Description of Work: You have a either/or question above that doesn't go with just a yes/no option - Was money paid or were services performed?" most of the time I'm guessing you'd say yes paid money for a product or for the service...not like they'll provide a service w/o being paid....we picked up several ton of sand we needed - cheaper to pick up than to have delivered
