Description of Work: I thought we needed a new water softener. Was told to bring in water samples from the kitchen and bathrooms in our house. Technician tested the water and explained that the water to the kitchen does not run through the water softener (normal) and the bathroom water was perfect and so we did not need to replace our water softener. I got the complete explanation of how, what and why of water softeners. Thanks for the information!!!!

Description of Work: We had a drip-leak from the intake tubing insertion into the manifold cover for the R/O water system, which is now 12 years old. A new manifold cover/tubing connection solved the problem. The tubing connection requires careful placement of an "O" ring, which is tricky. This could be a DYI project, but if not done correctly, can result in a messy water leak. A quick job for the Aqua Systems repair pro. Nicely done.
