I like Window World Inc. They do a good job and they stand by their quality and if you have any problems with the windows, they will come and fix them. I have had my windows for 7 years, if the windows break or crack, they come right in and replace them. I have called them 4 times since and they come promptly and sort out the problem and one of them had a problem with the lock and they left me locks and taught me how to change them in case it happens again but it hasn't happened again. I tell all my friends about them.

I felt the quote was reasonable and the representative that came out and spoke with me was a very nice man. He was friendly, answered all my questions, gave me lots of information to look at and I felt like he was fair and honest about the prices of the windows. With one of the windows he wasn't able to give me the type of trim that I wanted, so he called back to let me know that it was going to be a couple hundred dollars less than what he had quoted. I feel like he's treated me fairly so far. They haven't done the actual work because the windows are on order. I did get a call from one of their representatives about a week and a half ago that he was in the area and wanted to come by and do some measurements but I wasn't home at the time and he's not called me back or swung by again yet, but so far, I have no complaints about it.

I haven't decided yet whether to use them. I had a number of estimates done. They are my best estimate. My neighbors are getting their windows done by them and I am waiting to see how they do. Basically, I want to see how they feel about it.

He cut the flashing too short so it didn’t touch the house and decided to fill in the gaps with caulking. It kept expanding – It looked like a kid used an icing piper. Not a single window was square. Some weren’t even level. There was room between the window and the flashing that I could stick my finger through. It was ridiculous! I called the building commissioner after the owner of the company said we'll make it right - but sent the same guy that did it wrong in the first place, who in turn said "if you can find someone who can do it better, I'll shake his hand." I then called the corporate office after he told me “I was wasting his time and (mine)” by showing him pictures of the problem. They ended up sending someone else out that redid everything meticulously. He was wonderful and worked very well. I'd give the second tech that completed the job well an 'A' - Everyone else at this location I dealt with would not get such a good great. The windows themselves themselves are good.

The windows were too flat. They were good.

I did not find them through Angie's List. The quality of the work was very good. If someone was looking for a good window company to use, they would be pleased with them. I didn't find anything wrong with them. It was hot this summer so we couldn't get them to work outside. They were very good. Their price was not bad when compared to other places. The windows are very pretty. The people from Window World weren't quite perfect in their responsiveness. They didn't come when they should have come out. I had to wait quite a while but they were busy. Their professionalism was very good.

Joe Bush (owner) came out personally and measured the windows. The experience was wonderful. The windows were installed wonderfully and professionally. One individual installed all 17 windows in one day! Their pricing is accurate and the lowest.
