His quote was reasonable but was very pleased after the install when the final cost ended up being less. Cy took the time to talk through how to use and maintain both products and was very helpful with all of the questions we asked! He was very professional and knowledgeable! We will definitely be keeping his number for future plumbing needs!

+ -1 moreThe garbage is still on the side of the street this morning, we are waiting to see when or if it will be cleaned up.
Description of Work: Cy pulled up to a property in his own neighborhood on the evening of 6/21/16 and dumped various materials from his business on the side of the street. These include a toilet, subflooring, carpet padding, and trash bags. One of the services listed on his site is garbage removal. If this is how he takes care of garbage removal, I would definitely look for someone who does it lawfully. Not sure if he is aware that open dumping in Indiana is a class D felony. Regardless, the McCordsville police were called. Being familiar with the neighborhood and using the description of his vehicle and business name, which was on the side of the vehicle he used to transport the junk and dump it on the street, the officer was able to locate his residence and gave him the opportunity to clean it up. He denied having done it, except for trash bag, and did not clean it up. We have been told that a warrant will be issued for his arrest. Do a background check on this guy, very shady character and you probably don't want him in your home.

+ 0 moreI called Cy in the morning after our I discovered our sump pump failed and we were starting to get water in our basement. Cy was at another service location, but promised to come out that day with a new sump pump and fix our problem. Sure enough, Cy arrived in the evening as promised and quickly installed the new sump pump. Our family is grateful for 3C's commitment to their customers.

Description of Work: We used Cy several times when we lived in Zionsville IN. The latest was in April. He went above and beyond to help us when we sold the house. We moved out of state. Cy was just as responsive and thorough as when we were living in the home. He didn't even charge for the last service he performed for us.

+ -1 moreI got his name from Service Masters and he came out to do the work. He tried and tried to break loose the nut on the valve but wasn't strong enough to do so. It didn't appear he knew what he was doing. He then tried another tactic. After working for about an hour he said he would have to go to Plumbers Supply in Fishers and order the part. He stated he would return in 2 weeks with the new part and complete the job but wanted paid. Trusting he would keep his word I went ahead and paid him. Obviously that was a big mistake. Three weeks went by so I called him and received no answer. For weeks I continued to call but he would not answer his phone or return my calls after leaving messages on his message machine. I hired another plumber who did the work in a half an hour. I would never consider hiring 3 C plumbing again!
Description of Work: I hired him to fix or replace a hot water valve in the shower. a pretty simple task but not for him. i don't think he knew what to do.

+ -1 moreWe love Cy, he is so personable. He is very contentious and always makes sure to get the job done the same day, which we really appreciate. Cy is always so fair with his pricing. He has worked for us on previous occasions in March and April of this year installing a new gas line for our new gas stove. He also installed a new toilet and delta faucet for our powder room on the main level.
Description of Work: We have used Cy numerous times. Most recently he came out to re-hook up the water to our kitchen sink and dishwasher after we had a new sink installed. The original plumbing done by the builder of our home was glued. Cy checked all of our plumbing and changed the pipes to make sure they were working properly. It was a struggle because the plumbing was glued and he worked hard to get the job done that day.

Description of Work: He narrowed down a problem that another service provider quoted around $500 to $75.00. He turned what seemed to be a major problem into a small issue. Also, he installed a sump pump.
