+ -1 moreOverall, I have found Chris to be competent and dependable. He is responsive, honest and has extremely reasonable rates. I have recommended him to friends and they have always been pleased.
Description of Work: I have used this company four times in the past two years and have been very pleased. Recently, my laptop screen went black and refused to turn back on. Chris picked up my laptop the afternoon I called him (Friday) and had it assessed by the end of the weekend. This particular experience led to the demise of a laptop that had served me well for years. While he gave me my options on a repair, he also assisted me in choosing a new laptop, transferred the information from my old hard drive and made sure that my new laptop was set up to my preferences.

Description of Work: Assisted with choosing and purchasing a new laptop. Helped set up new Laptop after it arrived and ensured all programed were installed and working properly. Helped purchase and install anti-virus software. After 2 weeks of use, assisted with updating machine to fix non-functioning wireless.
