We felt like the service we received at Allisonville Nursery was great. They helped explain how to care for our new plants and the best way to plant them. We will definitely shop there again!

I REALLY RECOMMEND THEIR UNIQUE SELECTION NOT ONLY OF PLANTS BUT HOLIDAY DECOR AS WELL. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THEY ASSIST YOU IN GETTING YOUR PURCHASES OUT TO YOUR CAR.

The pump went out on our fountain and they ordered one for us. They also replaced a tree we bought from them a couple years ago. They replaced it and gave us one at half the cost.

I love shopping in their gift shop. They have many unusual items that you just can't find elsewhere. If you are looking for a unique gift, the Allisonville Nursery is a great place to go. I bought some wonderful soaps and a mobile/wind chime. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Called company to discuss plan which they developed for previous owners of our current home. Requested that someone come to discuss our concerns about the plan and give current estimate for the work as the plan was developed several year ago. We were told someone would call back same day. No call. Received message several days later requesting we come to them. Given the amount of money we were willing to spend on landscaping and the fact we told them we were ready to move forward with doing the plan we felt they should come to us. The estimate they gave previous owners several years ago was 10s of thousands more than the company we used to actually do the work.

We went to the nursery & looked at the inventory; we were told the types of trees we wanted would be delivered in "several weeks". That was disappointing, but they were finally delivered & planted by Allisonville; however, 2 were not staked correctly (one began cutting into the bark badly & we had to "rescue" it). One other tree died (they did replace it, but only after 2 phone calls). Another is very crooked & should be re-staked after a year. The quality of evergreens we received was just generally not high & the turn-around on response to calls is very bad.

THEY ARE PROMPT, POLITE, & DID THE WORK QUICKLY & EFFICIENTLY.

I CALLED THE NURSERY AND, AFTER DESCRIBING THE WORK WE NEEDED PERFORMED, I WAS TOLD THAT OUR JOB WAS TOO SMALL FOR THEM.

THIS IS ANOTHER INSTANCE OF QUALITY VERSUS QUANTITY. YOU CAN ALWAYS BUY THESE PLANTS CHEAPER AT THE LARGE HARDWARE STORES FOR MUCH LESS MONEY, BUT ALLISONVILLE HAS A SUPERIOR PRODUCT. YOU WILL HAVE ABOUT 2 - 3 YEARS OF GROWTH AHEAD OF THE HARDWARE STORES, SO THE EXTRA MONEY IS WORTH IT. SOMETIMES IT'S DIFFICULT TO FIND SOMEONE TO HELP OUTSIDE, BUT WHEN YOU FIND AN EMPLOYEE THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY NICE.

PIERRE DID OUR DESIGNS AND WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH HIM. HE LISTENED TO OUR IDEAS AND TO OUR OVERALL STYLE PREFERENCES. THE WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY AND ALLISONVILLE MADE A THREE-RING BINDER WITH INFORMATION ABOUT EACH PLANT. IT'S BEEN A GREAT RESOURCE FOR US. THEY ALSO PROVIDED A QUOTE FOR BUYING & INSTALLATION AND FOR JUST BUYING THE PLANTS. WE ARE REDOING THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE AND WILL DEFINITELY USE ALLISONVILLE AGAIN FOR OUR LANDSCAPE DESIGN.

ALLISONVILLE NURSERY WAS VERY HELPFUL IN SELECTING THE TREES, AND PROVIDING PLANTING AND WATERING INSTRUCTIONS. DELIVERED THE TREES QUICKLY, AND PLACED THEM EXACTLY WHERE REQUESTED. A GREAT NURSERY, WITH A LARGE STOCK OF PLANTS, AND HELPFUL STAFF.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. JACQUES WAS ON TIME AND VERY PERSONABLE AND HELPFUL WITH MEETING OUR NEEDS. THE INSTALLATION THIS FALL WAS DONE VERY WELL AND THEY DID A COUPLE OF THINGS WHICH I DIDN'T THINK WERE NECESSARILY PART OF THE QUOTE, BUT ENHANCED THE APPEARANCE OF THE WHOLE PLAN. THE WORKERS WERE PUNCTUAL AND WORKED HARD.

IT'S A FUN PLACE TO LOOK FOR STUFF. LOTS OF INTERESTING THINGS/GIFTS.

AS ALWAYS, ALLISONVILLE DID A GREAT JOB FOR US. WE ARE VERY PLEASED.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE STAFF AT ALLISONVILLE NURSERY. EVERYONE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND SO VERY NICE. I HAD NEVER BEEN THERE BEFORE AND THEY HAVE JUST BEAUTIFUL STOCK. I ENDED UP HAVING TO CANCEL THE TWO SPRUCES BECAUSE WE WERE GOING TO BE MOVING. I EXPECTED THAT THEY MIGHT JUST GIVE ME A CREDIT TO USE OVER THE NEXT YEAR SINCE I HAD ALREADY PAID, HOWEVER, THEY CREDITED MY CARD BACK IMMEDIATELY WITH NO PROBLEM. I WILL BE GOING BACK IN THE SPRING TO FIND THINGS FOR OUR NEW YARD.

VERY GOOD RESULTS WITH THE WORK WE HAD DONE. THE PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN OTHER QUOTES WE GOT, BUT WE FELT MOST COMFORTABLE WITH THEM.

JUST THROUGH A PHONE CALL, THEIR PERSONNEL SEEMS TO HAVE A LOT OF EXPERTISE. CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND WAS EAGER TO HELP, PROVIDE INFORMATION. I HAD A LOT OF QUESTIONS ABOUT A FEW VARIETIES OF TREES WE WERE THINKING OF PLANTING IN OUR YARD (NAMELY DOGWOODS) TO REPLACE WELL ESTABLISHED TREES WE HAD TO CUT DOWN THAT DIED. WILL SHOP THERE FIRST NEXT SPRING.

PLEASED WITH ALL ASPECTS OF OUR DEALINGS. THEY LIVED UP TO THE FINE REPUTATION THEY HAVE BUILT OVER THE YEARS.

WONDERFUL. JACQUES WAS VERY GOOD AT INCORPORATING OUR REQUESTS AND ANSWERING ALL QUESTIONS. ALSO MADE MANY CHANGES IN THE DESIGN W/O COMPLAINT. ALLISONVILLE WORKED WELL WITH THE STONE COMPANY WHEN THERE WERE PROBLEMS WITH ROCK SUPPLY AND DELIVERY.

JACQUES AND HIS CREW WERE ON TIME, POLITE AND CLEANED UP EACH DAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY CAN DO LARGE OR SMALL JOBS TO FIT YOUR BUDGET. YOU JUST NEED TO TELL THEM WHAT YOU WANT AND WHAT YOUR BUDGET IS.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AT THE NURSERY IN ASSISTING ME IN PICKING OUT THE RIGHT TREE AND THEY DELIVERED THE TREE WELL WITHIN THE TWO-WEEK TIME FRAME THAT THEY HAD PROMISED IT.

DEALING WITH EVERYONE HERE HAS BEEN A REAL PLEASURE. THEY REALLY STRIVE TO DO A GREAT JOB AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!

WE BOUGHT SOD ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS THIS SPRING FROM ALLISONVILLE NURSERY. WE WERE TREATED VERY POORLY BY THE SAME STAFF-PERSON EACH TIME WE VISITED THE NURSERY. HE WAS EXTREMELY CONDESCENDING AND RUDE. WE CALLED THE GENERAL MANAGER TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE TERRIBLE SERVICE WE RECEIVED ON BOTH VISITS, AND HE CALLED US BACK AND LEFT A MESSAGE SAYING HE WOULD TRY TO REACH US ANOTHER TIME. WE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. WE WILL NEVER VISIT ALLISONVILLE NURSERY NOR RECOMMEND IT TO ANY OF OUR FRIENDS OR FAMILY. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!

JACQUES SCHINDLER WAS GREAT. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HIS PLANS WERE THOUGHTFUL, COST-EFFECTIVE AND WELL-DRAWN. I AM GOING TO HIRE THEM TO IMPLEMENT THE PLAN FOR MY BACKYARD THIS SUMMER. I WILL DO THE FRONT NEXT YEAR.

THEIR DESIGNER JACQUES, RESPECTED OUR BUDGETARY DESIGN CONSTRAINTS AND WISHES. THEY GAVE DETAILED INFO ON ALL THE PLANTINGS. THEY WERE CAREFUL OF OUR NEWLY ASPHALTED DRIVEWAY. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE.
