They were very affordable. They were prompt and they were very responsive to any questions that we had. We did some of the prep work and they were very forthright with the work that we could do to minimize the cost of the project and they explained how we could go about doing it. We would use their service in the future too.

While the job got off to a somewhat rough start, Griffith stepped up and showed why they have an outstanding reputation for service. They have a lot of products to choose from and they have a nice showroom. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was nice. We are very happy with the end result. The floors are holding up well even with 3 dogs around; I don't mind a little bit of scratches because that is to be expected with 3 dogs. I think the floors look great.

They were absolutely spectacular. I spent probably close to $3500 on that work because I have a lot of wood floors in this house. They were prompt, professional and they told me what was going to happen. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. When they put a shoe mould back down, they put one piece down and came and asked me to take a look at it and see if I really liked the color. I did not and they said that they did not think I would, so they took it back and re-did it. They took all the pieces back, re-did them, brought them back and they were wonderful and exactly what I wanted. I have had people walk into this house and comment about how nice the floor is, so they just did an outstanding job. They were highly recommended to me.

We chose someone else. Their pricing on the quote was a little bit high. They were very professional. They were on time. The only thing that I didn't get from them was actually a summary of what the charges included so that I realized where the cost was. I did not call them and ask for it. It was more expensive than we had anticipated. We had over 2000 square feet that we had them work on.

They did a beautiful job. They did an excellent job with the clean up. They double checked on specifics prior to the installing of all pieces, which was nice because I ended up changing a few things.

After seeing the finished product, I see why Griffiths comes so highly recommended. The installers wove the new flooring into the existing hardwood flooring so expertly that after refinishing, the entire floor looks like it was always there.

Our brand new refrigerator leaked and was discovered one week later when the surrounding hardwood floor was noted to be warped. We contacted a couple of companies, and Griffith gave us the cheapest estimate. Since the kitchen floor is continuous with the hallway and entryway, the entire surface needed to be refinished to look right. After we scheduled the job to be done, we learned that two of our neighbors recommended them highly. We scheduled the job to occur while we were out of town. They came in and did the job. Everything looked great when we returned. Last time we needed to refinish the floor, everything in the cupboards was covered with dust. This time, the dust was still present, but not nearly as bad. We see no flaws in their work. We'd definitely use them again.

Prompt services, appt. for estimate made during first phone call. Worked around my schedule for estimate visit as well as doing the job. Employees are very professional, cleaned up after work was finished. Questions answered to my satisfaction. This is the second time we have used this company to refinish floors. The first time was about 10 years ago and their service and professionalism hasn't changed a bit!

Refinishing is a three-day process. They arrived between 9 and 9:30 each morning and I left for work. They completed their jobs and locked the door when they left. The floor is beautiful - excellent work!

They came out and gave me a good estimate. They sent the most experience person to sand down the floor, and see what they had to do. He did his part, and then they sent the other guys in a day later to do the coating. They came when they said they were going to. It was an overall good experience with them. They were professional.

We have previously used them. The floors are beautiful. They are not now but that is not their fault; they are dirty because of my children and me. We'd had them done ten years ago and their prices had not gone up very much. Their quality of work is wonderful.

The refinish was well done, as was the den. They had to redo some in the dining room, but they were back within 2 days to pull it up and relay it. We are very pleased with the final product.

Eight months ago we moved into a 15 year old 8,300 sq ft ranch home in desperate need of wood floor repair and refinishing. The squeaks were bad and some of the wood finish was down to bare wood, Crew came in on a Monday while we were out of town for a week and finished the following Monday. They had to spend more time repairing major squeaks in hallway using an epoxy to fill the area. I was skeptical about them getting it to not squeak, but it worked. Griffith uses the dustless system and I was pleasantly surprised with the minimal amount of dust. Only glitch was a misunderstanding about the quarter round. But it all worked out and they look beautiful.

It went fine. They returned the same day I called when I found a small spot that was missed-he did a great job on fixing/blending the spot. My only issue was as follows: Years ago we had our hardwood floors completely sanded down, re-stained and re-sealed by Griffith. This was a very, very dusty experience. I had heard that Griffith had these great new machines that took all of the dust out of the air as they sanded. So, I looked forward to a relatively clean process. I did not ask for this "clean" service, I just assumed it was standard. It was not. It was a very dusty process and required more cleaning after than I expected. The only thing I would do differently would be to confirm that they used this new "vacuum" with my job.

The job went very well. I was moving from the west coast and trying to coordinate several vendors. There was even a last minute scare that the closing would not happen, but Griffith floors were responsive and flexible. The floors are great. They were done on time and left no dust or scraps of anything. I wish I had told them to sand the bedrooms floors deeper, but they did what the contract stated. Highly recommend.
