I cannot say enough about ACo and the job they did to our beautifully remodeled kitchen. Kayley,Virgle and company were there every step of the way to offer us guidance and transparency. Their attention to timelines and details was nothing short of impressive and reassuring. We were always in the know whether it was a quick text from Virgle or a detailed outline by Kayley. They made us feel a part of the project. They find great subcontractors who you can tell have a great relationship with ACo. All of them came ahead of their side of the project and introduced themselves and were true pros. I've never experienced a company that has the kind of employees that truly display a passion for their craft. Thank you.

Very well. We were impressed with Kayley’s professionalism and design skill. Rebecca was an excellent project manager, always keeping us up to speed and getting projects done on time. The construction guys were very skilled and excellent problem solvers. Even the subs were excellent. We will use them again.

We did a major kitchen remodel and although my husband is handy, we needed help! Dani Kohl helped me put my vision on paper and make it even better than I expected, they worked with us so we could stay on budget and we are so happy with the results! The entire staff at Aco did a fantastic job on our project and we would definitely hire them again.

ACo installed all new flooring in the lower level of our home. It is not only gorgeous but the process was so easy! When you think "remodel" you might dread the process but everyone here is extremely helpful, professional, and prompt. They make it easy, fun and exciting. Personalized service and top quality products! It took ONE day to complete our job. I highly recommend for big or small projects.

It went okay. It was good but I didn't like their proposal. They sent one technician. It was good but the color didn't match what I wanted.

They sent the wrong size vanity for the master bath. They sent the wrong vanity top for the guest bath. Then when they sent the next one, they actually sent my second choice for the top but it looked ok so to avoid more delays. I left it alone. The tile was fine.

Design and selection process was fine; however, the actual construction process has been miserable. We picked out our selections (shower, faucets, toilet, etc.) in August, but when installation started in October, it was discovered Affordable ordered the wrong shower unit and it didn't fit. We were told the replacement unit would take a week to receive. Since it was the first item to be installed, and little else could happen before the shower was installed, construction stopped. After two weeks, I called to follow up only to learn we were still two more weeks away from receiving the unit. No communication from Affordable, I had to follow up on my own. After the shower unit was finally received, all of the subcontractors had to be rescheduled, and "squeezed" in between other jobs. Thus, I was given little notice when subcontractors would be showing up to do the work. This theme of poor communication and failed/wrong parts has continued. Our small 4 week project is going on 8 weeks, and still no communication as too when it will finally be completed. I'm discouraged and disappointed at the lack of communication.

It went well. They have great customer service and work hard to resolve any concerns.

Haven't had the work performed yet but the price was higher than some other quotes.

The reason we did that is because they had two engineers that went from another company to Affordable Bath and they had a designer and she went to Affordable Bath as well as their architect so we did that and they gave us a beautiful bathroom in 13 days. But, there is a downside. We didn't appreciate the fact that they used several subcontractors. Some of which made some mistakes, it turned out alright. If we could have had it done again, we would have gone with the other company. We really appreciate the designer and the engineers. The only shortcoming I think out of all that is that they used subcontractors.

The work was fine but the timing was awful. Everybody except the schedule was easy to work with.

It was okay. It was super slow but it worked out.

They were actually our first choice until we had somebody. I just felt like I connected more with the other company but I would definitely consider giving them another opportunity. We're getting ready to do a bathroom and they'll probably be one of the first people I'd call to get an estimate because they were very good.

I would highly recommend them. They have good ideas, great quality and affordable.

They did two different jobs for me. The first one went well but the second one did not. They estimated 68 weeks and I understand contractors but it was over 6 month before I had a functioning bathroom and they had many things done not properly and I had them come back. They ended up damaging wood flooring and it was a horrible inconvenience. They came back and did repairs. The final product was nice but I would not use them again.

It went fine. They were prompt and did a nice job. I thought it was a little expensive and he worked with me to make it more affordable.

It went very well. I was very pleased. The only thing that I didn't like was the tiles that they put in there was misaligned but they were precise.

It was great. We worked with Joe and he was very helpful. He was so good to work with and gave us helpful information to complete the job. Would definitely use them again.

I had them do a design for the bathroom. The designer, Bill, was very through and did what I had asked. He got back to me with the design in a timely manner. Their timeliness was phenomenal. They did what they said they would. We have put the project on hold for now. I had no problem scheduling the service.
