Job was completed and ceiling fans look great. Quote tied for the lowest we received but they were able to get out two weeks quicker than the others. Only knock was they roughed up the wall pretty good around one of the switch plates and the area will need to be cleaned and touched up.

On a Friday evening after hours I learned that we had a problem with a breaker in our electrical panel. It was throwing itself off and when it was reset, it made a and quot;sizzlingand quot; sound and had a smell of smoke. This breaker was to our FURNACE, which means that we had no heat until it was repaired, and the temperature was 15 degrees. I called several companies, but since it was after hours, I was only able to talk to a person at one of them and was told that company only handled industrial and commerical wiring. Finally I called Troy Whitaker (Affordable Electric). He happened to be there and came immediately to our rescue. He stopped by Lowe's, bought the part we needed and had the breaker replaced within an hour. Most wonderful service I've had in a long time.
