The service is absolutely excellent, and there's no sales pressure at all. We've used them years ago in our first home, and the service was just as exceptional then. Not only the service, but the products they offer, as well.

After I provided this review, I was contacted by the manager of the Aqua Systems store right away. He was very friendly and kind about the whole issue. He offered to give us the difference in price and had not realized that we had called in and talked to someone else about the replacement of the system. I had not thought to ask for the manager. I really appreciate their quick response and consideration for their customers. I will recommend them in the future. I did leave quality at B as I hope their technicians will do more to make sure the correct systems are put in and up to code.

Aqua Systems installed a 1.0 CF high efficiency water softener in my home. After visiting their showroom I scheduled an in-home estimate. The estimator was very punctual and it did not take more than 30 minutes. He was very straight-forward and there was no high pressure sales pitch. We did not make a decision that day and felt no pressure to do so. After we made our decision, I called to schedule the installation. They were able to schedule the installation in just a few days. They also confirmed the price of the estimate on the phone. I was present during the entire installation and was very impressed by the professionalism of the installer. He took the time to review the notes provided by the estimator and listen to all of my concerns and suggestions. I was very pleased with the entire installation. It took about 3 hours (to install in my unfinished basement). It was a very neat and clean job. At the end of the job he again confirmed the price which agreed with the original estimate. The installer also took the time to explain the entire system and answer all of our questions. We were COMPLETELY satisfied.

These guys are great, delivering a superior product at a reasonable price. The installation went very smooth. Installer was courteous, clean, and really had the heart of a teacher in showing me how the system worked. I felt like he was looking after our family's best interest with regards to water quality. The product they offer uses less than half the salt of my previous water softener. If you are in the market for this product you should give this company a call.

Our old reverse osmosis water drinking system was leaking. We decided to replace the old system rather than repair it. I first talked to a salesperson at Aqua System. He was very helpful and polite. Then, an installation person called a few hours later to set-up an installation date. The first available installation was five days later. That was fine with me. Then, later that afternoon I received a phone call that there was a cancellation and that they would be out the next day. Wayne, the installation guy called that morning to let me know when he would be there. He worked around my schedule and showed up right on time. He was very polite, diligent and friendly. He did a great job with the installation even though our plumbing was not in great shape. He was able to fix it as he installed the water drinking system. I would definitely hire Aqua again. They did everything correctly.

The service was excellent. They were on time, very thorough and very clean. They picked up after themselves. The guy that came out and did the installation did a wonderful job. The whole process was totally painless. The price was very competitive so I was fine with that. They were here when they said they were going to be. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and did it great. I would recommend them to others.

The technician showed up on time. He installed the water purifier in the garage, and reverse osmosis system in my kitchen. In addition, he was able to attach my water system in my refrigerator to the reverse osmosis system. He showed me how to work everything. He was were professional. We have used the product for 6 months, and when the salt needed to be replaced, they delivered it the same week I ordered it with no hassle. I have enjoyed their services, and would recommend them to someone looking for a good product with good customer service

The Aqua Systems was fine, the thing is nice. I guess I originally bought the Aqua System because they told me that it could be hooked up to drinking water and after I purchased it they said that they cannot hook it up because it would make the water salty but that was one of the reasons I bought it. It kind of angered me that they kind of led me to believe that it could be hooked up, they did it but the water would be too salty. When they sold it to me they did no present that to me. Other members should know that I would make sure that they tell me that it can be hooked up to the drinking water but it would make it salty. I was never told that and I might not have bought the water system if I knew that. The water softener does help a lot. It is 3 or 4 years old and it is still good for the quality.

Our grandsons were spending the night with us when we noticed a great decrease in water pressure. When my husband checked the water softener, it was no longer working. Since it had worked well since our house was built in 1992, we contacted Aqua Systems, who had installed the original one 23 years ago. We priced other companies who had the newest technology for their softeners, but decided to go with Aqua Systems, who were less expensive and had a proven track record with us. My husband went to their Fishers location and chose a unit, and they came out the next day and installed it. They were informative, professional, and pleasant, and did a great job. Top of the line unit for $1600, including installation. We were very happy with Aqual Systems and would recommend them to anyone!

Installer arrived on time, was conscious on my time so he installed quickly. He was very professional and explained how the system worked.

I would use them again. I think they were competitive with any other water softener providers. The guy came out and gave me an estimate. He scheduled the service and showed up on time. They did what they were supposed to do. It was all good.

We did a lot of research before choosing Aqua Systems, and chose them for their excellent local service and great value on premium water system components. They were extremely helpful to us in answering all of our questions and helping us decide what system would best meet our needs. They were available to perform the installation promptly and on-time, and we couldn't be happier with our water! We are also looking to replace our aging water heater, and are planning to give them a call for that as well.

I have had an aqua system unit in our home since 2007 and it has worked flawlessly. It is on a well that produces water with a lot of iron and overall hardness. We had a pressure tank replaced recently, and the softener was shut down for a day, and we wondered whether it was still working properly since it didn't seem to be using much salt. Twop different people who work there could easily have talked me into a service call/tune-up, but didn't. Based on the fact that we have had such good service from the unit, and the fact that there was zero effort by the staff to "sell me something," I would give this company my highest recommendation.

Very happy with the new system. The new water softener is much more energy efficient. And we can taste the obvious difference with the water filter under the sink.

We were quite happy with the results of this transaction. We were all but set with just replacing our Kinetico system with another Kinetico system, but when I looked at Angie's List, I was impressed by all of the great reviews for Aqua Systems. After calling them on a Saturday afternoon, Jeff was very responsive in getting us all of the information we needed to make an educated decision. I was very happy with the fact that we could get both the water softener and the R.O. system for about the same price as we'd been quoted by others for just the water softener alone. So we chose to go with Aqua Systems but had a rather tight schedule that we needed it to be done by. They were able to work us in on very short notice before the busy Thanksgiving holiday and within two days were out to install the whole system. Rich was the technician who came out and he was very friendly, helpful and informative. He accommodated all of our requests and installed everything the way we wanted in a very efficient yet comprehensive manner. The system is brand new, so we're just getting to see the affects of it, but so far, so good, and we're very happy with everything thus far. Much thanks for all of your fine work! We will definitely recommend Aqua Systems to others.

We had a water softener installed about 5 years ago and it broke on Saturday afternoon and spilled resin beads into our water lines. Although they weren't able to find a plumber to come out Saturday, they had a plumber out on Sunday to clear all the lines and our new tankless hot water heater. They said they would cover all the costs of the breakage and then had a new water softener and 80 extra pounds of salt installed on Monday. Things break, but we felt that Aqua Systems went above and beyond our expectations and really had great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone.

Wayne came out to install a new unit but he didn't think we needed a new unit. He replaced resin in the old unit and charged less than half what the new one was going to cost. He was very quick and efficient.

Estimator came to house, gave me literature and wrote figures for estimate on the product literature. Thought it a bit odd that a formal estimate copy was not written up especially for this company. Estimator seemed delighted to talk at length about wife and dog and showed pictures. Not sure really why, I have no dogs to greet him, just a lazy fat cat that was looking on . Well, as expected the estimator did not fully recall the figures written later on and then this went back and forth. Had trouble getting the estimator to return my phone calls and messages left with receptionist. I was told I would get a call to let me know date for installation. After not getting a call, I finally called the company and was told that the date had been set up even though I had not been informed of it. Installer was punctual, and went right to work. After work was finished, he presented paperwork, and as feared, the figures still weren't matching up to what was originally written. Felt bad because this was not his error and then he had to phone in to the office. After it all got straightened out, I went downstairs to check out the new softener but wondered why the dehumidifier was suddenly running Whoa, I came near to needing a canoe.. There was water everywhere - all over the workbench and everything on it way over to the side of the room, water all over the floor and dripping from the workbench. I didn't expect to find such an awful mess that I had to clean up, especially since the installer had not mentioned anything about there being a problem during the installation. I called the company the next morning and they wound up issuing me a credit on the bill. I don't know what went awry but I chose this company based on stellar reports but my experience -not so stellar. Only suggestions I have is to ask for a written estimate and stand by and watch while the work is done. .

The process was painless. They did exactly what they said they would. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I recommend their service.
