I hired Trauner Services, LLC (Dave Trauner) after I purchased my present home. It was a foreclosed (Bank Owned) property. I learned about Trauner because the Bank used his services to paint the property, replace the garden and modernize some amenities. Tauner services bid on approx 15 items that I listed and did that for 2 other properties I bid on but never won the bids. Trauner?s bids always came in at the most reasonable price. I doubted the quality of service at the start. I awarded the contract to Trauner who promptly commenced work on 7/19/2010. He managed his crew on a daily basis, communicated with me via text messages and mobile constantly and was very flexible, professional, honest, reasonable and very customer focused. He has a wide range of services and a very trustworthy crew. My list of items grew as my satisfaction with the quality of work, speed of execution and cost estimates of additional items were all satisfactory. Trauner Services, LLC completed the work and I am a happy customer. I highly recommend them (David Trauner) for any home contracting services.
