Description of Work: Cleaned out gutters and downspouts. Found that one downspout was stopped up due to the end of it having dropped flush against the inside of the gutter. They repaired this problem with a bracket and screws. Before beginning the gutter cleaning, the man in charge called me out to show me that the roof cap on our roof had blown off in several places . The young man on the roof offered to gather the sections of shingles. He threw them down to the ground for me and the man in charge (the owner, Mr. Buckingham) gathered all the sections and stacked them by my garage. Mr. Buckingham had the young man on the roof take pictures of the damage and message them to my phone.
