+ -1 moreThough they advertise that they can restore lost data, they were not able to do so for me. I had been warned by Microsoft's website that it was very unlikely, that anything could be done to restore it. They did set up additional security that prevents this from happening again and did reload all of my previous programs.
Description of Work: My son used a system restore disc to bypass security on my laptop, so he could start it up. In the process, he wiped off everything that was on it, pictures, music, documents, checkbook, etc. I contacted Accurate Data Recovery, to see if they could restore any of the lost files.

+ -1 moreI WAS OVERJOYED TO FIND SOMEONE WHO DID DATA RECOVERY FROM DISKETTES AS WELL AS HARD DRIVES! I CALLED, TOOK MY DISK UP SAME DAY, AND GOT MY FILES IN AN E-MAIL THAT AFTERNOON. IT WAS VERY QUICK AND EASY! THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDING OF HOW FRANTIC PEOPLE CAN GET WHEN THEY'VE LOST DATA.
Description of Work: RECOVERED DATA FROM DISKETTE THAT KEPT TRYING TO REFORMAT.
