told him what we were looking at. He explained things that he looks at when doing an appraisal. I didn't have him come out to do an appraisal, as he gave me the information I needed over the phone. He was very helpful.

+ -1 moreI've never ran into anyone who is in business who are as honest as Brent is. I was impressed by his honesty and the fact that he did not try to overcharge me. He has been a pleasure to deal with. I plan on using him for the rest of my roofing jobs if I can get my insurance company to give me the money.
Description of Work: He did 2 roofing jobs for me and I'm planning on having him do 2 more.

+ -1 moreTHE REPORT THAT HE SUBMITTED WAS VERY THOROUGH. IT CONTAINED AREA COMPS, PICTURES OF COMPS AND THE HOUSE WE WERE HAVING APPRAISED, AND DRAWINGS THAT INDICATED TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF HOME. HE DID A GREAT JOB.
