 + -1 moreI was pleased with the results, and have had no more issues.
Description of Work: My internet connection was sometimes spotty and would just drop. I called the company and they had someone out within a day or two. The technician was able to look things over and fix it from his smart phone in 15 minutes. He reset some settings so I was pulling the internet from my own hookup rather than tapping into someone else's. My only complaint is that the person who installed our connection should have done that to start with, but for whatever reason, he did not.

 + -1 moreour service provider was very professional. He cared about walking in and out of the house (tracking in dirt) and cared about letting our dog outside when she was not supposed to.

 + -1 moreOrdered 50 Mbps high speed cable internet from WOW. The cable in our home had never been hooked up, so the technician had to figure out the complicated wiring scheme in our house. He stayed until the job was done on the first visit and it has been working great ever since. We got the wireless router from WOW and found it has a great WiFI range. I thought I would have to set up a second WiFi router to cover the whole house, but their router was powerful enough that I didn't need another device to extend the signal.
