I love them. They are wonderful. My water softener has been working ever since. They are very professional on what they do. I like everything about them. They are very professional in every way. They do what they say they are going to do.

Three quarters of the house had already been connected to the water softening system and the kitchen was the exception. After a recent visit from our plumber who highly suggested I change the connection because it was damaging my kitchen faucet, I called Aqua Systems, the original installers. I called on the day of the appointment to get an estimated time of arrival. The young man said it appeared to be mid afternoon and he said he would have the plumber call me with an approximate time. As noon approached, I went home to wait since I did not get a returned call. Unfortunately, when I got home, there was a message at 9:45a that they wanted to arrange a time to come soon. When I called Jerry back at 12:30pm, he said he had already left my service area and was on the Westside of Indianapolis. I said I was disappointed because I had been waiting at work for a call back and my cell phone never rang. Jerry said he only had my home number but wrote down my cell number on the work order. He said he would call me back after he checked his schedule and perhaps could come the next day. Thirty minutes went by and Jerry called back. He said he could stop by within 45 minutes and asked if that was acceptable which I agreed. The job was completed in less than an hour. It was nice of Jerry to accommodate my job after the scheduling fiasco.

They were on time, very professional, very patient with my many questions and long decisions process. They installed immediately after I made my decision and worked around my schedule and the install was wonderful.

I like the softener, but the sales person was kind of wishy washy with his answers. I didn't feel like the salesman was very honest. They came on time and got the job done.I do enjoy the softener alot though. He seemed like a nice guy but I don't feel like his information was very accurate.

Aqua Systems was easy to work with. They were competitively priced and delivered a high efficiency water softener to our home on time! The installer was well-uniformed, very professional and went about his work quickly. He went through the system with us and detailed the correct way to run it in the future.

Price was ~25% greater than other equally/highly-rated competitors on Angie's List, but thought this was worth paying for the state-of-the-art w/s unit which uses ~20% less salt+water than previous year's (and the competitor's!) models. Warranty the same as competitors, 7 yrs parts/labor, probably b/c this company makes the units for other sellers as well. System relatively new (installed only 3 mo ago) and working as intended.

Aqua Systems scheduled an appointment for installation soon after the purchase, arrived on time, and installed the new unit professionally. They were replacing a working unit that was too small for our house. During the installation, the old unit was damaged during the removal process. I worked with David Bills, their service representative, and arrived at a satisfactory resolution. His communication was excellent, and they took care of my concerns in a way that was fair and reasonable. The new softener is outstanding. We did pay more for this unit than if we had gone to a big box store, but the performance is excellent. The installer was professional and did an excellent job of hiding the plumbing and keeping it out of the way, and David Bills addressed all my concerns quickly and professionally. I like that they are a local company and the product is made in Indiana.

It went very well. Our old Water Boss softener wasn't working so I started calling around to see about either fixing it or replacing it. After learning a lot in talking with several vendors, we decided it was going to be a better idea to just replace the softener with a model that had a good warranty. We were putting in tons of salt to our old softener (Water Boss) and not getting consistent soft water (or ANY soft water in recent times). Aqua Systems convinced me that the technology of their unit was superior and the seven year parts and labor warranty could give me peace of mind over time. I really liked the fact that they were selling units their company actually made and also servicing them- they stand a great chance of knowing what they're doing that way! (The unit we bought was one that was one rung down from the top of the line model- I wasn't as concerned about how very high efficient it was as how much salt it could hold and the warranty. This unit was still very efficient, but it also had a very large salt tank.) I liked that the unit we selected has a nice screen that shows whether the salt is low, the time of day (so you can keep it regenerating at 2:00 a.m.), and that it recognizes your normal water usage and softens the water accordiningly (but you can also set the unit to regenerate if you're expecting company or something like that). The screen afforded more information than the other units I was considering. I called them on a Tuesday or Wednesday to say we were going with them and the original installation date was the following Tuesday originally, but they called me a day later and said they could work it in the following day- so about two days from date I gave them the "go" until the actual installation. I really appreciated them getting with me when they found an earlier time since I hadn't had soft water in a while. The gentleman showed up on time and had the unit installed within 60 minutes. We had a little concern about how big the salt tank was (320 lbs. or so), but we worked it out. (We wanted the biggest salt tank we could fit in so we wouldn't have to fill it very often!) The gentleman explained how the unit worked, had me actually do some of the adjustments on the little screen it has, just so I'd know how to do it. He explained a good deal about how softeners work in general, and seemed very knowledgable. He was polite and professional. Twelve month "same as cash" financing was available through a credit card from 5/3 Bank, and that all went smoothly as well. I learned some very interesting things from Aqua Systems concerning how the salt "pellets" contain gluten that holds them together nicely, but also can build up in your softener. They recommend the use of solar salt to help keep your unit clean. Maybe the best thing I learned was actually from Indianapolis Soft Water, which also seems like a very good vendor- they use The Salt Guys for customers who want softener salt delivered to their home and, if you're home, they'll put it right in the softener for you! Aqua Systems gave us 160 lbs. of salt for free, so I called the Salt Guys to bring the rest. (Check out my review on them- they're definitely one of the best conveniences I've found in a long time!!)

They were so professional . They got the work done quickly, came on time, and the technician was very professional and very clean. He removed my old water softner for me and disposed of it.

They were quick to perform the work. They followed up with all of my questions and were quick to respond. I thought they were polite and efficient. The system is working well. We have had no problems with them and they are still working with us to fix our ice machine, as we are having a slight problem with it. They were pleasant to work with and clear about the cost and what you are getting. We also got about 10 months supply of salt from them, as well. Their cost has been reasonable throughout the entire process.
