rick is a pleasure to do business with and is a throw back to the days of doing honest business. He charges you for fixing whats wrong, not the 15 things he had to check before finding the problem. I delivered a mower on Friday that didn't work and he had it fixed by the following Tuesday ready to mow. I will be doing business with him in the future and sending any friends who need work done any almost any small motor equiptment.

I highly recommend Richard. He was great to work with. All phone messages were promptly returned. Richard did great work for a very reasonable price. The mower looks and runs like brand new.

I had a good experience with Richard. Even though it's a busy season, he was able to come pickup my riding mower the same day that I called and had it diagnosed by the end of the day.

My lawnmower would only run for about 30 seconds before dying when I tried to start it, and all of the general issues, such as the spark plug, oil and air filter appeared fine. I took the mower to Richard, fearing a large and costly repair. Instead, it turned out the carburetor was dirty, preventing fuel from circulating properly. The cost was equal to what it would be for an annual service (even cheaper than I would have expected to pay for that, actually), and Richard also sharpened the blade, changed the spark plug and oil and cleaned the air filter. The mower performed much better than it previously had; when the spark plug cap came loose (a common problem I've had with this mower), I called Richard after hours, and he called back within a few minutes to offer suggestions on how to keep it in place. He's effective and affordable and will answer any questions you might have during the process. I'd highly recommend him.

After sitting most of the summer we could not get our power washer to start. We performed routine maintenance on it to no avail. My husband called Richard who arranged to pick it up that day. Richard could not promise to have it back to us before the weekend so when he called on Wednesday to tell us it was working we were pleased. Apparently what we did to the washer did work - it just needed a couple of days to loosen the gunk. Richard said he wouldn't charge us except for pick up and delivery. He delivered it back to us on Thursday. We did indeed have it back in time to do some weekend work. We will be calling Richard back about our lawn mower in the spring if we have starting problems with it!

Reached Richard immediately on the phone, he asked several questions to diagnose the problem, and gave me a rough repair estimate. After looking at it the next day, Richard asked me when I needed the repair to be completed and I said by that day. It was repaired that day and when I picked it up, Richard explained exactly what he did to repair it and the cost was slightly less than estimated. During all interactions, Richard was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. I would use Richard's services again without any hesitation. He repairs all small gas engines, such as chain saws, mowers, tillers, etc.
