Katy, who I assume is the Manager, is absolutely amazing. Her level of customer service and professionalism is outstanding & the manner in which she conducts herself with the clients is very impressive and refreshing. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew does not have either the ability or inclination to produce the results that one would expect, especially for the amount charged for the service. I am extremely disappointed with the work ethic & lack of competence of the 2 cleaning staff that were assigned to my home. Through no fault of the managerial staff, unfortunately, still the same..very disappointing and half hearted performance.

Quality of work depends on the person/persons providing the cleaning service that day. Have had one bad. And one good experience with them.

Communication between them and myself was really good.

This company was used for a contracting of siding job and they were HORRIBLE. Their communication was bad, they did not fix the problem within our siding. I do not recommend them.

Great professional service

The workers were very nice and friendly, but not super thorough, especially for a first time cleaning.

The technician Charlie was outstanding. Very professional and friendly. Right on time

Punctual & professional. Good job.

They came late in the day, but within the time period, they said they would arrive at 4:30. I felt like they rushed and notice areas where things were not moved that could have easily been moved. Other than that they did a good job for the money.

It was OK feel they could have gave a little more time to detail. Bed unmade tops of surfaces scimmed over.

I hired Becht cleaning service for my parents. My mom is very hard to please when someone is coming over to clean her house. She said they were very nice and courteous. She said they did a great job cleaning. That she will keep using them.

The work and team was great and I will definitely use them again in the near future.

I wasn't home when they came to clean the furniture but my daughter was home. I wish they would have told my daughter to put the area rugs and runners outside to dry because they sat wet on my wood floors all day. Didn't really appreciate that.

I have been evaluating cleaning services and I think this is the one that will work best for me. Prompt, efficient, and excellent customer service contact.

Dave arrived when scheduled, was pleasant to work with, was not thrown when we had more to do than i originally scheduled and was very tidy while working.

They did a great job.

The cleaning team showed up late. They were done in two hours which should amount to $200, but since they did baseboards they charged $300

They arrived on time, worked efficiently and did all the little things I asked for. Very pleased. The price is a little more than I was spending before but, you get what you pay for.
