They are thorough and pleasant. We have had the same person for years. She also cleans my parents home. They are great with customer service!

Scheduled cleaning of 2 full bathrooms and one half bath for Monday. I had this day off and the cleaning was scheduled between 9:00 and 9:30 am. I finally got a call from them at 9:40 to let me know the person scheduled to clean my house had a car that would not start. They offered to reschedule for the next day, but I was not available. I scheduled this appointment several weeks in advance. I told the manager that called me back that they should make a new customer a priority. I spent time moving all of the items off counters and floors in each bathroom to make the cleaning easier. I expect a company to show up on time or let me know BEFORE you will be late that you cannot meet my expectations.

They consistently provide a great cleaning service. I have referred to others as well. And the customer service is greatly appreciated.

I am thrilled with this service. I have had a few and Tina, my cleaner, is excellent. The difference is she has PRIDE in her work.

They were timely, thorough and professional

It's difficult to find a cleaning company that's both affordable and does a professional job. A-1 is well-managed and reliable and always does a good job with their cleanings. They also offer plenty of opportunity for feedback so if something is missed it can be addressed easily. I have no plans to use anyone else anytime soon for our house cleaning needs.

The customer service was great. The office staff friendly and very responsive. Initial appointment from Pete was on time and professional. The maids performed a below average house cleaning. Used them for about 5 cleanings. Noticed that the last few the house was not getting as clean. I went to use my vacume one day and it was broken near the base. No wonder the house was not getting clean. It was not a high end vacume, but if the maid had reported it not working properly it could have been addressed. Besides the vacume not functioning, I noticed dust accumulating on top of the refrigerator and the kitchen floor never got to the desire clean. Even had them use my steam mop, but they did not get the results that I get using the steam mop.

Pete Honig and staff do a great job. They have been cleaning my house since June 2015 and I am always happy with the results. The house smells so good when I get home from work. They are easy to work with and I appreciate them being on time to do the job.

Thought cleaning could have been done better. My daughter let her in as I was working that day. Not sure if there was some kind of miscommunication, but "Jen" left two hours early and stated 'we had two hours credit". Called her on 13 July, and three days' later no reply.

I purchased the 6 hours $144.00 deal. 1 housekeeper arrived exactly on time as planned. She had all her cleaning products. She was very sweet person and listened attentively as I told her what things I wanted her to do and imparticularly focus on. Dusted all furniture, wiped baseboards, cleaned sliding glass door and front sidelight and wiped door down. Vacuumed carpets thoroughly. Cleaned and disinfected sinks and toilets and shower & tub. Cleaned laminates and bath floors. She did a thorough job on my carpets because that's what I specifically had her focus on. She asked me what she could do extra (near the end of her time since she had a little time to spare) and she took a rag and polish and rubbed my wood cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen. I am so very pleased. Ask for "Rosa" - what a dynamo! :-) It feels wonderful to know I won't be spending my time this holiday weekend cleaning, but getting some other badly needed things outside done instead. I will definitely call them again. Truly pleased with the results.

She came over at a little after 9am, per our contact, and cleaned until about 2:30 in the afternoon, which was when she had cleaned all the areas in the house. I was able to check over her work periodically throughout the day. The top off the oven range, and the front off all the kitchen appliances were sparkling! Both bathrooms were impeccable. I was very impressed that they could have someone come out the same week that I called. Even with just the one cleaning woman, she was able to clean my 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, single-story home very well!

It went well. They came on time. There was no water at home because of a construction going on but they did what they could.

A-1 quality cleaning did a AWESOME job cleaning our house. Pete and his staff are professional, trustworthy and great at what they do. I highly recommend A-1 Quality cleaning for anyone looking for a cleaning service. Hats off to the entire A-1 crew hard to find a great company these days!

Pete's girls showed up exactly when scheduled. They were both dressed neatly but you could tell they were there to work. with no messing around at all they got right to it with one girl taking the upstairs ,the other down. both girls were exceptionally efficient, and very thorough. they were friendly too and maintained a casual ,easy chatter while they worked which i found entertaining. the time flew by, and so did the dirt because my house was the cleanest i had ever seen it and it smelled fantastic! as a result of that cleaning, which was kind of an experiment, i have A-1 do my home twice a month. i have had a few different A-1 employees do my house and the results were always exactly the same, punctual service with a cleaning performance way past my expectations,and fast too. i would recommend A-1 first, every time because the quality of service has been so high that there is literally no need to shop any further.

Pete, the owner was able to meet me within a day to give a free estimate for the clean. My last tenant vacated the property with pet soiling and unclean bathrooms. Dan cleaned, mopped, dusted, scrubbed and made the house presentable for my new tenants. I was very pleased with his work.

Pete and his team have been cleaning our house for several months now and do a great job every time. We have even used them to do an extra cleaning after we had work done in our house and they were even able to accomodate with late notice.

The owner is great. He is responsive and always available. The cleaning I receive consistently meets my expectations and is always a welcomed treat when I return from work. I would highly recommend them!

We are very happy with the services provided. House always looks good when Jen is finished. They are very responsive if something is missed or we have a new request. Pete and crew have been with us for more than a year and is far and away the best we have used in the area.

They did fine work. One of the girls did a little bit more work than the other. I didn't get what I was expecting and I talked to Peter. He apologized and sent someone else over to clean and they did a better job. I was then satisfied.

The employee was very punctual, friendly, and looked professional. I have had several other cleaning companies in the past and A-1 is the best I have found! They were very thorough and courteous. I have two young children and the associate was respectful of lunchtime and naps. Our house cleaning was done in 3-4 hours and in this profession you get what you pay for. The owner, Pete is very nice and responsive to email and by phone. Pete came out the first time to give an estimate and is super friendly! A-1 has cleaned several times for us and I am scheduling a full move-in clean as we move across town. Thank you for the hard work you provide!

The first time they came out was for a deep cleaning, they overlooked items in almost every room in the house. I had to call them back to redo the work. The 3rd time they came out, they spilled bleach on my carpet. They didn't want to pay for full replacement of the carpet in the room where the carpet was damaged. I received an estimate from a company to have the carpet replaced in the room. I took it go then and he refused to pay it. He wanted me to use a handyman to have him cut out a piece of carpet from the closet and replace the bleach stained area. I asked if it was visibly noticeable then would he pay to replace it and he said no. We went back and forth for about a month and he wasn't willing to submit it as an insurance claim. I ended up having him pay for 3/4 of having the carpet replaced.
