The watersoftner worked great for 7yrs, then we started having problems. We were told this was top of the line at that time. We just didn't like there attitude, it was like you will buy from us, and then we'll do what you want. My suggestion is, don't buy from these people, RENT.

The process took a little less than 2 weeks. I purchased the water softener at the Fishers location and it was installed about a week later. The salesperson and the person installing the unit were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We have had the unit for about a week and we have seen a big difference in our water quality.

They really did a good job. I would give them a perfect score.

Both men that came out couldn't have been more polite & professional. They were very business-like but also very pleasant. They went about their work very efficiently. We couldn't be more happy or impressed. We had never used them before but we'll likely use them again.

Dustin called first thing Monday morning and set an appointment for 11:00 a.m. He arrived on time, introduced himself, reviewed the product with me as he removed it from the boxes and installed it. Tested it, found and fixed a leak. Spent a lot of time showing me all the features and benefits of the softener. Made certain all my questions were answered and that I felt confortable with operating it. From start to finish, a perfect operation!

I was very pleased with Aqua Systems service for this job. We set up the delivery on Angie's List via email. The morning of the delivery I was contacted by phone to confirm. This phone call revealed a slight wrinkle in communication, but it was smoothed over on their end and I was not affected. I believe their tight communication with me as a customer saved us both a headache. I imagine the product they delivered is all the same no matter where it comes from, so their chemical isn't necessarily any better than another's, thus the B for that criteria. Finally, their price was excellent. They sold the same chemical to me at a much better price than the companies I had dealt with previously and there was no additional charge for delivery or labor. I will be calling Aqua Systems again the next time I need peroxide.

Received three estimeates. Aqua systems was middle estimate. Estimate was prompt and work was completed quickly with excellent clean up.

We had tried emptying out the salt and starting with all new salt, but that did not work. We researched water softeners and thought we would need to replace the entire system. Out of desperation we finally called Aqua Systems. Mr. Massey, a technician who is familiar with our old type of water softener, came out and found a broken piece in the brine tank. He replaced the part and all is well. We are very, very happy with the professional service we received from Aqua Systems.

There was a faucet that comes with system, I ordered a disk faucet to match the kitchen faucet. They brought a white faucet which was the wrong color. They came back and changed it free of charge. I forgot to mention the Angie's List coupon they were offering. I mentioned it to him after and he honored it by giving me two free filters

Aqua Systems went above and beyond with our installation, giving us suggestions that worked with our house and the way the outside water was hooked up. We went with a system that was better suited to our needs. The installer noticed a leak in our plumbing of which we were unaware and we were then able to get that fixed without any further damage. We were glad he noticed that.

I know whatever they do we are happy with. They are very helpful and friendly. We wouldn’t have bought from them if they didn’t have a good price.

It was pretty good. We had some initial problems. It wasn’t repaired right but then they came back and fixed it.

Every time it is good. They come promptly. They always come when they say they are going to come and get the job done the first time out.

It turned out great. We were prepared to buy a new one but didn’t need to. The repaired it for a very nominal fee. We liked that he made a second trip back next day.

The customer service with all of our questions was excellent and I never felt as if they were rushing me into any purchase and were very patient with all of my questions. The technician that did the install arrived on time and was very professional. He treated our house and property with the same care and patience as if it were his own.

They returned my call immediately and showed up the next day to give me a proposal. No high-pressure sales, just good information and suggestions. They delivered the system on the day agreed, plumbed quite a bit to bypass for the lawn sprinklers and set everythig up. The unit is very simple to operate. There is really nothing to do but let them know when I need salt. I immediately realized the difference on our dishes as well as in the shower. I only wish we had not waited so long.

We felt very comfortable with Todd at the Fishers office. He provided lots of information in a no-pressure manner. They had helpful brochures we took home with us. I emailed Todd with follow-up questions and he was prompt in responding. Todd also came to our house to look at our plumbing before we made a final decision. We chose Aqua Systems because their high-efficiency system was significantly better than the competitors in terms of salt and water usage. The specials they had made it affordable for us. Aaron did the actual installation and was prompt and professional. He worked efficiently, but also seemed to take the time necessary to do the job properly. I appreciated that he shared what he was going to do before-hand; checked with us once to verify faucet placement; and then took time with us to explain what he had done, what we might look for, and the basic operation and maintenance. We felt comfortable with our decision to use Aqua Systems throughout the entire process.

Information was given over the phone and went on line for all the details of the unit. The service was professional and quick. Very pleased with this job. The old softener was also hauled away with no additional charge.

This was the 2nd time we'd used them, they also installed a similar system for us at the house we just sold. We were very happy with it so we had them install the new one in our new house too. I reall like the quality of the equipment they sell. When we called them the first time, we called several others for bids including a couple of big companies that do more home service than just water softeners thinking the national "chains" would be a good value. Aqua systems was surprisingly the best price in addition to having a great warranty and equipment and they're local so they were our hands down choice. Everything went well. The installer showed up perfectly on time, got the work done smoothly and efficiently, and the new system runs great. Can't think of anything I'd ask for differently from them.

The new water softener would reduce our energy cost. It has proved to be more economical in providing more water for us. So we are happy with them. The water softener is a rental unit and I have to pay a little bit under $20 a month. The work went on extremely smoothly. It was just like all the other transactions we have had both in this home and our previous home. I just called them. I really don?t have anything to compare their price to. We had them out in our old home 15 years ago and then used their services again in this house. They are local as well. So I would use their services in the future too.

They honored the Angie's List discount, but their price was also very reasonable. They were neat and clean with the installation. They are just a top-rated company and we couldn't be happier with the experience.
