Went well. Quick installation.

Their service is awesome. They came back a year later to check on the units. The pricing was great. They are punctual and professional, as well as courteous.

Everyone was prompt and the installation went well. We have had this new system for about 10 months and so far so good.

They arrived on time, did the job, and showed us how to use the new system. It took less than 2 hours.

They came back this month to replace old filters. I love it.

Had a point of contact with Jeff Alfrey. Amazingly professional, kind, courteous, and answered some in-depth as well as very simple questions. Jeff did the consult and tested the hardness as well as overall cleanliness of my water and because of my house setup, recommended the base model, but I decided to upgrade and include water filtration via a reverse osmosis system. Installer came out today with everything he needed to get the job done in a fast and efficient manner! Very impressed with these systems so far and look forward to many years of use! Water softener systems are even manufactured in Avon, IN! Buy local quality! Very very happy with this investment!

We met the sales rep at the Indianapolis home show. He showed up for the appointment on time. He did not use any hard selling tactics, although he did struggle on bit on explaining on the softener worked, and what the difference was between the 3 options of kinds of softeners. In the end we settled on the middle of the road system since its just the 2 of us. Part of the reason for that was that he took off 200 of the price. 1 option was 810, the next was 1209, and the last 1509. So we got our systems for 1009 with a 75$ install fee. So I recommend that you negotiate with these guys if you decided to go with them. The install went according to plan. The guy was professional, and explained everything to me. He also brought 2 bags of salt with him. So far the system is working as explained, and overall if was a good customer experience. My father in law also used them last year and had a similar experience. I don't think they are the cheapest but I think you get what you pay for here.

The installer was on time, courteous, did the installation quickly, and explained what I need to do in terms of maintaining the syatem. No problems for him or me.

I recommend Aqua Systems to everyone I can. The overall improvement in our water quality was so drastic and working with Aqua Systems was so good, we will be customers for a long time! Online would be great, but they gave us a payment book.

What an extraordinary example of superior customer service! I called them shortly before Thanksgiving but due to their schedule being booked up to come out and replace my 20+ year old unit JD went out of his way to draw detailed diagrams of my old system and how to convert it to the new system. I'm kind of a dummy when it comes to plumbing and his patience and help was just super to get this taken care of before all my family showed up for Thanksgiving. Thanks JD!

New water softener. Commercial grade.

Great. Both the estimator and the installer were prompt and professional. Jeff was happy to answer all my questions. The installer was neat and took the time to show me how everything worked before he left. He also was happy to answer my questions. We would definitely use them again.

Sold us a water softener for our new home. I'm guessing at the price. We had a lot going in and I don't remember for sure.

Both the estimator (Jeff) and the installer (whose name I can't remember) were very prompt and professional. Jeff explained our options, as well as the minor plumbing work that would need to be done to install a softener where there previously was none. The installer completed the job in less than two hours and left everything neat and clean. The softener is working great so far and we're happy with the results.

The service tech arrived on time. the installation was done in a very neat and clean manner. A week after the install the water softener was not registering water flow or how many gallons left before a regeneration. I called Aqua Systems and someone was there the next day to fix the water softener. Overall I'm very happy with Aqua Systems and would definitely hire them again in the future.

I did my own review/research to determine which water softner system met all qualifictions best and selected Aqua Systems. This was about 5-6 months ago and I have had to purchase additional salt only once (this month). I love the system and the company, as well.

I chose Aqua Systems because they had stores nearby where I could talk with someone without pressure to buy. They understand their products well. They also had very competitive pricing and offered great support for keeping the system working well over the coming years. The installation was professional, courteous, and efficient.

It turned out very good. They offered 24 month same as cash, and they did as much of the coordinating as they could, and I didn’t feel they had to do that. They also coordinated a guy to come out and cut holes in the granite for the sinks. They took car everything and went above and beyond for me. They got the job done pretty quick and were in and out in a few hours.

Their service is wonderful and I have no complaints at all. They came and did the job and were neat and clean, and cleaned up after themselves, and were available for any questions I had after the installation. I was very happy with them. They got the job done quickly and I didn’t have to wait long to have it done. I would recommend them to others. Their prices were very comparable to other systems I got estimates on, and they came through on the price they quoted me. There were no surprises.

They are fine. They will take care of any issues that arise. They come once a year to do the service. I believe they are a commercial service now, and I’m not sure if they still do residential. They inherited us form another company.

The installation went well. Just like I expected. No surprises.
